My husband and I put a deposit down for our kids birthday party. The day of the party we showed up to notes on the door saying they were closed due to an maintenance issue. I just wished they would have called us and told us, instead we got our 1 and 2 year old excited thinking they were having a jumping party. No one has responded to my emails for a refund which we deserve. My family just want our money back please!

My son had his 5th birthday here yesterday. Best experience! The staff was friendly and professional. Our personal hostess, Andrea, was amazing!! The kids had so much fun with all the different activities provided. I did not have to stress about a thing! Highly recommend!! We also plan on doing a parent night out soon!

Awesome place to host a party! The party attendants have everything ready and on time, you show up and they do the rest. Just bring decorations and cake, I recommend cupcakes for easier and faster distribution. Kids have a great time jumping and playing at the different zones, then straight to the party room for pizza, pictures and presents, and of course cupcakes!!

My family loves coming to this location. My twins love the toddler time jump, and their Daycare has had a field trip here. They had a blast, everytime! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The jump rates and socks are very inexpensive, and worth every penny. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Bring you kiddos and have a bunch of fun.

Disappointed to say the least. High price for what you recieve. Everything was dirty and needed a good wipe down. I have a 7 and 4 year old and cost me $32 for an hour plus add the special socks for $7. This Sky Zone compared to the one in Birmingham, AL is just a sad excuse for a Trampoline park. I do NOT recommend it and I will not be returning.

I have never been inside. I have never even heard of this place until I was out in the parking lot waiting on a friend. But it seems like an interesting place to check out and to take my daughter one day.

My family and I have visited several of these trampoline parks and I must say its expensive for the size and the amount of activity areas. Its smaller than the other ones weve visited which made it unappealing for us and the mats looked dated as not well maintained. But with it being the only one in the area... its a good way to burn some time and cash for an subpar trampoline park.

Its I great place and all, but ever since Urban Air opened, I favor that place or Sky Zone. Urban Air is literately Sky Zone, just much cooler and theres more stuff to do.

Came for my grandsons birthday part 11/23/2019. Myself and my husband ordered food, a cheeseburger and a beer for me and wings and a Sprite for him, it took four times to finally get a beer, my cheeseburger came on the plate with my husbands wings, my cheeseburger on top of wings, I do not eat wings of any kind, was offered another cheeseburger, when it came, there was no cheese on it, I told my husband to get his money back, but he was never given a receipt for our purchase, even know he used our debit card, now I am afraid to eat it, do to I am afraid, something was done to the food. My daughter spent closed to $400.00 for the party and guests, I will not come back, nor Suggest your place of business.

$20 for one hour of play time, which included a pair of required non slip socks. Its a little pricey but my son loves it.

My kids had a great time. We went around 4 and there were no kids so my kids had the place to themselves.

This was our first time to Sky Zone. We are from TN, and have done the trampoline park there called Jump Jam. When we checked in & bought our tickets I was disappointed that I had to pay extra for their socks. We went on a homeschool day and it said on their website that socks were included with the price. Once my teens started exploring what they had to offer, they had a BLAST!All the staff were helpful & very nice.Each activity was manned by a member of their staff, which was great for a parent who has more than one kid.Were going to be holding onto our socks,(which you can bring back with you).Overall this place is well worth checking out!

My 3 year old son loved it

The staff is friendly and they do a good job of keeping rowdy and rambunctious kids in check. Very clean and well kept. There are a lot of rules to abide by,..which are necessary to keep kids safe and reduce accidents, but it can be overwhelming the first couple times.

Great place to wear the children out. My boys had a great time. We did the family night package which was worth it. Definitely would recommend.

I returned today and it was a completely different experience. Staff was great, pizza was great, and my family had an amazing time. I recommend highly.

Had a great time with my kids. This was my first time there. Kids running and bouncing everywhere! Lol. But it wa great seeing everybody having fun. The young lady at the concession stand was very professional and courteous. We will definitely be back soon!

A little pricey; but the kids enjoy it. Love that the employees interact with the kids. Overall its pretty well kept and it doesnt have an odor like the YMCA.

Kids love this place. It gets very crowded over the weekends. A lot of birthday parties. They even offer overnight parties where kids get locked in safely and jump bounce all night long. Look for deals and you will get some cheaper deals. They offer catering through pizza places in town.

I feel like this place is a little steep on price, so I only visit for birthday parties of my niece and nephew.Our last visit, we were having a birthday party for my nephew and had a downstairs party room. When we were getting set up for pizza, cake, and presents, there was a man not from our party, that had somehow managed to get his and his familys shoes and jackets into our room and on our party cart.Instead of asking one of the adulta in the party group to retrieve his items, he just kept walking in and digging through our things. That I found rude. We are still unsure on how he managed to get his items in our party room and onto the cart with our belongings.Maybe a clear Reserved sign on rooms might help? I am not sure.

Awesome trampoline park! Dodgeball, basketball, foam pit, tramps, etc. Great staff that help with any questions. Usually pretty packed, but the staff members usually try there best to keep everyone staff and the place organized. Pretty good prices. Definitely coming back sometime!

