Good place.. BUT PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU GO ON A WEEKEND IT WILL BE CRAZY!!!

Defy did an AMAZING JOB for our sons 7th birthday! You get your own party host who does everything! She passed out pizza, cupcakes, filled cups, handed out presents, kept them in bags and cleaned up. She even rolled a big cart full of our stuff out to car and helped load it. The kids, and adults, had a blast. The party package is worth every penny!! We didnt get the birthday shirt so I called and they are mailing it to us. Their customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend this place for your next party!

Under 6 jump on Wednesday morning was just right for my two toddlers. Not too busy and all the employees we interacted with were friendly and engaging. We cant wait to go back!

Coolest place for the kids! We went to a birthday party there and they seemed to really cater. Great place.

It says it was open but it was closed when we came and my child was so sad when she found out,she cried all night. She thought she was finally be able to have fun and get out of the house Since quarantine but no, so pls fix this website before you crush more child’s dreams, thank you.

My 2 year old was charged as a 3 year old for some reason. I know its small potatoes, but its annoying when his age is clear on his waiver or could easily be asked. Plus hes tiny, but at least he had a blast.Side note, because this isnt on Defy, but maybe consider supervising your 4 year old at a trampoline park instead of letting them run wild?

This place was far better and fun than I anticipated! So worth it. And we will back!

My granddaughter always has fun there. She gets her bouncing in and its secure, if you sit in the waiting area by the door. Loved this place

When it comes to the waiver about the photos being taken of our kids most parents arent too keen on that but it IS for the security purposes and there is no longer a photographer employed there.If there are promotions as far as i can tell, the photos are of their own employees. I really see no need for the excessive paranoia. But anyways, overall a great place to get that energy out!

I organized a party for 75+ people at Defy and they were amazing for every step of the process. Working with Erin to prepare, every employee we interacted with, check-in, etc was so smooth. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend Defy Tacoma for their excellence, customer service, and experience.

SO MUCH fun!!! They have tons of foam pits to jump into. Its set up for all ages, so if you have a small child adults can play on everything and help. One piece of advice though, make sure the socks are on tight! Otherwise they come off in the ball pit. I have kinda small feet, so I should have gotten the childrens sized socks I think.

You are forced to sign an all inclusive waiver for photos and images to he used for marketing, across the world, without review or permission, for any purpose or your child cannot play.I was told this is due to security tapes, then why is it stated for advertising, promotions etc.? Here for our first, and last, party.And then I met the photographer (thought the release was for security?) He did promise no photos of the little one would be taken.The staff overall was good.

Edit to my previous review: The manager took the time to call and apologize for the wait times (they had underestimated the number of people that would be visiting on New Years Day - normally their wait times are less than five minutes). It was nice to have my check-in difficulties acknowledged and good to know that its not always like it was yesterday.Also, once we did get checked in, we had a great time. My 2-year-old son had an absolute blast; on the way home he said, Mommy, I love my jumping socks.Thank you for the good customer service and the fun times on a cold winter day. We will definitely be back soon!Previous Post:Check-in process sucks. Purchased tickets on-line, still had to wait in line forever. They have four registers, only one was working. Don’t bother buying tickets online!

Worst sign in process, be prepared to wait for over 30 (actually 42) minutes to check in, ridiculous. Could be much faster, really no point buying online, no faster.... it’s not our first time doing this and it’s always, always painful, especially waiting in line with all the kids, there has to be a better way?

Went here for the first time for a birthday party! Lots of space in the party room, jumping was so much fun! Lots of cool activities and courses to do! Staff was polite and helpful

My son loves defy! Kailey was very helpful in resolving a situation where he lost his shoes. She was very professional and friendly! Went out of her way!

Amazing place to go to! Very well organized and have just about anything you could want out of a trampoline park. The vibe is great too!

