This place was really cool! Went here with a group of friends this past weekend and we all had a blast. We did the trampoline basketball, played a couple games of trampoline dodgeball, the foam pit and then went over to the huge trampoline arena and bounced around for about 25 minutes! This place is a lot of fun especially for younger kids and teens. The place was very crowded the day we went, but it wasn’t a problem. We got to do all that we wanted to do! We will definitely be back again. Keep up the excellent work you guys!

Overall not a bad place to go jump and let your kids get their energy out. It always seems to be way too crowded though. That is the reason for the three star review. (The three stars were awarded by my 10 year son so you can take it or leave it).

We had my sons birthday party at Sky Zone in Swanee, this past weekend and we had a good time. Their Customer Service was awesome!! The pizza was running late and the manager moved us into the Glow room to give us more time, gave the kids free popcorn, and they also gave the kids more jumping time. The host we had was amazing. We had 2 host and they were extremely helpful and their services were great. All the workers watching the kids jump was very friendly and nice. They talk to the kids and made them laugh. My Birthday boy loves this place!! I highly recommend Sky Zone to anyone looking for a place to host a birthday party. Thank you Sky Zone, for giving us an easy, fun, and great time. We will be back!!!!

Great place for a kids birthday party, or to have fun in general...but they need more activities for adults to pass the time. More video arcade games would be great...more quiet areas to relax.

We will not be returning! The manager here has an absolutely disgusting attitude and she speaks to her employees horribly. She came to correct an incredibly sweet employee while she was getting us jump time, and was super aggressive and sarcastic with her in front of us which was super unprofessional! We then later on witnessed that same women show attitude to customers who had just walked into the establishment when they had one simple question, the customers literally turned around and walked out the minute she spoke to them. When the last male manager was there this place was amazing and now that it’s under new management it has a super depressing vibe!!! The whole place is just very unprofessional, do not bring your children here!!

Awesome place to burn off some energy. But I question their cleanliness and staff service. Last time we were there, my feet stuck to the floor as I walked. Kids had a blast, but I made sure they washed up to their elbows when we left. Get a great deal on Groupon.

FUN FUN FUN If you have little ones they will even allow you into a private area thats more safe for them to jump given the space is available and not booked for a private party. Employees are super cool and friendly.

Came here to celebrate my daughters 10 bday. It was awesome. We didnt get the birthday package. Just got a table and bought cupcakes and gifts. We also used groupons. We ordered pizza from cafe, it was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place for the whole family. Loved seeing all the other families enjoying themselves also, great place for anyone that wants to jump.

We were surprised at how good it was. We went to a kids birthday party here, with one hour of jumping and one half hour of pizza party. The girl checking us in quickly told our four-year-old a list of (somewhat complicated) safety guidelines which might as well have been in Chinese; things like that should really be conveyed to the parents instead. Overall the staff was good, and did look out for guests safety in the different play areas. I expected the pizza to be poor quality but it was quite good, with real basil pesto flavor. Its not a relaxing place at all and Im not eager to go back, but all the kids loved it.

It was ok till my niece fell through the trampoline and tore her ACL. They didnt have any way to get her out. No one at the facility had any training on how to handle the situation. I dont think it is a safe environment for children or adults.

Good place is a jumping place me and Marc went 3 months ago this was August we went to sky zone a very good place is good you eat there they a food store the people at sky zone are friendly they nice they talk to you and they give you a time to jump you might want to jump so is a hour you can jump they give you up to 7:00 like if you go and jump at 8 you will end at 9

I have taken the kids to trampoline parks in both GA and SC. In each of those several places, I have been allowed to walk around and take photos and videos. Lo and behold, this place made me leave the trampoline part (where I was standing to the side and not jumping or playing) while I was taking photos. When I spoke with the manager, I was informed I could pay an additional amount for the privilege to be in there and take photos (after I had just spent over $60 for the kids to jump and eat). I just consider that extortion! We will not be back!!!

Great fun for the kids. The line to get in is a little long, but its understandable with everybody trying to get there. Once in the kids had a great time. I would recommend for a great rainy day location to take the kids and play.

Amani made my 10 yr old birthday boy feel like a celebrity. She danced with the kids during picture time, she served the kids their food, cake, chicken fingers and drinks. She was very engaging and friendly. I was very impressed when she remembered all 12 children by name. She kept me informed and she kept the kids entertained. She is a hard worker. It was my first time having a party there, and I’am a satisfied customer. I already started telling my friends and family how much fun we had. We will be back again! Thank you!

The employees were not doing their job at the snack corner. they were making tiktoks instead of making our food. when we ordered the combo, the proceeded to not give us our drink. they also laughed all over our food and I was very disgusted. overall this place didn’t have the customer service I expected. very disappointed, and I will not be coming back to this location.

Great places for birthday parties..awesome staff

I was a little apprehensive when I got there and saw that all the employees were teenagers or in their early twenties, but everyone was awesome! Super friendly and helpful and even played with my kids! My kids had a blast and it was a great experience!

