This cute little theater is great for our small town. Dont expect a lot of accommodations, but the actual acting in the show was good. It is nice to have a local theater in our town. Very charming and worth the price of tickets! The bathrooms are small though!

My kids love live performances but dont like going downtown Charleston often so when they advertised for a performance that seemed child friendly we were excited to get tickets. Arrived expecting to go into the theater since they had never been inside, but the performance was in a small building in the back parking lot. And to top it off it was cast by 5 to 12 year olds. The audience consisted of their family members and me and my children. They could have done a better job advertising that it wasnt a real production. I could have watched my own kids play make believe at home.

Doing one show per year geared towards kids isnt the best way to grow the love of the stage. I wish there were more that was done for the littles. I also dont love the dog that roams the theatre that seems to be a pet - between allergies and fear of dogs its a huge turn off.

Stage really too small for the dance routines. Some very nice voices among these locals. Second half drags, but the final number makes you forget that.

We moved here from CT where we had several professional theaters in our nearby city. The community theater here has been fun and entertaining. We attended a performance of Venus In Fur last night and the actors put on a great performance that was just as enjoyable as when we saw it performed by Actors Equity performers in CT. To produce Venus In Fur in what we consider part of The Bible Belt, was very edgy. Kudos to Ms. Hughes for feeling comfortable enough to perform in lingerie. I wish we could have asked the theater goers how they enjoyed the performance and if they felt uncomfortable with the subject matter or Ms. Hughes attire. It is performances like this that will keep up coming back. BRAVO

My husband and I had a great time! We laughed so much! Mr Bates conducted the talent like an orchestra! With all the highs and lows of a well thought out concerto of comedians! Was that Art, yes my dear it was. We will be back 4-20-19!!!

This is a small town community theatre group that does a nice job. I saw School of Rock last night and was thoroughly entertained by the performance. In fact, I believe the youngest of the performers outshined the older ones. The facility needs work. Seats are not comfortable and the sound system really diminished the performance. Despite my own discomfort, I would recommend taking in a performance by this group.

We went to see Flower Town Undergrounds production of Macbeth and ended up leaving at intermission. I understand the performers werent their best, and Id love to give the company another shot. Some of the older supporting actors were phenomenal, and Lady Macbeth seemed like she was a good actress in general, but bad Shakespeare is almost as bad as good Shakespeare is good, and theres not a lot of in between.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not join the Summer Camp. I signed my child up for Comedy Camp 2018. Was suppose to start June 25 at 1:30. Went to the theater, no one came to the door. Went around back and into the stage door. Not one soul was in the place. I have been calling the only phone number offered and left 4 messages and emailed them. No one has gotten back to explain. They did however manage to charge my credit card for $200.00. So disappointing. Erin Ferrara

As a community theater, they put on great shows. My favorite thing about this theater (for the 17-18 season anyway) is their choice of shows. At the shows I have seen, the production quality is lacking in the areas of lighting and sound, but above average in set design. The acting is very hit-and-miss. I have seen two productions and one was nearly ruined by poor acting (missing lines, inaudible voices, detracting performance).I would certainly recommend seeing a show here to anyone, but temper expectations. This is very clearly community theater.
