The front desk is full of friendly and helpful service. The instructors have good energy and the content is consistent. The place is very clean. Also, the lessons are run timely. No wasted time for anyone. The beginner swim class is great for infants and they have a masterful program that allows babies to have fun while learning swim mechanics and safety measures like how to grab on and get out of a pool if they fall in. They use songs to help the children learn the mechanics. The monthly fee is fair and reasonable. It is a great location with shopping and food nearby. I hope the level of excellence never changes. One last thing, they are flexible. If you are absent you get make up tokens for future lessons or swim time. A very great and consumer friendly business!

My kids have been going to this location since they opened and I highly recommend Goldfish Swim School after trying other swim facilities. They keep everything clean and organized and the beach theme decor is pretty cool. The swim instructors are very patient with the kids and give feedback after every lesson. (Shout out to Ms. Deon! My 3 year old daughter really enjoys her time with her. Extremely patient and friendly instructor for the younger kids.). All of the swim instructors are amazing and are knowledgeable in what improvements are needed to help my kids move on to the next level. The owners are so welcoming and friendly. They interact with the kids and show that they actually care.

Tommy the owner is so friendly and personable. He’s also helpful and informative. My son is always happy to see him. The instructors are patient and great with my little guy. He definitely looks forward to Thursday’s. So happy we purchased classes for the full year. Can definitely see his development and improvement with each class.

My daughter started lessons last week right before the grand opening. I was impressed with how patient and gentle her instructor, Ms. Deon, was with her and how focused my child was to complete each task well. I love the beautiful layout and beach-themed design of the facility. The staff is friendly and organized. Both of the owners (Tom and his wife) made it a point to make us feel welcome and safe. Excellent customer service! We are really looking forward to the next lesson.

I am so thoroughly impressed with Goldfish Swim School. They have been so welcoming from the moment we looked around to when we started our first lesson. My daughter previously attended another swim school and it was clear that she didnt retain more than the emergency skills. Within 2 lessons with Abby my daughters eyes light up again, shes comfortable in the water and shes happy while doing it. They take health and safety seriously and follow all the guidelines for Covid. I am really happy we found this place and would recommend to anyone and everyone!!

This place is great. Wonderful staff, clean pools and facilities, and most of all fun for kids.I have been impressed with how well the instructors interact with my daughter and the other children they teach. I love how theyre flexible with the ever changing moods and wants of a three year old child as well as willingness to encourage them to push their limits, even if the child is hesitant. They are very open with communication and consistently offer feedback and suggestions. My daughter loves this place!

My son started with goldfish right before their grand opening. The whole staff at goldfish is very professional and welcoming. The instructors are kind and skilled. Just in 3 months my son is able to swim independently and he loves it. We are happy with goldfish. Thanks.

Love the place! My daughter enjoys her swim lessons with Miss Deon, she teaches her extremely well pays close attention to every little detail and encourages her all along, I have switched two schools in the past and with them I feel completely satisfied, love the staff very professional also the facility is very clean! Enrolled my little guy to begin learning at an early age and his instructor is amazing. She makes him and I very comfortable in the water. My husband and I highly recommend this facility to any parents looking for a swim school for their little ones.

My family and I love Goldfish! My daughter did not like to put her head in the water but that all changed once we started going to Goldfish. It is truly an incredible facility with even better staff. We especially love the management (Suzie, Tommy and Phil) and the warm welcome we receive every time we walk in. I would HIGHLY recommend Goldfish Swim School Sugar Land to everyone!

My son loves his swimming lessons here. His coaches are both female and super friendly. He was nervous at first but now, he looks forward to his lessons. I also like their makeup policies because things come up.

My two girls started the Goldfish Swim School two weeks ago and we love it. It is so wonderful to be able to go workout at UFC (which is right next door) and have my girls at a place where everyone is so attentive and caring. We are so happy with both places it does not get any better than this.

Great staff and great location. The facility is very clean and there are plenty of changing rooms. My kids love how the temperature is warm in the pool area and they aren’t freezing when they exit the pool.

The lessons are affordable and on weekends! Learning to swim is a must for toddlers.

Just because something is new doesn’t mean it’s good. Terrible service during Specially during a pandemic. Not many people wearing PPE the first time I went In, Is there not enough? Very disappointing to find out each time I call to ask for a specific instructor they’re always “not working there anymore”. Seems fishy and not in the fun way.
