SS Airsoft

Been playing here for 6 years and for along as I can remember Dennis has been the manager, which is a very good thing because Dennis makes it his mission to make sure your getting any issue you have sorted out, though for more experienced players the field layout is getting a bit boring, it feels like they havent really changed it in 2 years, so it would be nice to see it completely rearranged, nonetheless still a great field

First time playing airsoft. The staff and players here were super friendly. I loved my rental and the games we played during our session. This field was fully furnished and gave lots of room for strategy and imagination. A true bang for buck decision.

I had a few issues yesterday with equipment and Dennis was extremely helpful and accommodating. I havent been there in years, but Dennis made sure I was fully set up and showed me all the fundamentals. I will definitely be back. Great customer service !

The store and arena was nice. Their staff inside the actual arena could use some work. They were not pleasant people at all. The employees running the matches were constantly yelling at each other and the customers. One of the employees kept cussing with many very young children around. Thankful only one person was injured during the hour we spent there. There was definitely a potential risk of injury with the lack of leadership provided by the employees. These employees appeared to be 15-17 years old.I know airsoft is rough and aggressive but I have definitely been to many better and safer arenas.I would not recommend this place until they can provide older and mature employees.

I had an amazing time. Jasmine was really friendly.

Had great communication. Ordered an item. Was damaged in transit. USPS demolished the package then just plopped it in a box. The seller shipped it correctly but shipping service managed to mangle it. Upon receiving I contacted and provided pictures. I received incredible customer service. He sorted out the situation with USPS and is sending out a replacement via UPS. incredible customer support. Great communication. Truly impressed. Would highly recommend.

Excellent indoor airsoft arena but the staff beyond the storefront was poor and immature at best. Storefront employees were professional and answered questions without issues.Arena was an excellent CQB setup but games were lacking in variety (only TDM). Map setup was not balanced (right side has significant advantage over left) time between rounds was not enough to resupply. music was entirely too loud making it impossible to coordinate with any teammates beyond 5 ft. and even then I had to scream.Scrawny kid with glasses in the armory was an impatient, rude, short, and you could tell he didnt want to be there at all. During my multiple visits to get a working gun/clip he was visibly agitated and not even remotely decent to anyone. I would explain what the issue was and he wouldnt respond just hand me a new gun/clip with a scowl on his face. The fat child doing the briefings was more worried about flexing his perceived power over everyone and in doing so he wasted more time than anything else that day. Constant threats to eject everyone in the game due to some infraction or threatening to delay a game at least 5x due to someone talking during the briefings but it was someone clearing their throat? Kid was extremely irritating and just on a power trip. I didnt pay to get scolded and threatened by an irritating power tripping child. I understand you have to do the briefing before every match but these children should not be the ones to do it.It took me 3 attempts to get a rental gun that worked. First 2 were jammed and wouldnt hold the clip in, the 3rd gun held the clip in but the clip was broken and not feeding so I missed out on 2 rounds trying to get a gun that held a clip and the 3rd round I couldnt shoot because of the clip problem.Overall poor employees in the arena, good arena and layout, poor quality control on the rented equipment. Excellent storefront and storefront employees.Drove 2 hours to this place as most reviews were excellent sadly disappointed and will not be returning. Staff was by far the worst I have ever had to deal with and I cant say that enough.

The field looks like a video game and is very fun to play on, but here’s the catch it’s small and extremely overpriced. I have my own gear but couldn’t imagine paying $60 for one day of rental Airsoft. Wow!!!!!! Go play at elite ops soooo much cheaper.

Staff here is very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming here a lot.

The place was awesome and I did not run into any cheaters it was real fun

Payed for a hour and didnt play the first game for 45 minutes, after the first game a employee came up to us telling only us it was our last game and when i told him we just played our first he said it was our fault. in game the rental gun looked half broken and the semi auto shot full auto, when i told the same employee he told us it didnt matter and told us to give him the rest of the stuff we rented. players were the only thing keeping the business together.

Me and my friend went here and we didnt have airsoft guns and so the manager let us borrow some airsoft guns. also the staff were chill as hell and down to earth. the arena was big and nice and I will come here again

A really great place to shop and play. If they don’t have what you need they will send you somewhere else. They will never rip you off if there a better price somewhere else they will send you there.

I will never go here again rentals are overpriced and not even good I had to change out my gun nine times just to get a decent mag fed one. The entire atmosphere and staff is toxic it’s no fun with the rules that they have and the try Hards that go there it’s a waste of money and time $180 down the drain. to the parents, I would not bring your kid here the staff does nothing but cuss and set bad examples and the teenage players and adult players have no care for kids whatsoever

This place was absolutely incredible. First time doing anything like this, so heading in I was a little apprehensive, but by the the end, I didnt want to leave. Very straightforward rules and directions. People of all skill levels. A wide variety of games/challenges. Large facility with many props for cover or vantage points. The rental equipment was good and the staff were perfectly serious where it mattered yet relaxed and chill in every other way. Had a great time and want to bring more people.

