James did a great job on some posters with quick turnaround and very knowledgeable recommendations. Donovans takes pride in the quality and longevity of your items. We had an open dialogue about prices and why specific things were needed.

FANTASTIC service.. I need it service I had a last-minute project that needed to be completed. The owner went out of his way to accommodate me. I know this isnt and everyday expectation, but just the fact that he was willing to see if he could help me meant a lot.

Stopped by to have old picture repaired. James was most accommodating and told us to wait, he would fix it so we wouldn’t need a return trip. While we were there we found another piece of art that we wanted to purchase and frame. While James was busy fixing our picture Vickie stepped up to help us with the matting and frame. I broke a small piece of glass in a curio cabinet and asked if they cut glass. He was so nice! yes! He cut a piece of glass for me and just gave it to me with no charges. I couldnt believe it. While he was cutting the glass a walked around the store and examined their work on framing and they have some really nice displays of things they have done. I will definitely go back again for my framing needs. Great customer service and products.

I wanted to preserve a large mirror that has been in our family for (literally) centuries. My thought was to re-purpose this frame with Driftwood. This was a new experience for Donovans. He collected the information and products needed in order to create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.I am more than just satisfied with the service and price. Really neat store with unique gifts, art, and other items for your home. James has a great eye for frames and was very helpful with picking out a frame and mat. I highly recommend stopping in even if you dont need anything framed. But if you do get art framed, it will be beautiful.

My experience at donovans custom framing couldnt have been better. I have never had anything framed before and at Donovans it was easy and the result was fantastic. I had an odd shaped 25 by 25 puzzle that I wanted to frame but I couldnt find anything in stores that would properly display it. I was able to have the frame made within my budget. There was a wide variety of frames and mats for any budget. Donovans framing stands by their product and makes sure that you will love the frame and that youll want to proudly display it in your home.

James is a true artist! His work is great! He framed a picture Í ordered online and now it looks beautiful on my wall. He offered me all options available for framing my picture and he was totally honest about those options all the time. Ive been a horror movie buff for over 36 years I have been collecting 4 ft by 6 ft bus shelter posters for over a decade now and James is the first person I trusted to custom frame my collection. Hes professional and VERY timely. Many framers wont work with this size posters but with James extensive knowledge he had no problem taking on the project and making them look absolutely perfect. With items this unique untoward issues can arise at any time and James has guaranteed to continue to take care of my posters (his work) in the event we run into any issues due to the rare nature of these. I will be doing all of my business with him going forward. Worth every penny!

Wow, what a great find. I was searching for the perfect gift for a 5oth wedding anniversary and was on a short time frame as I had to borrow the wedding photo. James offered advice on how to get the picture cleared up as best as possible without spending a fortune. I appreciated his helpfulness and honesty about cleaning up the photo. He worked really hard to come up with the best framing that would match the golden anniversary theme and keep the price reasonable. The photo was a huge hit! James went above and beyond to even ensure that a plaque with their names and dates was completed in time. Best service ever, deserves every review!

A very large treasured piece fell from the wall, shattering the glass. It was too large for us to move, and I was very concerned about how we were going to get it repaired. I was also very anxious about the state of the valuable artwork. I wanted someone who understood how to handle it and could transport it to the shop for repair. Owner James Trimm went out of his way to pickup, transport and repair this beloved piece. He also delivered it to us after repair. His concern and care were demonstrated in his every action. I recommend him and his work.
