Love that we have a showcase with such an amazing array of talent available to our community! Thank you Kari and staff for lending such nurturing guidance to help develop and polish the younger members of our tribe. You all are just another reason to love living here!! That said, I loved seeing Muse of Fire. Such adult content delivered with a knowingness from such young actors and then to discover they only had a little over 2 weeks to learn their lines? Amazing confidence you had in them and they in themselves!! Loved the show!

This has become a second home for me. Everyone is really nice and sorptive, and has helped me pursue my acting and music goals. Also I have been here for years and myself and everyone here has a personal relationship with the owner and staff. We have invited each other over to our house many times. You would be a fool not to come here if you enjoy acting, filming,making movies, musical theater, music, and friends. Overall this is a phenomenal place.

Reel Kids truly helped prepare me for college. I took their film editing and sound design classes for two years and was able to finish my college portfolio in both subjects. It was super nice to have college prep classes taught by professors and know that I had a specified time to work on those skills! I am now a senior at University of Colorado College of Music and cant wait to graduate to the next stage of my musical journey!

Students staged Cats. It was fantastic. Students put up a great show. Greatness showed that the organizers are inspirational, dedicated, and smart. Every student was a superstar. This kind of work makes a community rich - rich is culture and art, and science and goodness. Bravo!

I am currently studying film production in Los Angeles (at Loyola Marymount University), and I started at Reel Kids! Reel Kids is an amazing place to be yourself and grow creatively. The amazing people at Reel Kids taught me so much, and provided a lively creative environment for me to express myself and develop my skills. I am truly grateful for what Reel Kids was to me in my time there.

My two children have been involved with Reel Kids and Kari Kraakevik for over 8 years. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kari, her staff and the way that Reel Kids has been a home away from home for so many children. Reel kids is a gem. Their productions are extremely high quality (make-up, costumes, choreography, music, etc.) and their classes and camps are always unique. My kids cant wait for Harry Potter this summer!

Reel Kids has helped me grow into the artist I am today. It has been my second home since seventh grade, and Ive been involved in every possibly activity available. I am excited to be heading to Loyola Marymount University for film and television production thanks to the unique education Reel Kids has offered me. I am sad to be leaving Reel Kids, however, but I know Ill always come back. It is the most supportive, creative, and encouraging community that Ive ever had the honor to be involved with. I credit Reel Kids with my passion for filmmaking, as it has provided me with countless opportunities, connected me with incredible individuals, and has pushed me to grow in a positive direction.
