Very nice owners. Easy access from the freeway. We got there late and was able to pay in the morning. Recently remodeled restrooms. The womans bathroom was very clean, the mens bathroom left much to be desired. The men and womens bathroom are like family bathrooms, three showers two sinks and one toilet in the open. Bring your own toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.Big downfall for us was that there were 5 dogs, one being a bit aggressive, from the neighborhood that were there when we got there. Some of the RV residents feed the dogs so the visit often, even though the owner doesnt like them to. Our dog, a very friendly dog, was so scared of the dogs he refused to go out to pee in the morning. We would not stay there again solely due to the dogs.

Great place, conveniently located right along the side of I-20. Outside of town but only five minutes to Wal-Mart. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Twenty-four hour a day laundry and public restrooms. Reasonably priced by the day, week, or month.

This park was full of monthlies with no room for travelers. Grass was long and bathrooms were dirty

Weve had a nice and pleasant stay here. The manager is friendly and helpful. Much better than other rv parks in the area.

Inexpensive. Extremely unlevel as it is built on the side of a hill. Dirt pads and roads but inexpensive and accommodating.

Used it as an overnight stop. Easy on and off I-20. Friendly available staff. Good wifi, level. What more do you need.

Nice clean and quiet.

This is the cleanest RV park in Sweetwater, but improvements could be done. All utilities are included for $400/mo. Laundry room is small but clean and will kept; change machine in laundry accepts $1s & $5s only. Restrooms/showers are open, very little privacy to take shower(3 each) no privacy to use one toilet No place for kids and local residents that live there are not respectful of picking up after their pets. Limit spacing especially for big rigs and motor coaches. No cable and wifi is intermittent during the day, relatively not existent when everyone comes homes from work. Limited parking; just enough room between spaces to park a vehicle but watch out when opening doors to not hit next trailer. Owner lives on site and checks area frequently.
