Juan made the experience unforgettable and spectacular. Man is fudging amazing! He ran the Crisis at 1600 for me and my friend and was so very helpful at the right times. Definitely friendly and determined to do his job with excellence! Will be coming back because he made our time worth the money Room had great puzzles, pretty challenging and exciting to do. Very well made room, the decor and amount of detail put in was phenomenal

I had an amazing experience here with 15 other friends in 2 of the storylines. I was thrilled and felt challenged every step of the way. My team of 8 won with just under 2 minutes left on the clock! I will be coming back because the sensation of stepping out of the last room in victory is a unique and wonderful rush.

Went and did Crisis at 1600 tonight was had a great time. Juan ran our game and he was amazing! Not only is his customer service impeccable, but he also gave great clues at just the right time. Not to mention the clues were great. Definitely ask for Juan if you stop by. The room was also very entertaining and had great puzzles. Will be coming back soon!

Americas escape room is so much fun! I took our homeschoolers there for a field trip and Andres and Matt were very helpful in booking and in playing Crisis 1600! Our children range from 8-14 and they had a blast! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Matt and Kirk, our party hosts were super helpful and attentive to our every need. They were always coming in into the room to check if we needed anything and during our escape room with 8 kids Matt was super helpful and patient. Highly recommended.

We had a group of 6, some newbies and some veterans. We did the tomb and it was great! As someone who grew up loving Ancient Egypt, this was more of a treat than I was expecting for my first escape room.Our host was CJ, and he did a wonderful job of nudging us if we needed to keep moving without giving too much away. We will definitely be coming back with our group of friends to try out the other rooms!

We’ve always had a great time but over several years they say new rooms are coming. And sadly no new rooms. Absolutely a fun time but we’ve done these rooms enough. Time to find a new escape

They have very good escape rooms. We did the hardest one and we could get out but we will be back for sure. 100% recommend.

We hosted my kids (ages 10 and 12) birthday party at Americas Escape Game and the experience was very good! We arrived there very early and they were kind enough to let us in to arrange the party room and bring in our decorations.We had two groups of kids with different escape room themes and the staff was very accommodating in catering to both age groups, even giving some extra time to the little ones who had a harder time solving the mystery.The games were fun and the kids had a great time.The party room was very spacious and clean but the staff didnt do much to help with the actual party, such as pizza, cake cutting or even cleaning up after we were done.Overall Id recommend it.. its a fun place and very well kept.

This is so much fun!!! Its certainly not something youre going to do every weekend, but I could see skipping a couple movies and doing it ever other month! Its a total blast!!!! The room was interesting and theme appropriate. The staff was great!!!!!! Clari was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend that you visit the escape room establishment. You wont be disappointed!

By far the best escape room in South Florida. I’ve visited many throughout the country and this one is at the top of my list. We escaped with 15 seconds left!!

We had SO MUCH FUN!! Great for any occasion really - to celebrate a birthday or just another rainy day..we did the caretaker room - the room was appropriately creepy, the sound effects were on point, the puzzles were challenging, and so many different kinds of puzzles! Jesse was an excellent guide, the facility was in great shape. Overall I highly recommend!!

Our group of four made it out of caretaker in only 42 minutes!! super fun, it was my fourth time coming and each and every time is a different experience (even if you repeat a room!) thank you cj for giving us gentle nudges along the way to make sure we were successful. would recommend these escape rooms to anyone!!!

I liked it a lot, its a great idea to have fun with friends and colleagues. All very well prepared. The only thing that wasnt so good was the guy that introduced us to the game and then finished saying bye. Id expect for him to add more enthusiastic approach or energy and a nice closing so we can come back for another adventure more excited. But after all Id definitely come back to try the scary game!

Did the Asylum with a group of 5 experienced escape room veterans. Puzzles were pretty standard fare as far as escape rooms go. Price was good, especially with the Florida resident discount. Our escape artist, CJ, was excellent... he was entertaining and knew how to give gentle nudges when needed without giving away too much. We did have a problem with several doors/panels that didnt open properly when activated though. Despite the malfunctions, it was still a good time overall.