By far THE BEST staff I have ever experienced at a field. I’ve been playing for 9 years and I was in the area for work, so I didn’t have any of my own equipment. They got me set up with the rentals and everything needed very quickly. Dennis and the other refs were phenomenal and took safety seriously. Games were shorter than I expected but honestly, they were perfect for the size of the field. I have never had such a good experience at a walk-on field, and that speaks volumes.I would 100% go back. Preferably if I had my own stuff, but even if I didn’t, most definitely would still go.

I love this place. It is a great place to begin playing airsoft. Don’t worry if you don’t own equipment you can rent a gun and mask form them. I love it and have been their several times.

Awesome place, Dennis is extremely helpful and the players are all there to have good times, The only issue some people could have is that objective games turn into TDMs most of the time

Planned my sons 13th party here and with this cornonavirus stuff and school closings we thought it would be safer to cancel and reschedule it for a later date when things got better my son is so disappointed but understood). They refused to refund my deposit, because i cancelled a party! Not impressed at all and will have this party at a later date somewhere else.

Visited SS Airsoft for the first time today. It was by far my favorite indoor field in the Atlanta area. The quality and detail of the sets and props in the arena are several cuts above and you can tell a lot of blood, sweat, tears and/or money went into designing and building them. Most of all, the staff working on 7/21 were all excellent. The young man working the front counter even came through to check in with the players and make sure everyone was having a good time. A simple thing, but excellent customer service and much appreciated. One con: There was a group of very immature teens (one in particular) that made me cringe every time they opened their mouths, and I believe they undermined the experience for some of the younger players. Heck, their inappropriate behavior at times undermined the experience for me, and Im far from younger. We can all see youre a virgin, kid, and probably will be for a while...maybe keep the adolescent sex jokes to yourself. Youre embarrassing yourself, even if you dont realize it yet.Anyway, not much you can do except wait for them to grow up. Props to the ref who called him out publicly in the staging area.Great field, great staff, and Ill be back.

Worst customer service I have ever had.Don’t waist your time with this childish business. They advertise stuff they don’t have then give you attitude and tell you to pick something else you don’t want . DO NOT waist your time with SS Airsoft !!

Bought a Lancer AK here and its lasted me like 3 years, Dennis is really nice, good people, and really nice arena. I havent tried their cqb but I want to. This place is really good.

Went here last summer, it was pretty fun. The staff was ok. I was not expecting to field to be so small and it seems like the tournament field takes up about 1/4 of the arena. But since I use to play at Cool Combat before it closed it kinda spoiled me with the playable area haha. The games went by pretty quick but I guess you dont want them to last too long because most of the time the one team usually gets spawn trapped in like 5 min into it. Store layout was pretty cool the players were pretty friendly. Will I plan on going here again? I sure am.

**Do not buy a gun or anything here**Their return policy is ridiculous. They dont make you aware of it, and dont have it posted anywhere. If you buy a gun and want to return it, they will have to buy it as used and you will have to pay a 20% fee, you will not get your full amount back no matter how much you try to reason/explain. They sell their guns and products way overpriced. Buy a gun online to get it half of what they sell it here. Would not recommend to anyone, PLEASE take my word for it.

I love the place the refs are nice it’s a nice arena they make speedqb very fun, definitely come over here

I can say with all honestly that this is the best Airsoft experience in the south-east. The staff are always extremely helpful and the field is kept in excellent condition, they price match as well which is incredible, fantastic establishment, would give 10 stars if I could.

It was a bit disorganized but a lot of fun. Came and played today with my friends for a bachelor party and we had a blast. I really liked the load out package option, it allowed you to have a good time without any previous experience. I definitely recommend it for people with no experience playing airsoft and I would definitely go back.

Amazing birthday party experience for 10 year olds! We had over 15 boys and many were there for the first time. They had a blast and the staff was super easy going and helpful.

Best indoor airsoft field on the east coast. Steve, the owner, is super hospitable, the staff is awesome, the field layout is balanced, the games are organized and fun. Theres air conditioning in the staging area!

Ss airsoft is a great place to airsoft at. Every time I come to play I always have a blast. The people and staff are very welcoming and friendly. The only thing that’s been bugging me for a while now is the admission fees. I spend more money on getting in then I spend on gear and other products. For an all day pass it’s 25 dollars with your own gear, since I have HPA, I have to pay 35 dollars almost 40. If SS can improve on anything it should be the admission fee.

