The service was great. Very friendly. However, the fireworks are duds. Firecrackers go off around 50% of the time. Parachute rocket failed to deploy the chutes (two of them). Roman candles sputter out eight feet if you are lucky. Smoke bombs last two seconds. This is the first time I have bought fireworks in nearly twenty years. So, maybe this is normal?
