This place has kept its nostalgic essence and is a great place to spend some time with the kiddos. Great for birthdays or a Sunday funday.

This place is perfect. The all you play pass isnt expensive and it lets the kids go nuts and enjoy themselves without pumping money over and over. Great for kids under 9.

Try to book early in the day, we did and it was not as crowded and the kids had a blast in a safe way. Staff was great at cleaning mostly all the time

Thanks to the staff for giving my family and friends a wonderful experience the Birthday Party went as well as expected and your staff met all our needs, salad bar was always maintained bathrooms where clean, pizzas where cooked all the way, and I Saw all those games ! My one suggestion would be to have your staff better explain why you should pause the swipe cards when playing in Arcade Areas

My kids love it! My 9 year old son almost 6 year old princess. Become a member and great coupons too. The stuff crust was really good. Salad bar is on point too. Staff very friendly.

A fun place for the younger kids!

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. All the games were functional and stocked with tickets. Food was decent and fresh too. Chuck E. Cheese mouse even came out a couple of times for photo opps even though there werent that many kids (we were there Black Friday).

Hit or miss here. Sometimes they have attentive staff and other times not so much. Went a few weeks ago and Chuck E came out walked by and left. There was a countdown on the loud speaker telling the kids to get ready for a ticket throw, but that didnt happen so it was a little strange. Pizza is definitely overpriced for sure. You can spend easily over $50 for a pizza, drinks, and a few games. But the games are never out of order like other places so thats a plus. Salad bar is nice, but like the pizza, overpriced. Such a shame there are no Peter Piper Pizzas around. Such a better quality pizza for a way better price.

Did anyone notice this place is infested by large human-sized rodents? Appetizing...

Our 5 kids had such a great time. The pizza was yummy, thinner crust style of you like that. They also had a salad bar which was nice for folks who dont want pizza. Advanced technology made for a little different Chick E Cheese than what I remember as a kid. No more band with all the animated puppets. They have screens now which is probably less creepy for the little ones. Overall fun time for the family.

Great place for childrens birthday party. I love that you have to have an invisible stamp on hand to leave with any kids.Salad bar is decent. Fun games for kids.

Went to this location last night and while the girl at the front was extremely helpful she was the only one that was present. Had some issues but couldnt find anyone willing to help. Then went to ask for help with a ticket machine and watched as one of the staff came out and immediately ran to the back when asked to assist. No manager on duty it seemed. Very sad because my son likes going here but i felt no one cared about guest experiences.

I wouldnt go here if I wasnt forced but it wasnt terrible. Its not like the good old days with the actual animatronics band but the kids seemed to enjoy it nonetheless. Pizza was doable.

60% of games were out of order showing error signs. All tables had trash and food on them. And literally just watched the cook from the back come out and yell, cuss, and disrespect a customer at the front desk. This seems to be a place screaming for management and nobody really cares about their job nor the people spending their money there. If the lack of care and service continues this place will be out of business soon

This location was okay, the whole place was very packed, delaying our food but the food was worth the wait. The Studio C Beta show was working perfectly, the fur on the animatronic was very messy but all of the movements worked. The walk-around character always came out to dance when the music started. Theres a lot of games and rides there too. Overall, that Trip to Chuck E Cheeses was awesome!

Not coming back to any Chuck E. Cheese. We used to come to this location, the last couple of times there was no giant mouse, but the screens did the count down anyways. We decided to try again after a while. Still no mouse. Most of the staff seems lost or high. The whole unlimited play thing is a scam. We tried to pause the timer on the cards. One of the pause machines didnt work. We found the other one and it said the cards didnt have any pauses left. So the kids had to just play instead of taking a break and eat some pizza. Between the lack of service and this scam, we will not return to any locations.

We were waiting for more than an hour twenty for a pizza !....This place is sucks !!nobody cleans the tables

Last minute visit from our granddaughter! We ask her what SHE wanted to do...and bam! We had salad bar and lunch. It was chaotic, crazy and loud! Salad bar was stocked and clean. We found a table to sit at quickly. It was a nice spot away from the crowd, somewhat. We all had fun winning tickets for a prize at the end. The prize booth was a blast! The young man was super patient and sweet!

In general this is a standard Chuck e cheese experience, but this location struggled and seems seriously understaffed for the volume of traffic and poorly maintained and supplied. On this visit, at least 6-7 games were out of order, they were out of many items behind the counter, they had no alcohol (beer or wine). Last time we were here we waited almost an hour and a half for a pizza before giving up and getting our money back. This all makes the pandemonium of 5 simultaneous birthdays harder to tolerate. There is basically one person in the building that really knows how to do anything and she is super nice and helpful but its hard to overcome all these other issues.