Me, my mom, my Aunt, and cousin went here when I was 15 and my cousin was 6 she wore me out she put me to sleep she was sooo full of energy

The team at the Gwinnett location is amazing! Thank you for a great experience for my kids bday! We went around 11:30 and the entire place was just open to my group and the team there was very helpful and allowed the kids to enjoy nonstop! Keep up the great work!

It was much larger than the other trampoline Park we go to, and had some great features! But even on Saturday some of them were closed and the photo booth ate my money (which they immediately refunded without question.) In general we prefer the smaller one with all features open that is half the distance.

Way better than Get Air!! I took my sons on a Friday afternoon right after the place opened and they had the whole place to themselves minus a few families here and there. The staff was polite and helpful, the whole place was clean and my sons had a great time.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I took my special needs son there today. He is Autistic and non verbal and he loved Sky zone. Well the staff was incredibly helpful and nice and caring. The kindness that they showed towards my son was incredible. I will definitely be back.

My boys love this place, Skyzone Kennesaw. Yes drinks and food are a little pricey but the courtesy customer service & kids having a ball to me out weighs the cost of a snack & drink. Always clean & super friendly staff!! We’re even having our sons 5th birthday party here

When you enter, you have to enter your own information in the computer. Then go to the counter and puchase special socks to participate on the trampolines. After getting the socks on, the kids took off and played. There are 4 different play passes that is available- 30 min., 60 min., 1 1/2hrs, or all day. There are lockers to store your shoes, coat and other items in a secured storage. Kids had great fun.

This place was not as it appeared to be online...it was kinda boring and only had like 4 bouncy activities...however my daughters enjoyed it somewhat but not thrilled about going again. They did have a great spot for free photo shoots...we took a great picture. Overall I enjoyed the quality fun time with my daughters and we burned some calories that day...we wore the trampoline down

Staff needs to stop chatting and messing around with their friends and pay more attention to their stations. I understand many of your staff memebers are teenagers but they need better training and the manager needs to step up if they are not doing their job. We are still paying customers and its not fair we have to spend more of our time arguing with with other kids or parents because they are not following rules or lines. Been here several times and this was probably my last time. They offered me more time but why would I want to spend more time on this place if we are already having a bad time.

I used to love to bring my kids here, not anymore. They have this new wipe out station,but It is never open or its malfunction, at least that is what they said. Last time, I kept asking when they will open it. Why would you add something when it is never working or open? Some employees arent courteous or friendly.

Ive been here before, but itd been a while. Its so fun, but we were bummed out that the wipe out wasnt working! The warped walls were fun as well!!

Very messy inside. Cheap food and high prices. And we got a coke and a sprite and it looked like staff had spit in it. They had no carbonation in them. It was straight up syrup. I do not recommend coming to this skyzone.

This Sky Zone location always have great customer service, and enough employees to cover all jump areas. The customers seemed satisfied with the parties. I have seen happy faces and hyped kids all over.

It so fun to jump with 4 diffrent activities, fly safe!

We went here on a Saturday night with three girls ages between 3-7. The prices were decent compared to what we expected. They had plenty to do. We did the full hour jump time. Which was PLENTY for those three girls! They have sections for certain ages to jump which is good because I was worried about the littlest jumping with other bigger kids but they have a roped off area for younger kids to jump. They allowed us to jump with them. We went into the foam pit which was so much fun! I will definitely take them back!

The kids had a great time. It just took a long time to get checked in for a birthday party. With that being said the kids only had like 30 mins to jump and then it was off to the party room.

This place is fun for the kids but was pretty dirty. The bathrooms and all tables were dirty. Staff was not helpful or friendly. My kids had fun but I have been to better trampoline parks.

It is kind of dirty with trash around but not as bad as other trampoline parks. The price is also a little expensive but still fine. You also have to pay for specific socks. However, It is great for fun for kids.

I chose this location because they added a new “aerial silks” attraction. I am an experienced Aerial Arts teacher so I wanted to spend some time on the silks. Basically the staff was mad that I actually knew what I was doing on the silks rather then just swinging and falling like the rest of the children. I was told I was “to high” and “taking to long” when I would do any sort of aerial trick.Overall really disappointed and wasted my money.

They selling 30 minutes for the price of 1 hour.

I drove in from New Orleans see my Grandson play a gaming tournament and the experience for me and my family was very disappointing. Im a tech person & the situation could have been avoid. Their information technology & hardware left a lot to be desired!

Never enough parent seating. No secure areas for personal items. Zoo like atmosphere.Positive- kids tend to be oblivious and enjoy the jumping.

I was very disappointed with our experience at Skyzone in Suwanee. The facility is run down and dirty. It is clearly under poor management and we will not be returning.

Fun place to have birthday parties

Great place to take your kids and friends. Unfortunately the only complaint is the staff are younger kids that think they are adults and yell at you for barely running on the trampoline. Mind you that there was like 5 customers in all in there. I understand safety but yelling like they did was very unprofessional. However, once I yelled back and put them back in their place they finally realized who the adult was.

It was a fun experience for the kids. But, I wish there were more activities/stations for them to do. After a while, they got alittle bored.

