Rainier View Park

Cute park perfect for taking the little ones to bike around at. Parking was plentiful and the grass was taken care of. My kids enjoyed the concrete couches and rugs. Decent little covered area too. For the size of the park I was impressed.

This park is located in Sumner WA, close to the freeway. They have a basketball court, covered picnic area and two playsets. One playset is for older kids (3+) and one is for younger kids (2 & under) they also have a big field that is broken up with a cemented walking trail. On nice days it can get pretty busy. Great place to pack a picnic and let the kids run out some energy

Cute park, has a basketball court and nice play area for kids. Love that the playground area floor is rubber and not wood chips.

Great little park! Theres a little play structure for toddlers, another for bigger kids, climbing wall, and a little loop to walk around. It is usually clean. FYI, There are no permanent restrooms just a couple Honey Buckets.

An amazing place to take your kids, hang out with friends, have a picnic, or play some basketball. Park is very peaceful and has a really good atmosphere

Clean. Aestheticly pleasing. Nice picnic shelter for family gatherings. Good open space/lawn area. Paved walkways. Kids love the playground with rock to climb. Nice neighborhood. We also like the alternative reality Pokestops and Pokemon Gym for Pokemon Go players.) Feels good to be there!

Cute & adorable park. I have 4 children from age 3 - 12 and they all love playing here. I do wish Sumner would do better upkeep on the port a pot.

Great park to take the kids to. Bathrooms are portable toilets but they are clean. Parking is plenty. Walking path paved.

This park is right where i live, me and my wife jist bought a house in the area, i went there once with my son they have kids playground, full basketball court, a field and running trail and a parking spot lol and a bathroom what everyone needed!!

Great park! Lots of stuff to do and great for our whole family. There are plenty of equipment for our 3 year old on up to our 6 year old and lots of benches in the shade for tired dads like me!

My son loves this park!! Very clean and maintained. Been going to this park ever since my son was a baby! Definitely would recommend if you have little ones with older siblings because of both playsets for different ages.

Rainer View Park is a really nice place for a picnic, or just to let the kids play. Very clean and quiet. Only drawback is no flush toilets, but the porta-potties were clean and well maintained.

Nice park. Its clean and ideal for little ones. Even older kids can enjoy the park. They have basketball hoops and picnic tables, and a big area to do whatever in.

Two different playgrounds one for bigger and one for littler kids. A nice area to ride your bikes, a lot of green grass. A sitting area where you could hold a party if you would like also.

Really cool park to bring the family. It has a large enough pavillion for birthdays and sports functions too.

Always a fun park to come to. Never over crowded and plenty of play space.

Big park, lots of fun for the little ones. They have two big slide systems, a rock wall, basketball, a shaded picnic area, water fountains, bathrooms, and lots of room to run. I have several parks near me. This one is the best of all of them.

This park has a fun play area, including play structures for big and little kids, a small rock climbing wall, sprawling fields, covered picnic tables, a basketball court and porta-potties. The porta-potties are why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5. They are the bigger porta-potties, but when I was there they were both out of hand sanitizer and in need of a cleaning. Overall though the park is great.

Pretty great, despite the used condoms. Its winter, so its muddy. But thats ok. The playground equipment was in great shape.

I use to like coming here. I never been there since 2017 because of the fact that homeless people have been sleeping on benches alot. Which there was a term back in the 1930s called vagrancy.

My 4 kids did not enjoy this park. It has very little shade and only has honey buckets for restrooms. I wish the city of Sumner would invist a bit more into improving city parks. There is a nice covered shelter for eating and a rock wall, which they enjoyed climbing. The parking situation isnt great. Its not an ideal park on a hot day with no way to cool down.

I love stopping here with my grand daughter before dropping her off at school!

Beautiful park with play equipment for kids off all ages. And, as the name implies, there is a nice view of the mountain. Our kiddos love coming here.

Beautiful BUT NOT a dog park. You can go to any park and walk your dog on a leash. I wish it wasnt listed as a dog park

Park is safe and fun for the kids, a medium-sized open field to play in, and a basketball court. Good place to take the dogs as well or have a picnic. Portable restrooms are in mediocre condition.

This is a great little park in Sumner, to walk the dog, take kids to play basketball, for a picnic or just to enjoy the sun and view of Mt. Rainier.There is not a lot of shade, but there is a playground, and a small covered picnic area with a few seats.A great family park.

There isnt a good view of Mount Rainier from here. Dont be deceived by the name. Even the freeway has better views.

The park ia great for long boarding and there are multiple toys for the kids to play on as well. There is a basketball court and some grill next to a gazebo