My children liked it a lot... we bought a monthly pass for $30 and used to go there every other day... saved us a lot of money as a regular ticket was around $20 per visit.

This place is super fun and I love the new course thats been added, only complaint is the pizza it was at best mediocre

Most of the employees acted very rude more especially at the food station( fuel zone)Very dirty place to make food, don’t seem to to care at all or clean the equipment...Very disappointed with this place.Beside that, fun for the kids so if you avoid the food station you will be ok!

Paid for 3 family annual passes, and now no response from management about their closure for a month now.

Pretty fun for the kids, I even found myself wanting to get in a few bounces. The staff is nice too. But there were a few things that detracted from the experience. It was hard to find answers to questions we had as first timers. Stuff I couldnt find online or in the recorded message when I called. There was never an operator that picked up so I couldnt talk to a live person despite being business hours. The waiver process taking about death and every possible injury was almost a deterrent. The online instructions and policies didnt match what they practice. For example it said it was necessary to print the tickets. Its not, but it probably helps a little.They also said you must arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time. But we signed up for Toddler Time, which starts at 9am on Saturdays. When we arrived at 8:30 they were still closed. They let us in, but we had to wait 30 mins for anyone to start the check-in process. I think the 30 minute rule makes sense if you dont go at opening. The lines can get pretty long with their check-in and waiver process.Here are the two questions I couldnt get answered without coming here:Q: Do parents have to pay for themselves to get in or is paying for their kids enough?A: Parents can get a free parent no jump pass and accompany their kids. They have to buy Sky Zone socks for $3 a pair though.Q: Whats the minimum age for a child to jump?A: If they can walk they can jump (though our 18 month old, whom we paid for, just wanted mom to hold her most of the time.

Has plenty of selection for different ages. Also a lot of physical activity ! All my kids loved it, as well as parents.

We love Skyzone! We have come many times for Toddler Time and once for an aerobics class they offer. The people are above par in attitude and service. Yesterday, through no fault of anyone, my son had an accident and broke his leg. The staff were so kind, generous and accommodating. They brought him ice, gave us free passes and a slushie, and helped carry him to our car, all the while being gentle, friendly, and warm hearted.

Staff was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. I personally dont know what the excitement is with this place, as I am an adult. But my son and his compadres really love it..... Over the movies, or even FunStation. So if the kids love it, so do I. It was clean and well maintained. Plus, after 9 pm, all the lights go out and the black lights come on. Its cool!

Way to much fun. Great place to take your youth from church! Plenty to do from dodgeball to free jumping. Safe environment, great safeties at each zone. Very enjoyable time by all. We had a group of 25 middle schoolers

Ive been trying to make plans for my daughters birthday and called several times on different days with no answer. Skyzone Tallahassee is not available to take your call is all I keep getting. Ive also left messages and nobody has gotten back to me. Absolutely ridiculous

We paid $250 for the birthday party and the lady charged us for 3 extra pizzas without my permission claiming that I ate my own food there when I didnt. Also they were very rude and gave us a hard time about eating our own cake. This for a party. Just aweful!!!

The skyzone woman mocked me and my friend back after I said something, and the dodgeball ref was arguing back at every thing that I said to her, I said, “ That did not hit me.”, she said, “ if you wanna say something back don’t play, and get out. But other that that it was ok.️

Expensive for not so many choices. Too many rules on age, I get a limit to what they can do-but then make a smaller price for half the play area. Employees walk around like guard dogs waiting to attack. Dont even get me started on the sock policy that has to say sky zone.

I took my daughter to a glow birthday party on a Friday night, place was packed and the manager Gabe went above and beyond to assist us with getting her checked in and payment processed, expediting the process so she could join her friends and have a great time. Much appreciated!!

Our first time here. I would like to recommend a family dodge ball court where people who come as a group can play dodge ball together. It would have been more fun to play with our kids. :-)

Had my son’s birthday party there this afternoon. Just wanted to give you a heads up. The young man (Junnis) who hosted was outstanding. It surely is not an easy job doing what he does, but he handled it easily and naturally. He is an outstanding young man.

We had a pretty good time, just a little expensive for the time you get.

Skyzone is a good spot for kids and adults to exercise and have fun. The staff is whatever they dont do anything special and they are not teriibly helpful or nice but they get the job done.

Very loud but the kids seem to enjoy it. Just be sure to talk to your kids about safety beforehand. I have known a few kids and adults who have left Skyzone with broken bones. The facility does their best to ensure safety and has posted lots of guards, information on safety, and makes you sign a waiver. Just make sure that you and your kids take safety as seriously as they do.

Was let down a little bit because my 7 year old is a little big for her age and she was playing in the b area with her smaller 5 year old friend and the employee made her leave the area where she was allowed to be.

A fun place for the kids. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. This place is a good alternative to have birthday parties compared to funstation or chuck-e-cheese. The trampolines are let clean with supervision at all times when in use.