This review is for Toddler Time only. Great staff, friendly, young and energetic. They were nice to the kids, played tag and other games and did not look altogether bored out of there minds (which Ive seen happen at these places plenty). Nice, clean, spacious.

The trampoline complex is at first nice but, apon further inspection the gymnasium is overall a little small. The cost for me to get in was 16 dollars for one hour, and they require you to wear the sky zone socks, so that is another 2 dollars The employees were very nice. They did seem to be understaffed somewhat. Some of the attractions were non operational. Could be a nice place if they would put some loving into the establishment.

The staff is unbelievable. We fell down once today and they started screaming at us. We also took a break because we got tired and then, they yelled at us! Theyre food is very smelly and at a SUPER high price. I would recommend Rock and Jump instead. :)

Great place for bday parties

Always a fun place for the children. Relaxing parent area with two large screen TVs. Well ventilated.

My kid loves this place. He gets worn out in an hour or so and its great exercise for him. They have a regular jump area, a Dodge ball area, a foam pit jump, and a basketball area. You have to sign up and fill out a waiver and buy their socks, so be prepared for that. A great place though.

Really nice and fun place for all ages but pretty pricey. A family of 6 jumping for 2 hours, prepare to spend over $20 each without food! Once they finish prepare to spend more to feed them :-) They love it though!

A bit pricey (entrance & food wise), plenty of staff around albeit mainly young/inexperienced/aloof. They seem to switch up one part of their facility every now and then; used to be a trampoline game and is now a warped wall with multiple heights which is neat and kids love it. Needs a ladder or better way to get down than the fire pole for kids that could suddenly lose their grip. Definitely way better run than Get Air.Decent place for a kids party, but hang onto your host/room helper even if you think youve got it covered because they will disappear if you need something like refills. They added a photographer. $10 for one printed picture or $35 for a usb with all the party pictures which is kind of a rip off if your guest just wants one picture of their kid.

My children had a great time. It wasnt too crowded. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly.

One of the most unorganized places i have ever been to. There were so many employees there that were not doing anything but on their phones. We went on a Satuday (Im guessing on of the most hectic days)& the lack of help or the fact that no one helps out is insane. It took way more then an hour to give out some chicken tenders with fries just to see that their was three guys in the kitchen all following eachother around. Very unorganized. Then, when asked about the order (since others had already received theirs) they still expected us to wait more for more fries to be dropped to fry. They say that they put stickers on the kids for them to stay in their age groups & end up rotating the kids around as if they dont have more trampolines for them. What is the point of buying them the time if they take them out every 15 mins?

Great place to let the kids blow off some steam.Birthday parties are organized with plenty of room for everyone. I specially like that the rooms for parties are on the second floor allowing for a birds eye view of the entire place.

Found a Groupon deal and took my son to sky zone on a #sundayfunday and we both had lots of Fun! Grown ups, be ready to sweat if you plan on joining in on the jumping action. They also offer exercise classes which I now can see why! Go out and have some fun & if youre into saving some money, check #groupon first!

Five star on the jumping part took the kids this weekend they had fun. Downside restrooms were out of toilet paper, no napkins in napkin dispensers, the staff need better training, the facility was kind of dirty, and the food is over priced.

Jarynn was an awesome host! Our party ran smoothly and like clock work. Suggestion, add a party rope to the upstairs dining area stairs during party times to keep uninvited guest from constantly coming up.

Tons of fun and great exercise the kids and adults love it.

Staff except for 1 or 2 people are very rude. They played obnoxious music, even had a few inappropriate words in it, that kept getting louder and louder. General Manager came in and looked rather unpleasant as she walked around building. You would think she would greet guests and ask them if they are finding everything ok. Bathrooms had not been cleaned and smelled horrible. At this rate, I would rather go to Rockin Jump.

Had a party here and will never do so again. We ordered pizza through skyzone the pizza was delivered half an hour late. We were told we had to vacate the party room we rented before we could finish opening presents, eat pizza, or sing happy birthday to my 8 yr old son. After all of this they refused us any compensation

I took my nieces to jump over the weekend (ages 1 and 4). You have to pay full price for anybody going in. Even a 14 month old.While I appreciate the staffs concern for safety, they are a bit overly zealous with their enforcement of the rules. This falls in the same logical category of our school systems zero tolerance (common sense) policies.I was sitting on the trampoline with the baby, lightly bouncing with her when I was approached by staff members telling me we cannot occupy the same trampoline square. Seriously? Shes 14 months old. She can barely walk on a trampoline let alone jump or bounce. There was literally no danger of anybody getting hurt as we were both seated, barely bouncing.As the end of our hour was approaching, the kids started melting down. As my sister and I sat with them trying to get them into a functional state so we could leave, we were again approached and told we cant be on the same trampoline square.As an adult attempting to babysit and make sure the kids have a good time, the staffs enforcement of the rules makes this nearly impossible.Paying $70 so I can not even play with the kids is completely ludicrous.I, for one, will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anybody with kids under the age of 5.
