Due to Covid-19, this location is practicing social distancing. There are fewer games available but still enough for children to have a great time during this pandemic. They have also installed a lot of hand sanitizer dispensers.. We had a pleasant experience.

Have been taking my children here for a while now. They always loved it, even when the machines constantly took their tokens.I would have to say they used to be a 2 Star place however with all the upgrades they have moved to a 4 Star.The games are as entertaining as ever for the kids and the ability to get their card points back if the play card is lost or stolen while here is amazing!I am sad that they completely did away with the indoor playground however I do understand why.Its not as cheap as it once was however overall I like it better and the kids love it. I would definitely recommend.

Now this is a great place to be! Where a kid can be a kid! Unlimited games for just $30, you cant beat it - and its not packed like other Chuck E. Cheeses. My son had a lot of fun and as a parent I did too! The staff was so friendly and we even got to see Chuck E. Himself!! What a wonderful place to go to spend time with your kids! Super awesome!!!

We planned the trip there for the 5.00 pizza and called since we are 2hrs away and they said it ended 2weeks ago but we went anyway because we had gift cards to use before they close. We wore masks but so many games were shut off and the ticket counters were out of order except 1. Not that fun this time.

I had my granddaughters 2nd birthday celebration here...we all had a blast.

We took our son in to play some games and the young lady in the glasses (didnt see a name badge) was very unfriendly. She obviously didnt want to be there. I think our visits pay her salary and someone needs to make her aware. She can leave nasty at home. If he didnt love it so I assure you we would not be going back.

Everything was going good until one of the workers in the back (a white man with glasses) started giving me attitude when I asked him about the ice cream machine and he walked off on me. He need to work on his manners.

Lots of icky, sticky, loud kids. Lots of icky, sticky, loud machines. I seen kids and parents alike enjoying the games. Everyone seemed to enjoy the pizza and appeared to have a good time. Just your normal Chuck E Cheese

Smallest one ever! Some staff very friendly and helpful, others not so much. Was busy and lots of machines werent giving tickets and 3 of the 5 ticket eaters were down, i felt bad for the one guy running around with his head cut off doing everything. Pizza was excellent!

Clean and great customer service... the wings were tasty... and the games are for all ages. You can request chuckie its not a lot of people there.

My kids adore this place. Recently updated games. Chuck E Cheese himself comes out almost every visit which my son loves. Pizza is not the best but usually just go for games.

By far the worst customer service we have ever experienced. You would assume that the employees would at least smile at the children. The female working on 9/11/2019 should be fired, she kept pulling her phone out texting while our kids were trying to choose their prizes. She showed a complete lack of enthusiasm or care, and barely even acknowledged us when speaking to her. The store owner is losing customers and money for every hour that she is on the clock. I should also note that while she shined the light on our hands when we left, there’s no way she confirmed the numbers matched. The toilets would not flush. Several of the games weren’t working properly or were out of tickets. We’ve been on several occasions and have spent $50+ each time. We won’t be returning, which is unfortunate because it’s one of the few indoor options for kids in this town.

The female working today is the absolute worst employee I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with at this particular establishment. She was rude and barely even acknowledged me when I spoke to her. She showed a complete lack of attention or enthusiasm. Several games were not working properly, which I brought to her attention - her response was literally nothing. I’m not a fan of Chuck E Cheese to begin with, but Sumter offers so little for indoor activities, so we occasionally take the kids there, but today is the last time. The amount of effort put forth by this particular female isn’t even worth minimum wage. Her employer is wasting money by putting her the schedule and has lost at least one family’s business... at $40-60 per Chuck E Cheese visit, we’ll spend a little more time in the car traveling to Columbia.

Every table was extremely dirty. Plenty of employees, but had to clean a table myself.

Just arrived at Shaw AFB and figured Id take the children out to chuck e cheese for a fun evening since were new to the area. Little did we know we were entering a non customer friendly facility. No employees (manager included) gave us a greeting. We stood at the front desk for at least 5 min. Without any communication between staff and customer, however; staff was capale of eating pizza at the front desk. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects a friendly and fun experience. Staff has much to learn when it comes to servicing regardless if their shift is ending or not.

Staff was nice but several games need to be fixed. I use to work for NAMCO for ten years and am a game technician. Many of the games are easy fixes.

We celebrated our sons #firstbirthday here and it was truly something special we came within the final hour before closing, and enjoyed some great pizza. Im addition to this the customer service was excellent all the way around. I would definitely recommend this establishment!

Food was horrible pizza was totally over priced, pizza was almost burned. Bathrooms needed cleaning. Never again .

Great experience for my three year old nephew and family. Host Zachary was extremely patient with us while we asked many questions about play minutes and credits. Clean location and friendly employees.

I think the majority of the staff see it as a job and nothing more. Lines to purchase are often long waits and my kids almost always leave with an illness so its apparent they dont wipe down the games which leads me to hardly ever go there

Kids love this place!! Its loud, busy, colorful and it has P I Z Z A!!!Now, they issue a card which you can load $$$ onto that in turn give you the coins(that kids used to have to carry around). Now, you can just swipe that loaded card, play a game and get those little tickets to turn in, at the end of your trip, and pick some prizes.Just cool stuff for the kiddos!!

Nice very fun

It had been updated, which is nice. But now almost all the games are just based on winning tickets. The are only a couple arcade- type games for the older kids to play and acouple really little rides for todlers.. And no play ground. Not much for kids over the age of 6 to do.

I love this place. First I love their stamp security system n I love that any machine is jus 1 token. You dont have to rob a bank for your kids have fun n play a few games.

This location is a little more run down and smaller than most of the locations Ive been to. On a positive they have sensory friendly days on first Sunday of the month.

The mouse has creeped me out since I was a kid but my kids love him. The pizza is mediocre but the kids love that stuff too. Its a fun place for them and as longs as they like it, who am I to complain.

Small quiet lack of games

Had to change my 3 stars to 1, because we had waited a long time for our pizza. Tried to get a refund but woman dont know if shes the supervisor got a nasty attitude. I wont spend my money at this chuck e cheese anymore. Terrible customer service and business.
