I have a question, can anyone go there or do you need some kind of membership?

Great location for fun with family and friends. Clean and responsible lifeguards. Kids love here.

People that were getting in before and after us had their cards scanned without checking their picture. Lifeguard didnt even bother looking at them. When it came to our turn the lifeguard scrutinized our pictures forever. Was about to hand them back when he changed his mind and started staring at them again. He had to let us in because obviously we match our pictures. The pool was very crowded and there is no lap pool for the adults. Disappointed considering its supposed to be a master planned community. Terrible experience.

Great place to have fun and hang out. The park is superb and has things for kids all ages to do. I would highly recommend coming here if you live in or close to Riverstone.

The play ground area is not safe anymore afternoon,Some people gathered and appear in pajamas or home attires and start looking at females or others not related to, they took most the slides or zip line for their so many kids to stop other kids from playing or enjoying the time.Those people dont speak english even or let their kids play with others, leave trash behind, very rude and greedy.pretty sure if they attack or harass any one in the park, no body will care specially the police not around all time. Very unsafe and worthless place.Even at the splash pad or pool are very noisy and selfish, the splash not working properly and dirty.This neighborhood has no community or reputation.

Great place for family fun!

Showed up with a somewhat larger group (11) and one guest pass. Lifeguards were awesome and tried to help accommodate us so that our family that was in town from out-of-country (hence the large group) could get in and enjoy a nice pool/water park. However, the front office was not as helpful. The lady, Hannah I believe, pretty much just stated policy in that each house only gets one guest pass so that everyone has a chance to swim, despite the pool being quite empty upon our arrival. We went back to the lifeguards who then went so far as to find it in writing where policy stated differently than what Hannah was saying. All in all, the only reason I didnt give just one star rating was due to the lifeguards at least attempting to be helpful despite a rather strict pool policy. If going with a group larger than 5, make sure you know another homeowner so you can borrow their guest pass. They also only take money order or personal check if you are able to buy a pass for $15-$50 apparently. We ended up cutting our losses and left to one of our apartment complex pools where policy is much more reasonable. If the establishment reads this, please update your policy to be more accommodating for those that have extended family in town, improve communication with the lifeguards (its amazing how much more compassionate and willing to help a teenager is compared to the adult in the front office), and also improve the procedure for buying guest passes so that if someone found themselves needing one, they could easily do it with a credit card or card.

We love our community. Can’t find a better Master Planned Community in the Houston area. Team Riverstone !!!

Great neighborhood pool with 2 water slides, zero entry area for kids, and a deep area for adults. Requires amenity card for access.

The splash pad never works (water doesn’t go in) and stops around 7 when it does work. Also, it’s never clean and has a ton of rocks that kids step on when running around.

The pool is huge and the slides are a lot of fun as well.

No lap pool!!!! For such a big subdivision, where should the adults go to swim?!! Water park is always very crowded and water is not clean! Sincerely hope the developer can figure out somewhere to build a lap pool for the residents here!