Just had a horrible experience here at Chuck E. Cheese. We ordered two pizzas and the pizza didn’t have any tomato sauce or cheese. The male manager was very rude and at first refused to refund our money or to remake the food. After about 10 minutes of my sister in-law speaking to him he reluctantly gave her back her money. Kids were starving so they ended up eating a few slices after he refused to remake them. These were some of the slices that they just couldn’t eat. As a company I would be ashamed to put at this quality of food.

Had a blast. Employees were very engaged and helpful. Still the kids very favorite place to go.

I have many fond memories of Chuck E Cheese growing up. However, as a parent with kids now, it is a different experience. We have been twice now and both times the dozens of birthday parties make the place packed. But the bigger issue is the pizza is unedible and the whole place is just dirty. The games are somewhat pricey and the ticket options are bad. I would recommend Dave and Busters or pretty much any other arcade if you want games. Ultimately this is a 1-2 times in a lifetime place. Just survive when those times come.

I liked the place but most of their games didnt have tickets or they didnt work.They need more staff because they only had two girls working on the counter one was on register and the other one by the prizes, we had to wait a long time to get the prizes..

They need to re-train their employees and improve their cleanliness. I took my kids and my nephews here last week, and no one bothered to check our stamps on the way out. We were there for over an hour, and Chuck E Cheese never came out either, even though they kept announcing it. They had at least three employees there for an evening on a school night, but they did nothing besides hide behind the counter.

I found a Great Staff that was committed to making things fun for the kids.

Awful, just awful. Many of the games were out of order or not dispensing tickets. The air hockey game had no puck, but used up our points anyway. Pizza took 41 minutes to arrive. Been a fan of CEC since my kids were little, now I have grand kids. This was the worst one Ive ever been to. AVOID!!

Unlimited is Deceiving!First of all, their “Unlimited Games” package is “unlimited” only for the duration of the time you purchase ( pay $15 for 30 min... you get to play as much as you can DURING those 30 min). Not enough games for kids when busy, so you get to waste “unlimited” time waiting in-line.Pizza is horrible, expensive...Chuck E. Cheese’s is a dying breed, sooo vetee and much more fun at Dave N Busters!!!ya

Been a long time siince I was here last. Fun for 12 and under, food seems to have gotten better, and now they have wine and beer.

We were here for a birthday, we were invited by a very nice family. And unfortunately we were very badly treated by the staff of this place. the employees were angry because the children wouldnt pick their prices quickly All the staff was very rude and when we spoke to one of the emplyees she told us that they were not going to help the kids anymore and that they need to leave. It was the worst experience ever for the birthday girl. what a disappointment. For sure this will not be the only complaint, your staff treated the kids really bad.

Every other game was broken, staff seemed displaced, one girl quit in the middle of her shift. A customer let the child checker (who needs a shower and a stick of deodorant) know that there was blood and poop in the men’s bathroom. The customer left and the employee said it’s not their problem- when asked if they’re going to notify someone, they replied that the person to clean is gone for another 10 min. What a joke- 2/4 ticket machines were also broken.

We really enjoy going here. The staff has always been friendly and the facility is clean. Its never been too busy and with little kids thats a good thing so they can bounce from game to game. We also really like they play structure so its not just video games. Finally, we really like that the games are cheap to play - like $.25 or $.50 whereas other places with games can be $2-$3 each time.

Ok but the birthday room is super crazy and impersonal. But its good for the price and convenience.

Came here tonight for a birthday party. We all had a nice time. The staff was friendly, kind and attentive. All the games worked, which is not the case for most chuckie cheeses. We played for 90 minutes as a family and had a great time. We would recommend this to anyone wanting to get out with the kids and have fun.

This location has some nice variety of games but Chuck e didn’t come out for the live shows and was nowhere to be found. I’d say they need to make sure chuck e comes out and gives kids the full Chuck e cheeses and experience. Overall this Chuck E. Cheese wasn’t the best place I’ve been to but it’s also not the worst.

Always a good time .Some games out of order salad bar was empty did not get refilled under staffed for sure . But i love this place so we made the best of it.

They desperately need more staff on weekends. We got here at open on Sunday morning. Waited almost an hour for a medium pepperoni pizza. Chuck E did not come out at scheduled times. My daughter was so sad, it was the main thing she wanted while we were here (to meet Chuck). This was her birthday treat, so we’re both really disappointed.

Stuffed crust pizza very yummy. Kids love it and there is a physical play area. Service was good and friendly with kids/adults.

We went yesterday and I really like the new time pass. The food was good and the staff was very friendly. The place was also really clean and we had a great time.

