This was one of the coolest camps! We drove by the planet looking thing outside and had to see what this place was. It has great walking paths and you get to learn something about astronomy! Very glad I stumbled upon this cool place.

We stopped in to see the Perseid meteor shower. What we found was a welcoming and patient host who was very knowledgeable. She cheerfully shared her knowledge, moved the telescope and answered the many questions the crowd asked. This was a first visit and I intend to visit again.

Cute little astronomy center perfect for looking at the stars. They have lots of people come and bring their telescopes on nights where you can see certain planets. People are always willing to let you take a look, and its very fun to bring your children to get a look at the solar system.
