Went to the dirty heads show last night and they let in a dodge ram with a giant wooden trailer park structure in the back covered in a tarp blocking the view of the stage completely...Spoke to 4 different security guards who all agreed the $hitbox shouldnt be there and nothing was done....$200 to not see a concert..... also started an hour late and ended early........ want to charge big money....do your job

Phone number is disconnected, and the show that was supposed to start at 7 tonight is apparently cancelled. I only found out when I went to print the tickets, and it said cancelled at the top. I can’t reach “Creative Concerts”, but I won’t see any show they’re associated with judging by these other reviews.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Any band working with this promotion should be cautious as they like to violate the terms of contrasts they set out.

Every band who considers doing work with these guys needs to know that they DO NOT respect contract rights. They will change the deal on you after youve already agreed to the concert, and they will be brazen when confronted with their fraudulent behavior.

They dont care about safety at all. In the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic they violated New York States quarantine mandate by asking a band from Maryland (a covid19 hotspot) to play in New York, right as we have begun to get over the worst of the pandemic to this point. They not only allowed, but made two motorcycles park in the space that was sold to me as my 6ft of space as required by the CDC and New York State. They care more about making a quick buck than they do your health.Anybody who has seen them book a Mike Gordon show at The Westcott knows these guys have a history of violating safety protocols like fire code, as well as covid19 safety procedures.

Always have a great time at this venue! Fully stocked bar with a solid staff to keep the booze flowing! Some of the reviews here are just a bunch of whiners who clearly havent been to many concerts in their lives.......Nobody is perfect in this business so lighten up.....

Best promoters in the business! So nice to be able to deal with real people who care vs at live nation or something that you are just another number. Chuck goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has an amazing experience. I saw him driving a lost drunk soul around in a golf cart looking to find him his friends again! You don’t see promoters like this anymore!

They lie. Shows starts at 7 but starts at 8. A money grab for an extra hour of drinks and food.

I dont have much experience with Creative Concerts but if tonights show at SI hall at the fairgrounds is any indication they shouldnt promote concerts. They ran out of every good beer before the second act and despite yhe exorbitant price for water they even ran out of that before the headliner. Poorly planned and poorly ran.Im going to speak to the venue now since they dont have a page of their own to comment on. If you want a summary, just dont see a show here if you can avoid it. The acoutics are awful! The epoxied cement floor is a disaster waiting to happen. I havent seen a urinal trough in a mens room in years and theres several reasons they have mostly gone the way of the dinosaurs.Creative Concerts, live up to your name and find some interesting and worthy venues for your shows. I will not see another show here!
