Dance Exchange

My daughter enjoyed the Intensive here. She especially liked the community outreach. Parking is limited.

A great dance space with a warm energy

They have great classes, with some great instructors. Youll pick up fast with how they teach. They have great deals for beginners too.

Great dance place which offers beginners and intermediate Salsa classes

A big black box style space. We went for A Fresh Taste, collaboration show with Lab X. It was informative and interesting in the beginning, then turned into an audience participation improv/movement workshop of sorts that I was not interested in at all (especially because the event was not marketed that way at all). Probably wont be returning for any future performances.

Wonderful place that gives our daughters a safe place to explore their creative side through dance. Amazingly warm and supportive staff.

Warm, friendly and full of creative art.

Dance Exchange is my second home, with great staff who is dedicated to community building through art making and dance...Their philosophy every body can dance, is very valid and realized in this magical space we call Dance Exchange...Come and check it out in Takoma Park, walking distance to metro, come and your life will change...A class for everyone...Blessings, Bikem...

I took a dance class.

All the people who work for Dance Exchange love participatory contemporary dance - dancing and fostering opportunities for everyone to be involved in dancing. This is a good thing if you like dance and like dancing! Its even more of a good thing if you like it, but dont know how to get involved - helping people in the community get involved in dancing is the reason for and business of the Dance Exchange.

Good place for sport / dance related gatherings. Multiple classes available.

Amazing dance studio that is run by a great staff who are warm and welcoming to all. Studios are beautiful and fantastic to dance in, with Marley/spring floors, and big open spaces with no columns. The main studio is a dancers dream to dance in, huge!

I am working on a play, which the rehearsals are there.
