Veramonte Park

Large park, nice bathroom facility, big playground wirh softball field and soccer field...SMALL PARKING AREA. Held an event and had to have folks park on the neighboring streets. Local PD magically showed up and told us to move our cars because we were blocking driveways from across the street. Recommend the park but carpool or have small parties

I live here and find this neighborhood is the friendliest, cleanest and nicest place I have ever lived in .I am 64 and have lived in many places, if you are looking for a nice home and good for kids this is it !

It is a fun place to go for everybody and including pets

Its very clean and very well shaded. A lot of grassy area for kids to play balls.

Yay, the splash pad is OPEN! We love this park! Maybe one day theyll cover the splash pad.

Nice park! Had playdate with kids between 3-5 yrs old... the little ones would climb some of the structures and were too scared to get down. There is one part that the smaller ones find hard to climb, it happens to be the part with the best slide. The rock climbing part was very slippy when we went and several kids slid down, at least it is angled. Would be nice if it had some rubber grip. Overall a very nice park!+ Restrooms! Always needed for potty training kids!+ Splash pad, havent tried it yet.+ Picnic tables+ Huge open fields to run around!

Only thing I wish is that Veramonte had a park with baby swings.

Great park and splash pad

Nice park that is well maintained and very shaded. Bathrooms are always clean and have baby changing tables. One medium sized Ramada with 4 tables. Splash pad is small but never overcrowded. Park suitable for ages 3 and up Id say. Splash pad is perfect for all.

Fun park for kids

Nice park with a large shaded playground for the kiddos. Theres also a small splash pad to play at when its warmer out plus theres bathrooms that are decently clean for being at a park which is nice when you have small kids that are potty training.

Perfect little neighborhood park

This is one of my favorite parks in the area. The covered playground, restrooms, and a splash pad! Not to mention nice green grass that is perfect for laying on a blanket and reading a book!

Our great nephew really enjoyed himself here.And the interaction with the other kids is really boosting his self confidence.

An amazing park that has a wonderful splash pad and restrooms. A very good place if you are looking for a small quiet park to go to. Not very crowded on Saturdays unless reserved for birthdays. Very big field for sports and nice playground for kids. All in all, a good park.

Great place to Grandkids to Play

I take my daughter here several times a week. She loves it and the people weve met there have been great. So many parks end up being hang-outs for delinquents, druggies and social misfits. This park is very well maintained.

I give this Surprise park 5 stars because of the sun shade. I can handle 110 degree heat when theres a sunshade, much longer than when there isnt, which means my kids get to play longer. Children need to run around and play, its very important for their neurodevelopment. There is a cute splash pad here, theres also a ramada with benches, and a field where folks play soccer. Theres also bathrooms. And a baseball diamond.

Nice park where to run my grandsons RC car there I ended up running the car he ended up playing in the playground very nice Park thank you City of Surprise

Nice trees, shade, and playground with a water option. Has bathrooms and water fountains. The only downside is that this park is open to Litchfield.

Cool place

Nice covered playground and Ramada. You can reserve it for parties. They also have a little splash pad, great for this Arizona heat. They have a huge grass field with 2 fill size soccer goals and they also have a baseball field with bases on it.

Nice and clean, Its a good place for families

Good place to take the kids so that they can blow off some steam theres a Pokemon stops nearby and a poke gym

Fun park with a lot for the kids to do. Pokemon hide out over there, there are Pokestops and a Gym also.

This park is getting better each year. Brand new shade structure and fun splashpad. Not too busy but my kids always find a few friends there.

Ive done my sons bday party at the ramada twice. Great facility. During the summer the kids like the splash pad.

Are family had so much fun we had a Birthday party there.... Clean park big enough to Bar B Q and play football and kick ball with the family and play some music....

Closed on the weekends? Please explain how that makes ANY sense... Most adults work during the week and kids go to school during the week. It should be open on the weekends for families to spend time together and have fun at the park. This is ridiculous. There is no reason to even have a childrens park that isnt open on the weekends. What a waste.

Great Park, soccer field with two goal posts and playground for kids. My kids soccer team practices there while other sports team practice. Never had any issues.

Its a great place to come with your children and work with reps on Softball or Baseball

This playground and park is awesome! Splash pad is smaller but so nice to have here. We lived down the street last year and its was always wrth it when we came. Big soccer/grass field next to it also, and everytime we came nets were up on the goals too :D. Bathrooms

Splash pad and great playground and now bathrooms too. Splash pad has some nice features, but the ground is hard and there are some angles to the splash pad that I wish were more curved. Nice playground and green area. While located very close to Litchfield Rd, it is a bit removed as there is no direct access to the park from Litchfield Rd

Great park. Never overly busy. Kids love the playground splashpad and sesaw . Plenty of grass. Soccer field and baseball diamond. We go and use the charcoal grill by the pavilion and then play lawn games. Cornhole and stuff while the kids play. I wish there was another grill and a picnic table alittle further from the pavilion because if it happens to be rented for the day your kind of s.o.l. for a grill

The park has a play ground with a little water play ground for little toddlers and there is a baseball field and soccer field and there is a full bathroom for women and men and a parking lot.