Super friendly staff, spooky room. Clari was awesome and helpful. Poor thing cause, communication is not our strong point.

Awesome escape room!! We did the Miami Nightmare and it was very well made. The puzzles were logical. The game master was enthusiastic and genuine. Good story line, challenging puzzles but very fun! I’ve been to over 15 escape rooms and this one definitely ranks in the top. I would recommend to all my friends.

The best way to bond with your friends. A very addicting experience that is different with every room. Can be a bit pricy but the experience is worth the money. My friends and I have come here until we completed all the rooms. Cant wait for the new ones to come out. Run out of rooms? There is another location at Orlando.

This escape room is very well done! In the one that we did we had to get through 3 doors before trying to solve the final puzzles and crack the code to get out! There was even a moving bookshelf that really blew our minds! We enjoyed every minute. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It was AWESOME! Our group of 6 had soo much fun experiencing The Asylum last weekend. The inside of the building was nicely decorated, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the escape room was definitely challenging enough for all of us. Americas Escape Game is so much fun! I tried to escape out of Crisis at 1600 and had so much fun. I have never done an escape room before that was so complex, complicated, and interactive. The staff was so helpful, too, especially because most of my group were first-timers. I would love to go back soon and try another room!

This place is amazing! The rooms are extremely well put together, the team is super friendly and helpful. All around great experience, my husband and I have been there two time so far and we love it!

We went as a group of 4 and we had a great time. Our room was “The caretaker” which is the hardest room they have! We didn’t escape, so we are trying our odds another time at another room! Definitely would recommend for a group of friends to try! The larger the group the easier to solve the puzzles!

Went with 7 other friends not sure what to do expect. It really did live up to the hype. Def takes teamwork and problem solving skills. Will absolutely be going again and trying a different room.

We reserved the mummy room for four of us. When we arrived, there were 2 more scheduled with us. We told the desk clerk we were disappointed, and she suggested doing another room. Great idea...Not! She gave us Asylum. It did not sound like our cup of tea. So we asked, Is it scary? NOOO...it is just decorated a little creepy....Wrong!!! It was super scary. If you are a big HHN fan, then you will enjoy it! I am not fond of paying to be scared. We HATED it. The puzzles were good, but it was literally not fun because we were frightened. We had to have the game host join us to finish because we would not ho any further. (Dont want to say too much and give away any spoilers) HOWEVER.... I think it was a legitimate mistake. The girl at the front desk has never actually experienced any of the rooms. When we told her how awful it was for us, she felt bad. She offered to have us back that same day to do any room we like. Crisis at 1600, on the other hand, was one of MY FAVORITE escape rooms ever! It was so well done. Great decorations and fun puzzles. We escaped with only 2 minutes to spare. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!

The Caretaker - exciting, challenging room. Scary and fun rolled into one.

Went here for my birthday and it was nothing less than amazing. Everything was extremely organized when we arrived and its a complete ly unique experience you cant have anywhere else. Would recommend to any group of friends or families who are looking for a fun, collaborative way to celebrate any occasion.

My group did the Murder at 1600 which unbeknown to us was supposedly their least challenging. There were a lot of little puzzles to solve the larger themed puzzle and we finished with only minutes to spare. Another group of ours werent so lucky attempting a other game. 8 people Max to each room so keep in mind if you have only four, you likely will be grouped with others. The puzzles need to be solved concurrently so you need atleast 5-6 people. It was a lot of fun though, nice change of pace for a group activity.

We scheduled a private event for staff. We were scheduled to be there by 11:45 am. The location was not open. by 12:10 still no one was there. When you pay in advance and pay more, youd expect amazing service and follow through.

I went here with a with some friends and had a great time. The room was very interactive and employees were incredibly nice. 10/10 would come again. (Im already planning to)

That was a great experience. It was a little bit confusing at times, and I probably wouldnt have been able to break out without the clues from the guide... lol. All in all, a really good time.

The best quality escape rooms Ive been to and finally its out West. The decor is top notch and the employees are super friendly. While you wait to go in, the test you with riddles. I cant wait to do all 6 rooms!
