Late, LATE review for a fantastic venue. Took my daughter to see NCT-127 on 5/5/2019 and had an amazing time. The venue was packed and although not the size of a large stadium like NRG, I’d say it’s preferred. The sounds system was amazing, and no matter where you sat you had a great view (obviously something dead center is ideal but hey!) Even had large screens for the folks in the back. I almost wish all concert venues were this size. Can’t wait to see another show here!

We attended a live podcast show of My Favorite Murder. The venue was nice, the show was great, and this would be a 5 star review except for the parking. The price to park was ridiculously high. It was not organized and the show was delayed 45 minutes because more than half the audience was still parking. A lot of people still missed the first half of the show. Ill avoid this venue until they can improve the parking situation. We were there an hour early and it took us over 40 minutes to park and we had to walk a long way. Im disabled and had a difficult time walking. Im usually fine for these kinds of events. I dont use a handicap sticker because I know there are people worse off than me. I regretted that decision for the first time at this event.TL:DR Loved the show, disappointed in the venue. Parking sucks.

Weve now had two excellent experiences at the venue. The latest was the Good Mythical Morning tour, and the smaller crowd let us get away very quickly. I was also able to feel the sounds system with its throbbing bass. Very nice..Our first experience was in the nosebleed seats, and they were fine. Sight lines were good and they had fixed the early ventilation issues that had threatened asphyxiation for our friends. Maybe someday well be able to try the club level.

Great venue. Lots of parking, good food and drinks and amazing sound system (very bass heavy but that may depend on the show). The lighting good. Lots of roomy and comfy seats and friendly and helpful staff. My only issue is with leaving. One way out but the assistants and law enforcement directing traffic was fine. Ill go back for future shows. A welcomed venue for the Houston live entertainment crowd.

The facility is great to see, but once you get inside, that is where the experience changes. The concession area is terrible. The lady that took my order overfilled the cup with frozen margarita. I could not touch the cup without getting margarita on my hand, so I asked her if she could clean the cup before giving it to me. She asked me if I wanted a larger cup. I said great, but then she advised me she couldnt dump the margarita into the larger cup...even though she literally did do with the first cup about 30 seconds prior. The food was expensive for what was given. $10 for a small container of cold chicken fingers. $5 for a cheap hot dog in foil. Youd get a better value at the movies! Then, to cap things off, the staff upon exit kept yelling at people. Instead of speaking politely, they chose to yell....and for odd reason.... because someone touched the guard rail... another one for carrying out an empty $5 water bottle. Next time, well look for a different venue and be treated more like a guest than a prisoner.

I went to an event here earlier this year. The parking was horrendous. No one came out to direct traffic until someone got in a fender bender. The Parking is on a lightly grassed area with no lines and again no traffic direction. No guarantee that your car won’t get hit of course. I was highly disappointed with the organization or lack thereof, of the venue. For it to be such a huge venue, you’d think they’d do better. I won’t be going here unless absolutely necessary until they get better parking structure.

Very magical place to enjoy any performance, professional staff, friendly, courteous, service with a smile, almost every seat is a great seat, and the audio and acoustics make the performance come alive. This is the second year (2019) my daughter and I attended the Brit Floyd concert at the Smart financial center, and it was just as great as last year, we met awesome folks from all over and made new friends, after the show the band signed autographs and thanked the fans for attending, I will definitely be attending more of their spectacular performers coming up in the following year including, (Chicago, Clint Black, Lyle Lovett, Styx, lenny Kravitz, Yes, and many more before the year end, had a wonderful fun time!!

Very nice & modern venue, even the seats in the 300 sections are great because its not too big. The employees that I encountered were not friendly at all like they were unhappy to be working, the lady that scanned our tickets didnt even greet us, I just find that to be a bit rude. Parking is $15, getting in was fine the problem is heading out. The lines get so long & sometimes you get stuck in your parking spot until someone is nice enough to let you out. Other than that I have enjoyed all the concerts I attended here.

The venue itself is cool... Beautiful building, but people often have a hard time finding their seats AND there is not much assistance from staff... Newly built venue in 2017 with three levels of seating and a private sections as well. The acoustics are really great and the seats are comfortable. The parking area is fairly large if you plan to park. They have constructed the venue so that for the most part majority seats have a good view of the stage. The security can be quite rude, but the staff inside the venue was nice. The food and drinks inside are over priced so eat before the concert or after. Every time I have been here the concerts start on time and I have been able to see some great concerts. The venue gets some good acts coming to perform there so I look forward to seeing who is going to play there next. I do wish that you were allowed to take your camera inside then I would really love this venue.

One the worst venues I have ever seen a show at. Seating Layout ridiculous pass front sections. Sections are not marked so must arrive while lights are still on. Elevators are small and donot fit many. No escalators. Stairs are used to get to upper levels. No Bathrooms in upper levels you have to walk down stairs to them and also no concessions in upper Levels. Sound is mediocre, lighting is awful had a light in my eyes the entire time. I do not recommend this venue at all. The venue was built in 2017 which probably the worst part you would think that it wont have been built to accommodate the way updated venues built in the 70s, 80s.

We attended the graduation ceremony for students of University of St. Thomas (the class of 2019). The auditorium is huge and set up in such a way that you can observe or see everything going on at the center stage from where ever you sit. It is an excellent event venue, but the only thing I wasnt impressed with is the elevator service. For such a huge ceremony, it was like the elevator was non-existent. Ive been to this venue a few times, and its fine. The seats are a little close together, but overall comfortable. The bathrooms are well attended and kept clean. But the ushers and other staff can be extremely rude. I would say that there isnt a bad seat in the whole venue; whether youre close up or sitting far away, there isnt really anything to obstruct your view. I sat in the third row of section 105 for Monsta X in 2019, where I was close enough to have some interactions with the members.
