I went to the Johns Creek Michaels to get a can of snow for my holiday decorations. After wondering thru the store, I eventually found an associate. Although she was walking away from me she was still in ear length of hearing me say excuse me. She kept walking and only turned around when I repeated myself. Even then, she just looked at me and then kept walking to get the long hook they use to grab things up high. She never spoke a word until I asked about the snow. I apologized for interrupting her, and proceeded in the direction she pointed in. As much as I was dismayed, I chalked it up to her having a bad day. Sadly, I had a similar interaction with 2 other employees the next day when I returned for clear treat bags and a bow for my reef. After roaming the store looking for the floral counter, I found a young man stocking and asked about the bags. He asked another associate who then pointed toward the bins up front. Needless to say, there were no treat bags in the bins. I found another associate on the move and inquired about the bags and the bow only to be dismissed that she too treated me like I interrupted her day. She never stopped walking as I followed her to their baking section where I eventually found the bags. I inquired about the bow only to find that Michaels no longer has a floral counter. May I add that they also no longer offer anything remotely close to customer service or satisfaction. I only wonder if they are closing? I cant blame their poor attitude on the pandemic. I blame it on the management because it appears to be their norm. Sad!

Good place to start your Halloween shopping now! They have skeletons, spiders, bats and giant frogs for all your decorations.

Decided to shop on black Friday but everyone in the store was so awesome. I get my giant canvases this time of year and they helped take them to the front. The girl that checked me out was so patient as I went through my purchases and made small decisions on what to keep and what to put back. I know, yes Im that kind of a shopper. It was really a wonderful experience.

When we first walked in, they have a greeter who is really nice. You can find anything you need for any craft. We were asked more than one time if we have any questions. The store was really nice and clean. They have a lot of good sales. The store is located off of Peachtree Parkway in a big Plaza that includes Staples, Dollar Tree, Kohls, and Ulta. We will definitely come back.

Thank you Michaels Staff for being super friendly and allowing us do the Michaels photo Challenge. Make sure you respect the store and clean up and return the things you borrowed in your shoot so others may enjoy this amazing unusual photo location too .

It was hard to find the tie die kits I was tasked (by my wife) with finding. After a quick walk around the store, I gave up and went to the register to ask where the kits were. The associate that helped me dropped what she was working on and walked me back to find what I was looking for. It’s hard to find great service in big box stores but not at this Michaels!!

This location is okay. I didn’t find exactly what I needed (metallic vinyl) but I found a nice basket. Google Maps also does not take to to the correct location so beware

I ordered 3 items (2 paint thinner bottles and a pack of canvases,) and ordered for pickup hours ago. To my dismay, I came to the store to pick up my items. I’m standing here still 40 minutes later, I just feel like this was something that shouldn’t be that difficult, and honestly I should have just went in and grabbed the items myself. Really disappointed with one specific lady and the customer service I received.

Nice place. I have been ordering online and picking up the package in store to save on shipping. Love the customer service.The wait time to pick up online orders is long sometimes as they have photo/frame section at the same counter. Once I had to wait 15 min as there was 1 customer in front of me trying to order their photo frame.

Good selection of basic craft supplies, store is neat and organized, and the employees are friendly and helpful. If youre really into a craft you likely wont find high quality supplies here- no small batch hand dyed yarns or really nice apparel fabrics- but a good place for basics and starting out.

The staff here is always helpful. Find what I need and the staff will help you if you cant find what you need. If they are busy, the checkout line will be long but the staff apologize for wait times. They have custom framing too.

My wife caught a great sale on yarn.

Its an arts and crafts store need I say more. You walk in and you are ready to be that Pinterest mom. You feel it your bones, you can make anything. You wander down the isles grabbing one goodie after another thinking of all the fantastic projects youre going to make. You leave with a lighter heart and a lighter wallet ️I would have given them a five star but their order online and pickup at store service, leaves a lot to be desired.

This store is in a great location, in an outdoor shopping center,.Its near a Dollar Tree, Kohls and Sprouts Market. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were also gift ideas for my grandson that I would not have thought to purchase at Michaels. I ended up buying an art kit and 2 National geographic science kits, as well as a beautiful fall wreath that they were putting out early to my surprise. I highly recommend this Michaels location.

It has good collection of diy jewellery options, diy decorations especially for kids. Hood promotions all over the store.

I love this Michael’s location. I recommend checking online for coupons before shopping though. I absolutely love that they can scan coupons straight from your cellphone, so there’s no need to print anything off ahead of time.

I usually find good deals at Michaels. The coupons make such a difference to help me keep my costs down for my jewelry making. The only problem I ever have is not finding enough of the things I need to make necklaces.

The staff was friendly, although the store was very busy that day. I couldnt locate anyone out on the floor to help. (understandably because it was 70% off Christmas decorations). The line moved quicker than I thought! They were well-prepared.

Lots of craft supplies, decorations, etc, at reasonable prices. Something is always on sale. I prefer it to other craft stores like ACMoore or Hobby Lobby. They sell painting supplies, fake flowers, frames, seasonal decorations, toys, crafts, and more. Staff is very friendly and good at answering questions.

They carry product that you cant buy over the internet not because its not available but because you need to inspect it first. There may be similar products that would fit your need and you need to see them to know that you want to buy them. Stock is presented well and the staff his professional

The store in Johns Creek is very orderly, not overcrowded so you can get through aisles easily.

Unimpressed with the desire to help level of the in store help. Im not a crafter hoping to spend half the day looking for what I came in to buy. Some real assistance and a smile would go a long way from deciding to turn into HobbyLobby next time.

This specific location is always packed! It’s so incredibly busy any time of day - no kidding! I sign up for the emails but when I go to this location, they are ALWAYS sold out :( there is a huge demand so you have to buy for Halloween in summer, buy for Christmas on Halloween etc

Seems like the Michael chain is on decline, nevertheless this particular store try they best to compete. Regular prices are high, watch for coupons, and deals. Huge parking lot, next to Lowes, Sprouts.

The associate that was on the floor wasnt as helpful as Id hoped. Instead of walking us to the product she just pointed and said where it should be. It wasnt there and instead of looking longer we decided to go to Hobby Lobby instead.

This store is usually pretty well stocked and the staff are nice. Theres always coupons for Michaels so check their website before purchasing.

Great selection, but not great customer service. Had to stand in line for 15 minutes because there was only one cashier and a long line of customers to check out. No one asks if you need help finding items.

Great store, nice inventory. Clean and well maintained. The frame shop did an awesome mounting of my wifes certification for her as a gift. The lady was quick and took exquisite care for presentation.

I usually go to hobby lobby out of habit, but Ive got to say I think I will switch to Michaels. They seemed to have a better variety and better quality, and the store wasnt so spread out with an acre of tacky knick knacks in the middle.

Called a little after closing about my Frame that I left with them and the person that answered simply says.... Im sorry your going to call during business hours. I know you might have just closed but customer service should continue.

I took my sons college degree into the Suwanee store to be framed. Framing takes two weeks.....extremely too long to frame an item. I called the store to check the status. The person I spoke to told me its not due until the 13th and was very short with me as if I was a bother. I wasnt a bother when I paid a couple of hundred for the frame. I will probably go into this store today and pick up my sons diploma. Horrible customer service. I will not shop here again.