Fun place for the kids, but a lot of games were not working (didnt function, tickets not given, out of coins, etc.). I do like that you can pay for time instead of credits. All staff members that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. However, it didnt seem like there was enough staff for the amount of customers. We did eat there and our pizza was out fairly quickly and it was good. The salad bar was kind of a mess and some items were totally gone. Overall, its a fun place for kids, but super chaotic (which is to be expected at a kids establishment).

My grandson really likes the games more than the rides. Best part is smiling and having fun.

The older I get the more dissatisfied I feel at Chuck E. Cheese. Hosted 5 year olds birthday party here and while accommodations were not a problem and the child had a blast, the games were sad at best. About 1/3 of the machines simply did not work, stealing play time without actually providing the customer with anything. And for the half-dozen or so broken machines, only one had an Out of Order sign.

My grandson loves this place for his birthday. 2 years in a row.

They seemed a little understaffed, but the staff that was there was very nice and did a great job. The restrooms needed attention, but Im sure that was due to being short staffed. The new game card system is pretty nice, and gives you an option to buy either credits or game time. If you buy time, you get unlimited play during that time, and there are stations to pause the timer, so you dont lose the time if you need to stop and eat or whatever. I really like that they let you supplement your tickets with cash.

The establishment is clean. The games are fun and my nephews enjoy this location. I have been a few times and the service is the piece that is hit or miss. I dont go during busy times and it is slow while we are there. I have had our food come out very fast and I have had it take over an hour for one pizza. Even when we have been the only people in the restaurant. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful but there are a couple bad apples. Just expect that service will be inconsistent and plan accordingly in case you are waiting much longer than expected.

Awful all around experience. I figured with the location that there would be a slightly upscale demographic of people- but this isnt the case. Instead its more along lines of dealing with trashy parents who camp and exploit the machines that give out easy tickets. So much so, that, by the time a kid ( for whom this place is designed ) gets to play the game theyve been waiting for, its out of tickets. Then you deal with the place being so sparsely staffed that tracking someone down to replenish the machine is next to impossible. Overall its just an awful place to spend time and money. Probably wont be back. Id rather go to a D&B. Might be more expensive but you certainly dont deal with this type garbage.

Every single time I’ve been here the machines don’t dispense the tickets, sometimes will give you an incorrect amount of tickets even though the machine tells you how much you should get, and the photo booths never print properly. Just a little frustrating when your spending money and the machines rip you off. Also me and my son waited 5 minutes at the front for someone to stamp our hands and I finally gave up waiting.

Lots of fun for the kids. But under staffed in my opinion for the weekend. The ticket machines were jamming, the lines were crazy and there just werent enough employees to come help. The employees are kids for the most part so the customer service isnt great. I wouldnt even say it is ok. You get eye rolls and answers from kids/employees that barely will make eye contact with you. But The pizza was really good. Chucke could be a little more enthusiastic. BUT, my 3yr olds didnt notice. It would definitely be 5 stars IF they were fully staffed for weekends and if the employees were friendly and helpful.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The woman who checked us in was apathetic to say it nicely. I’m here now and am approaching the 2 hour mark and still have not received our food. Multiple games take your money however are broken and so there is no game. No management to be found...when asked the front desk woman to redeem tickets for prizes she simply gazed and at us and ignored while the line grew and grew. We decided to get a refund now for food and there is a guy upfront who simply said “ok it’s refunded” even though when I checked my card activity it had not been. The one redeeming quality is the game “Street hoops” is broken and allowing my son to shoot basketballs over and over again without stop...the one time this place’s complete failure of operations worked out in our favor.Save yourself a frustrating afternoon and avoid the crowd here at the Superior Chucky Cheese. Certainly not worth the head ache

To many kids at once! We were there for a birthday party and it was hard to move around without bumping into someone. Some machines were down but not many. Its hard to find a game for the kids to play thats not already being used.

This place seems to be run only by high school kids. No adult seems to be taking care of the business. Dirty bathrooms without toilet paper at 11am! It was still very busy and the pizza was good, I was told.

This has become the worst chuckie cheese they are always under staff the lines are super long tbe kiosk dont work and the staff that is working is rude! This place has gone so down I will never come back! Get your place in order or close stop waisting peoples time!

Good place to take a 2 - 7 year old.

Some employees were ok but most of them were very short with people. No ice for pop machine and games were always breaking and needing the employees to come reset them.Great prices but it needs some work. Overall the place was clean and the bathrooms were actually clean.