I love how much variety they have with not only their gun selection but also accessories. I came in and was able to find things I didnt realize I needed. Love the indoor arena and will definitely be coming back for another great experience

Staff is always helpful and happy to assist you.Field is clean and a great time with referees that do not talk down to you.The player staging area is open and allows for players to engage and interact while having fun.Owner is great stand up guy and is always willing to talk to customers. And the entire facility including parking is safe and secure. What more could you ask for......go to SS Airsoft and you will not be disappointed.

Worked at ssairsoft for a total of almost 3 1/2 years and also played everyone welcomes you here like you’re apart of a different family the service here is great.

Dennis and the staff are the best!!! They always take great care of my son and his friends. We appreciate you all.

First time doing this and will definitely do it again. Lot more fun than I expected, just make sure you have proper protection.

Really great place to go with friends or family. Had an amazing time here. Super Exciting with all the different game modes.

Very fun, would recommend to anyone who plays airsoft

Pretty cool place, nice staff and fun competition.

Staff was helpful, arena was well put together. Had a blast, will be coming back

Great conversation and knowledgeable staff. It was full of YouTubers but made the experience fun. They price matched and made my sons 1st interaction very happy.

Place is great and people are nice. Had a great experience with helpful people who walked me through the process of working my gun and playing safe. Had a lot of fun.

Terrible staff. Very biased and it’s not a well run business.the arena is really small and they have bad rules. Everything is overpriced and their community/atmosphere is really toxic. Go play at elite ops Airsoft, it’s a much better field with friendly and educated staff. Elite ops is way cheaper and has better hours.

Best Airsoft place around. Staff is nice and help you get what you need.

Big fan of SS Airsoft - they are always so nice answering whatever questions we have. Super helpful whenever we need help installing/fixing equipment too.

Nice place to play at. Especially for Battle arena! Yea, it can get toxic, but with everything some people are just toxic. I bought my Maple Airsoft Supply rifle here, and the guy who checked my out was pretty nice. Oh yea military discount is here too!.One thing though. Instead of chronoing for FPS why not Joules? Joule creep with HPA and GBB guns are pretty abundant here.

Great staff good field

Great place and very helpful staff. The kids had a fun time.

Great airsoft arena, I love the staff team, Drew and Andre rock. And Dennis is the best all around. GREAT place

Dennis was really friendly and Very knowledgeable. He help me so much in my Decision on what to buy for my money. I would recommend SS airsoft to anyone.

Staff is super friendly, but also stern and fair when necessary as they serve as officials for he games. Building has adequate AC/Fans to keep the area as cool as possible. Field layouts are balanced and the different game modes are always refreshing. The time between rounds is very quick which is awesome if you want to constantly get a game in. Couldn’t ask for a better field.

This was a amazing experience. Had soooooo much fun. All the staff where nice and helpful. Truly suggest it to you.

I really like this this place its awesome came here for the first time the other day and I plan on coming here often really dope and fun Airsoft arena

Personally it’s an good field. They have good staff and I like the tournaments. There is one problem and that is the field is too small. To add on the that that one side is, “over powered” to another, and the 10 foot distance rule does not help at all especially when you have a speed soft play style. If they do have more nights where the is no distance rule I would definitely go.

Great customer service along with excellence refs. They have a great indoor course. Love playing here

The arena was good and the staff was friendly. Overall great service. I

I’d say SS is great, the staff do a good job the arena is fast paced and props are detailed, however I think a few things would be nice1. Shooting range, If you have this make it public i think this would be nice because I’ve had multiple time were my hop-up feels weird and it would be nice to to fix that.2. Chronograph the guns that come in, I feel that some guns or over the 400 FPS limit and I look at My arms and they are bleeding.Thank you for your time #letsgetitSincerely Evan

Love playing here! Steve and the employees are great! Madison and Dennis rock! :D

My children has a amazing time the refs were do Nice and chill and their store is amazing

The owner really should inform the customer regarding their return policy BEFORE selling one of their products. Beware, if you return an item, you will only get store credit.

Had an excellent time here. Rental guns were nice but had a very hard time with the iron sights in low lighting. Didnt help that I was using a Dye i4 either.

The ac in the place keeps you nice and comfy in your pads. Not to mention the nice staff make sure you have a safe and fun time.

Great place, came back after a few years and all the nostalgia is there. Love the staff and environment.

The price and the area to play in is perfect to play indoors. I would recommend this place for new players.

This arena is awesome. Very realistic and war-zone-like. We went here for a Nerf gun war and really had a great time. I read lots of negative reviews about the staff but to me they all looked nice and willing to help. After we were done with the Nerf war we started exploring and asking questions about Airsoft and the staff was patient and told us everything we needed to know about airsoft. they even gave us a discount coupon in case we wanted to come and try it out. Also met the owner briefly which seemed like a very down to earth guy. Will definitely come back and try it out.

