Tahlequah Creates

Many Items to choose from all from local artists. I would buy most the store but Ive be collecting art 53 yrs, out of space.Great place to stop to get that special gift for that special person!

More talent than can easily fit in one room. Musical events, changing exhibits, classes - a real benefit to the community and to eastern Oklahoma.

Tahlequah Creates is a collaborative venue to purchase fine art, attend a class in painting, book a private birthday party art session, go to a film showing, attend creative writing/poetry slam open mic, or catch a concert series house party. It is affordable and fresh with a variety of fun and interesting art work-- fine canvas, pottery, silver jewelry, interesting art quilts in a variety of styles, buy hand-dyed artisan tie dye fashions, purchase beautiful silk scarves, get photography (or sign up for a guided tour photography field trip expedition), and more. You can drop in anytime and often find spontaneous ongoing events... many of which take place during hours you might be visiting Tahlequah-- and even on weekdays. This is the only place in Tahlequah offering interesting classes in sewing, paper-making and poured acrylics. Sign-up for watercolor, acrylic painting and various forms of tie-dye, assemblage and jewelry making. Classes and Summer Camp events are even offered for children and teens. Located in the heart of Tahlequah, right on the main drag, with nice pubs nearby. If parking is a problem, there is plenty of parking around back.