A lot of fun. Went there with a friend and were definitely over the average age but there were many obstacles we couldnt do. So a lot of fun for any age if you still like to be active

Had a great experience for my daughters 8th birthday. I believe our party persons name was Tucker. He was great with giving me information and updates. The place was not crowded like Ive experience in the Renton one. I like that there are beverages on site.

This park made its way into Tacoma and has been the greatest addition to the 253 community. The amount of amenities and the cleanliness of the building is unreal. The staff work hard to make you feel valued and are on sight to enforce safety and encourage you whenever you may need it throughout your jump time. Defy is constantly striving to improve in anyway that they can, and they make that very evident. No matter what age, this place is for you!

We had our grandsons birthday party here. They had a great time. Its a bit pricey, but I think the kids totally enjoyed themselves.

Staff is amazing and very helpful, i really like that they are putting in a cafe, it will for sure be a hit in the park. Its way better than boom shaka and it has way more to do and its not just trampolines. It was a great place to take my siblings and they loved it. They also make a time for just little kids and their parents to jump at 10 am. Loved it. overall great experience. They are also very clean .

We had so much fun when we went! The staff is amazing and everyone makes you feel so welcomed. It may seem a little smaller than other trampoline places, but they make up for it with lots of fun attractions (Not half of the place is just trampolines)! $15 for an hour is great & I love all of the deals they have for students, little kids & even family night! We will definitely be back!

Took the kids here for the first time for a birthday party yesterday. Awesome place! Seemed like a great mix of things to do: an adult could go there for some good cardio exercise, or training for some American ninja warrior type stuff, or a cool date idea, but you could also get your moneys worth just taking the kids to jump around for a fun afternoon activity! Very cool! I definitely will return!Since it is only about $15 a person for an hour of jump time, I thought their party reservation deals are WAY overpriced though! If I were a business owner, I would have a discounted rate for large groups because of all the word of mouth publicity, people invited who typically wouldnt come, like grandparents and people are more likely to stay longer and buy more stuff if you are in a big group, etc. This place charges a lot more, per person wise, if you are reserving for a party. Not smart.So, I would say they get 4.5 stars only because their group and party rates are absurd. But the place itself is a lot of fun and definitely worth going.

This place is awesome and fun for the whole family! Its always really clean and its a little different then boom shaka so its cool to have differences in obstacles for my kids. I could spend all day here. Its so fun just to let go and go crazy and jump right in.

Its a big place, with lots of activites to keep 2nd graders busy and burn energy. Being able to buy tix on advance online is very helpful. Parking is decent. Staff are friendly. Equipment is in good repair and kept clean.

My whole family loves DEFY! The 6 and under jump session is a fantastic offering for the young ones and weve been a number of times. The staff is super friendly and helpful and has always made us feel welcome. I would love to give 5 stars but my only hang up is the rubber bracelets. Please consider a recycle option where these bracelets could be collected at the end of visits and sanitized for reuse! We have a variety of bracelets at this point, which weve brought in to re-wear, but it is just wasteful to give out so many each day. Im sure many end up in the landfill unfortunately. Thank you!

When you walk into DEFY you are always greeted with a friendlywelcome to DEFY!. The staff are always so friendly! This place is made for all age groups, and the kids hour in the morning is always so much fun!!

Defy Tacoma has great homeschool hours and rates! The set up is so fun and similar to Boomshaka, but with more physically challenging activities. I appreciated the music being low enough that I could have conversations without shouting. But most of all, my heart was touched by how kind and encouraging the staff was with my daughter who ended up in tears because she was so afraid of the high backwards jump, yet wanted more than anything to conquer it. They made sure she didnt leave on a bad note. My friends and I were very impressed with how much the staff cared. THANK YOU! Well be back.

A little overwhelming, but the kids had fun once they settled in. Would recommend a weekday if you can swing it.

Defy is amazing! It may be a little smaller but they make up for it with the amount of attractions, the Wipeout thing is so fun! (And hard lol) The staff really made sure that eveyone was safe and everyone had a fair turn. Will definitely come back, mainly because it is fairly cheap for hours of fun!
