Locked myself down. As an introvert I had a blast the first 3 months. After 7, even Im tired of it. I bought a ticket online, picked my seat ahead of time, wore a mask (ok except to eat popcorn) and it was not at all crowded, even on a Saturday night. Middle row and no one sat anywhere near me. I saw Honest Thief, and it was a good movie.

CDC guidelines in effect and enforced. You can buy tickets and choose seats on their app. Small staff & very few patrons. We were the only two in the 5pm show. Concession prices are higher & no free refills. Was great to be back.

Just saw Rocketman. Friendly staff and a clean facility. My friend and I enjoyed our time there.

Enjoyed my experience! Went to Rambo and was the only person in the theater. It was awesome. Very, very clean and the seats seemed brand new. I expected something very different based on previous reviews. Not local, but I would go again!

It was a very good experience! any place with clean bathrooms is A-1 for me! The workers were young but very well mannered and respectable! The popcorn was delicious and the atmosphere was fun! I truly enjoyed myself! Kudos to those young people who worked yesterday! They showed unity and i was very pleased with their service!

The movie theaters just feel family friendly and the place is almost always clean. The concession stands are a bit high but over all I would say, its great!

I love this theater I have wonderful experiences here I am planning on coming back to see boys 2 next weekend on Saturday can’t wait to go back

I would give it a five star if the Concession stands price wasn’t so high. The price for just a small bag of popcorn is $13.00. It would be okay if it costed $6.00. Another negative is that they don’t give bus drivers a discount.

Theater is great. Staff are awesome. Prices are reasonable. They just need more security or something for the massive groups of teenagers who come to a movie to play, talk, answer their phones and be extremely loud. They ruin it.

Clean, quaint facility. Though older than many theaters, everything was in working order and the seats were very comfortable. Dont let its outdated appearance (or the cop cars out front) deter you!

Facilities are ok but they could definitely use some major updates. Theres no reason why the box office and concessions are so understaffed at completely predictable peak times. And I completely understand if replacing/upgrading seats isnt in the budget, but theres no reason that they shouldnt be numbered and assigned at this point. It feels like theyre way too comfortable coasting along as the only option in town.

I loved the movie

I enjoyed watching Stuber and Spider-Man. We got our tickets quick and the waitresses at the concession stand were very entertaining. It took us a while to find which theater we were going to.

The police Officers are straight disrespectful, and one of them took my belt and wouldn’t give it back to me. Honestly if I could rate this Terrible movie theater 0 stars I would. And plus they are so strict towards kids. I HATE THIS MOVIE THEATER.

Enjoyed the movie. Had to wait for about 7-8 minutes to getg tickets while lone worker worked at stocking snack bar.

It was clean and the popcorn was fresh but took a while to get through line. I know they did their best to make the line move .

Prices are a bit high for the concession stand but ticket prices are good value. Clean facility and plenty of seating. Always have the new releases playing and offer a flashback cinema option.

My kids love the selections of cartoon movies that are offered here. The drinks, candy and popcorn are expensive but that is to be expected at any theater.

Automatic system said movie Shazam started at 12:45 p.m. when actually they did not open until 3:45 p.m. We drove an hour with 4 children. Ages 6 to 11 year old. Who were highly dissatisfied as well as us. They need to do a better job on updating thier automatic phone system. Next time that we are in town. Want to spend time with grandchildren to view a movie. It will not be here.

I recently purchased tickets so my son and his girlfriend could watch a rated R movie. My son almost 18 and his girlfriend 16 could not go in because of her age. I’m not complaining about the theater or the associates I’m complaining about the age requirements. I talked to the manager who was very nice by the way and he explained everything. I just can’t get over the well they can’t watch cause there underage. I’m sorry! there old enough to have sex and watch Netflix and whatever else so there old enough to watch a scary movie at the theater lol just saying. Times are changing hopefully this will as well.

Went to see A Star Is Born and loved the film. If youre planning to watch this film, take extra tissues. This was my first theatre visit in a while so purchasing a ticket from a kiosk was a bit unsettling but staff were quick to help. My only complaint is prices in consessions were steep, almost $20 for 2 drinks and a tub of popcorn. But, all in all, I would visit here again.

This theater needs some renovations to make the aisles more spacious.

Prices for movie nit bad. Prices for food that was nasty was too high. Paid nearly $15. For two small flavored icee and a soft pretzel. Pretzel was weird tasting. Asked if I could buy a small cup of cheese since they had cheese for nachos. I was told no. If I return I will take my own snacks etc.

The last 2 times Ive gone..the smell in the theaters was really disgusting. I wont go back.

One word......GHETTO! I have never in my life seen a police offer run in the theater and pull teenagers out!! Teenagers all over the place running, talking, yelling, cursing!!!!! I will NEVER step foot back in that theater!!!!! I will make the drive to columbia if i need to go see a movie!!

This theater is the closest one to our home, and though it is not as new or as fancy are others may be, I have never had a bad experience there. In fact, it is the only theater that I can depend on to have my favorite treat each time I visit: a frozen coke. Sometimes it is the small things that make it worthwhile and I for one will continue to use this theater for my familys movie needs.*Update They have changed their policy on frozen cokes so Im not nearly as happy. But I guess thats life

Small but decent theater, needs more snack selections

All my experiences have been positive. The staff is patient and polite. The seats are comfortable and the cinema is clean.

Its an alright movie theater since there is not much to do around. If your not going to the recent showing you will always be put in one of the tiny theater rooms.

First, stop allowing crying babies and talking toddlers into rated R movies.Second, put your ticket booths INSIDE. No one wants to stand out in the elements or dodge traffic standing in line to buy that expensive ticket. Do better.

Only theater in town unless you wanna drive 45 min. Their corporate office should come in and clean it up or build a new location in Sumter. This is a military town and this theater could make so much more money but it is ghetto. The seats are dirty. It smells like piss and mold. A cop has to take tickets at night. The only other upside besides its the only theater in town is that the employees are always nice. Ive never seen such a theater until I had to move to Sumter.

Unfriendly, half-like service. Came to a movie for a nice afternoon out. The concession stand service, though completely unbusy, barely provided service, let alone decent. Kid who took my ticket was falling asleep against the wall, barely cared to have the job, and I practically had to do his job for him. Fresh popcorn was being popped but I was given stale. I should have stayed home and watched the movie on Amazon after it came out. Im disgusted. The friendly lady who sold me the ticket was the only bright moment. Uugh.

It wasnt a perfect ten, but if you want to go to a movie and enjoy it, beacon is the place to go. The snack bar is a 7/10, but the employees are extremely friendly. Ive been here for about six months and I enjoy the atmosphere. There is no reason you cant enjoy a movie at this theatre.

They have a new rule every week about how I cant get in to see a movie- something the American teenager has been doing for decades! Supposedly, I couldnt get into a movie because the adult present wasnt my LEGAL guardian, and they failed to mention this absurd rule AFTER almost all of us had bought tickets. Its a movie, not some video from BestGore or a porno. Also, food prices are WAY too high, its better to just sneak food in.

Its a modern theatre and they offer the latest blockbusters and 3D viewings. Its definitely the place to go if you want to avoid the crowded big name places up the road.You can usually watch movies undisturbed and they do a good job of distributing people into individual theatres so that it doesnt get crowded.As with any movie theatre, the concessions are terribly overpriced.There really isnt an arcade area to keep you busy if you arrive too early, just a couple of arcade games.Four stars because the individual theatres dont get cleaned well if at all between showings. Ive walked in many times with popcorn, empty drink containers, napkins and candy everywhere.
