They are very knowledgeable about their products and services.They really listen to what youre trying to do with the art piece & offer their thoughts on helping you get the right frame or matte. They will take the time to show you what would look best. On my most recent experience, I had purchased a piece of the iconic Carrier Dome teflon roof. I went in with just a basic idea. Ryan showed me several options regarding the framing & matte border that he thought would compliment the piece. I was really amazed with the finished product!! Both Joe & Ryan take the extra time to talk with you and to get to know you. That is one of the reasons I am making a concentrated effort to support local business here in Central New York.