Always a long wait even if there are only two people in the whole place. Salad bar is a joke. Lunch deal is not that great only 2-3 choices of pizza and last time I had to ask for desert as it wasn’t there and seemed like it wasn’t going to be at all, but the lunch deal includes it. Not very good as you pay for everything but have to go ask for it. Seems like I used to enjoy food there more, doesn’t taste as good at all. Every time we go there is a different staff, but same slow and sometimes nonexistent. Manager seems nice but won’t let your kids have a prize if you are just a couple points short will make a kid to exchange which was surprising as usually workers don’t care about a few points short and let kids still pick a prize.

We always have a good time here. The food has improved the pizza was decent. I didnt have the salad but it looked good! The games all seemed to be working as we got quite a haul of tickets. The staff was friendly and fixed the few problems with machines.

This place is ridiculous. You cant find a table because the staff do not clear vacant tables. The salad bar is not stocked regularly, and when/ if you can find staff they completely ignore you. No pride in working and no respect for their customers. No to mention the bathrooms being disgusting. Big disappointment considering we drove from Frederick to come.

Soooo, expensive! Did they forget this is a kid arcade that serves pizza? My wallet thought we went to Disney world. The pizza while over priced wasnt awful?? Maybe not good but not awful. Staff, or should I say the one girl I could find was very nice considering she was doing everything but putting on chuck s head. The kids did like it though.

Great pizza, fast service. Would have been five stars if it wasnt for the dip n dots issue. I ordered chocolate from the kiosk, they said they didnt have chocolate. I told her I wanted cookies and cream as a second choice and I got some berry and cookie dough pieces in the cup as well. Needs more options and better service at the dip n dots stand.

Was a bit disappointed this time. Went for 2 of my kids friends birthday parties and I guess they over booked. No one came to sing to the birthday kids in our party, but they went to every other table. The staff seemed overwhelmed. We werent informed of anything. We just kind of had to guess. It was complete chaos. The only good thing about this visit was my daughter changed her mind about having her party there.

Good was good, the mouse came out once for the kids, and it was not too busy. I do wish they would have some more entertaining prizes for the kids at a reasonable ticket price. I feel like D&B is the better place to go now. Service was pretty good, too.

Id rather eat a bullet than go to Chuck E. Cheeses. But.... the kids absolutely love it. The games definitely keep the kids entertained.

Over all everything was good. This location is super clean and all the games were working, only came across two that were out of tickets so no payout. Would have given 5 stars but this location only has 4 ticket munchers and only 2 were working so the lines to count out the tickets were long and so it took forever. Id suggest adding at least 2 more ticket munchers and ensure that they are always in working order.

Staff was friendly. The facility was cleanand allnof the games were working. I reccomend the 1 hour pass it was a good value.

The staff was short handed but did an exceptional job handling it with poise & respect despite the rude parents who were complaining. We were made aware of the wait time for food and it came out right about the time they predicted. Our kids had a GREAT time & thats what truly mattered.

Very poor customer service! Went to a birthday party and was treated very very poorly by the staff at the register!

We had fun here for my sons birthday and the older kids that actually grew up with Chuck-E-Cheese were also along with us and it was a great time. but its been over 12 years since weve actually been into a Chucky cheese and it was definitely a strange change from coins to cards. And no one explained any of this to us so we had to finally get the attention of one of the staff members before we figured out how we use the cards on all of the games. definitely bad business if you dont explain to your customers how the business is operating on a new system nor is there any signage anywhere explaining anyting in clarity.

Always a fun experience and the employees are all so wonderful and friendly! Very hard working employees as well!

Love this place its a nice place to take the kids to run around while you sit in peace. They have the stamp system so you dont have to worry about someone trying to steal your kid.

We came for a birthday party on a Sunday afternoon. There were 5 parties and jam packed. They were clearly under staffed. There was trash everywhere, trash cans piled high so that you couldn’t fit anymore in, 3 of the 4 ticket counting machines were broken, many broken games or no tickets in machines, several sodas empty, one veggie in the whole salad bar and the staff that was there were standing around giving neck massages. I had to return my salad bar because I waited 45 minutes for it to be refilled and still empty. This experience was unpleasant to say the least! I will not be back as a paying customer.

Way smaller than I thought it was going to be, connection issues with the POS systems, but other than that my 3 year old had a great time playing the games and eating the pizza!

Machines kept running out of tickets but thats probably because im such an epic gamer and kept getting jackpots

Great experience. I was leary about having a party there and worried it would be a disaster however it was fantastic. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Good at taking your money for kids to play games but not so much for the pizza. Paid for 6 people to have the pizza and salad buffet but they didnt put any fresh pizza out til we were just about ready to leave and I had to go to the counter and say something in order for them to do that. Never again, but now I know why I havent been here in so long.!Wont be going back.!!!!!

Water slides are phenomenal I love the really big one with the lights. It is really fun to come here in the evening before closing hours and play in the pool. Thanks for a great time!
