I bought a property here last January. Laurie (the park manager) has been a sweet heart to us the whole time and my entire family and I appreciate her and Ed (her dad) because they have done for us so much. We are so happy to live here, even though it kind of is located in the middle of nowhere and you have to drive far enough to buy anything but cigarretes and wheel chairs. We have room for three cars to park and no one bothers you in any way. People here seem cool or simply dont mees you you at all. The park image in general is not the best, some home owners dont care much about cleanliness but others really try to keep it nice and tidy.
I have very good friends there
Its a nice and aforable place to live....neighbor are friendly, landlord are the best peoples in the world. Ed the Dad & Laurie is theDaughter ...been here 2years enough time for me to know them & respect their kind & Love them like my own family....
This is a great opportunity for buy a new move home.
I used to live here theer can be alot of drama amongst the residents
Love the maintenance. Nice place
I have been living here for a little over 25 years in a double wide. I have never seen nor heard any live stock ( chickens). The neighbor had a rabbit in a pen as a pet for there son...how noisy is a rabbit.. The owner is a very nice retired man and he and his grounds keeper take fairly good care of the park. One time in 25 years did a noisy family move in and the owner did all he could do to have them evicted. If there are any drug users like meth here I have never seen or heard from them. oh have to say family that got evicted were drug users but thats not to say all people here are. Most are very nice and quiet. There is only one road in or out of area and owner has it repaved every 2nd or 3rd year. I give 4 stars instead of 5 becouse we are in an out of way area and power tends to go out at least twice a year. once for 2 weeks becouse power co. forgot where we were. Power coming into park is all on one pole out be hwy. with one throw switch...seems they could update that. There are some travel trailers that use spots every summer to get away from heat in south but whats wrong with that, they come here becouse lot rent is cheaper than any one else in town. Police for park come from Milton which is right across the Hwy. takes them about 3 min to get here. i like it here and I hope this has helped.
Like walking into a post apocalyptic wasteland! most homes are not actually trailer homes! they are tow behind campers that have had tin lean tops added or motor homes that have been sided. yes towards the front there are a few ok trailers but thats for show the real park starts just a few trailers in and welcome to the wasteland! also beware roaming meth heads and various other family groups who also are raising livestock chickens and so fourth in very cramped small lean too cages. well i guess everyone has to eat. but the one that took me the worst was a kid whose family gave him his own tow behind which had been gutted and refitted into idk what. and his parents lived in the motor home conversion next to him with a tin roof connecting them. well hes the only 14 year old who can say i have my own house! and the next generation of welfare well tanf begins. welcome to spring valley :)