Wonderful staff, great community & friendly players. Huge variety in products and high quality of items.

Great fields, great refs, and very well organized. The cool AC is also always an A+ for indoors. Everyone had friendly attitudes and everyone I met was extremely nice. The refs and owner also look for creative critisim, which it what it takes to keep a field going. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone.

The place is great and the arena is exhilarating. The staff is nice and the gamemodes are fun.

This whole experience was awesome from booking to game time! Dennis was a very knowledgeable and friendly party planner and all the staff here was Great!

Had great service everyone was really nice, Dennis was able to tell me what I needed to know in a moments notice.

Refs are amazing shop has every rhing you need to get started

S.S Shanobi and Madison are just a few of the great staff at this arena. DEFINITELY coming back

Great customer service. Friendly and helpful staff. Answered all questions. Went above and beyond . Will definitely come back.

I’ve been hear for 5 years. Its a great place to bring beginners

I play here a lot and really fun they play by the rules and call there hits and staff is really nice

Steve and his employees are so amazing! Professional and just a great experience every time I come up here and watch my husband play.

The best staff Ive ever seen. Great variety guns, extremely polite and friendly staff and great affordable prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Great arena, competitive atmosphere, ive been playing here for almost 10 years.

Great service. Staff are great and game modes are exhilarating.

I Had fun they have very friendly staff and good amount of accessories and guns to pick from and a great crowd to play with so if you find yourself near ss airsoft come sling some bbs with the coolest kids in town.

Arena is nice people are helpful and it’s just a easy way to have fun

SS AIRSOFT is a wonderful place to go for a great airsoft experience. the staff are amazing the field is well maintained and the store is filled with cool stuff. 10/10 experince

This is a great airsoft arena and the best I’ve been to

Great place to go for speed soft and milsim and they have a great staff.

SS Airsoft is great place to go have fun and enjoy the sport. The owners, employees and customers always seem to be having a good time and we always feel welcome. The management has always been thankful we are there and always ask how they can do things better. In these times it is great to see top notch customer service The shop is very well stock with product and the pricing is very good. The owners have always acted like we were family. What a great place to take the family and enjoy some fun.

For years Ive ordered everything from rifles to mag pouches from SS Airsoft and have always been more than satisfied.Great products, fast shipping and the best customer service!Ive been to many Airsoft fields in Georgia and SS Airsoft has the cleanest and safest field by far. There are always staff members in sight, on and off the field ready and willing to help. All the employees are very knowledgeable about their policies and products and wouldnt mind spending the time to get to know their customers.

Nice place for a first timer and they explain step by step what to do

Ngl just left this review for the free bbs but is good place

The facility is second to none and all off the staff is excellent. Also have a great variety of weapons and accessories

Great place, knowledgable staff. Stopped in to by an airsoft gun for a gift and they got us exactly what we wanted! Ask for SS Shinobi, shes the best. Got me exactly what i was looking for! Highly recommend this placefor novices or seasoned veterans!

It was an amazing time. My friends and I hade a great experience especially for my friend who it was his first time. Would recommend to anyone wanting to play airsoft.

Great place with kids and adults of all ages. Staff is attentive and professional. Great time.

This is by far my favorite indoor arena. All the staff are super friendly and helpful both in sales and in games definitely my go to place for airsoft

The field is fun and i have a bunch a friends that i met through that place. The only thing that i HATE about SS Airsoft is the refs. The refs are very careless. They never do anything to fix the problems in which are a concern to me and my teammates. I remember going there recently and i told one of the refs that the kids werent calling their hits. He said okay ill make sure to talk to them. Next game comes and the problem is still the same. I took into consideration that we are human and tend to forget so i told him the same thing as a reminder. Long story short the problem was never resolved and for some reason the refs are always in piss attitudes. Like i said great place but horrible refs. If the owner wants to make this a better place then i recommend he actually replaces all the refs with actual respectful people instead of some teenagers looking for a job that are always angry for no reason. I like the place though. The owner is nice and the game modes and map layout is phenomenal. I totally recommend going there if your a beginner or not though.

Cool place. Weve been here several times. We go on Friday nights which is for kids 8-17. My son has a blast. You can pay by the hour $10 or pay for an all day pass for $20. They have rentals available. Weve also purchased an air soft gun and equipment from them. Staff is very knowledgeable. Be sure to review website before your first visit. There are some clothing requirements and youll need to sign a waiver. My only complaint is a small one. The waiting room is a little disheveled; sofa is a little worn and the table looks like its on its last leg.

This is an awesome place. I recommend!

Best airsoft field in Georgia and the only field I play at. Great community and staff. Come to this field for a good time.
