Excellent club, great coaches. This our second season with PAVC and our daughter is very happy to be part of the team.They train twice a week and so far this season, they’ve played 3 tournaments since the middle of January.The club is relatively new to the area therefore they use Sartartia Middle School for practice. Although it would be better if they had their own facilities but I’m sure that will come.Our daughter’s form has come on leaps and bounds and she’s made many friends without her own team and the others.Coaches are friendly and great communicators with the parents. Overall we’re happy

We love this club. It is one of the most affordable clubs in our area that actually teaches the game of volleyball well. One of the previous reviewers said that the coaches don’t get to know the players or the parents but I strongly disagree. The director is very easy to communicate with and so are all the other coaches. They provide a great program where all the skills are taught professionally and on a level that these young women understand. They are constantly communicating expectations and providing ample opportunities for questions. All a parent or player needs to do is attend practice, read the emails and/or stay after and communicate with the people in question. If the previous reviewer had issues with anyone in this club it was not because of the coach’s or the director’s lack of communication.

Choosing the club experience can be daunting, confusing and frustrating. I heard horror stories from parents about how expensive, time consuming and demanding it was. Thankfully PAVC is not that type of club. The staff is very approachable and available. They have always communicated effectively and promptly. Admittedly, I’m not very familiar with volleyball. This is a wonderful place to learn the game, your player’s position; and how to support her development as a player. They have provided my daughter with sound professional volleyball instruction. She has thrived her three seasons at PAVC. It is a comfort to see the great efforts that the entire coaching staff take in educating the WHOLE athlete; not just the part that plays on the court. It is wonderful to know that my daughter is not only a better player, but she is a better person for playing for PAVC.

No relationship between director coaches and parents/ director /coaches. no comunication lack of empathy and sincerety which is very unfortunate.Owner of organization located out of state and not concerned or involved in her Texas teams.This was our first Club Volleyball experience and we have zero interest in returning .To me as a parent who paid a substantial amount for this 5 month experience i expected to learn about our coaches and director and be welcomed to this club.That never occurred .It is very apparent the sole interest in this organization is revenue and not the opinions and suggestions of the parents who are responsible for the profits of the company in the first place and should be valued as such.Extremely poor customer service and supportBe glad to take my.money somewhere else.Did not like the attitude of North Carina owner Cara Martin or Texas director Tiffany Jones .Very dissapointing experience.Not only that but it took me a week to find this place because the adress on the inyernet led me to a UPS store. . and that still has not been changed thats how much they care.
