Loss of salad bar and covid masking takes the 5th star.

I understand that covid19 has upended the way buisness is done and if attempted to be done properly for safety concerns is amicable. However this particular Chuck E Cheese was disastrous. The male manager was trying his best to accommodate & was extremely friendly to everyone but they were extraordinarily short staffed. Most people were wearing masks but the few who werent adult wise werent told to put one on, the non-managerial staff could have cared less. The majority of the people here were completely classless and when I say majority I mean majority. Their kids were out of control, multiple confronting my daughters asking to use their cards asking for tickets not wearing shoes pushing other children out of the way when they didnt have the credits to play the game. It was a mad house. Id say one in out 5 children ages 5-12 were not wearing masks. Other than the friendly male manager trying his best to do his job and a employee going around sanitizing machines I would have gave this place zero stars. Also when leaving no one was checking the selfie shot they requested you to take when entering. Their new protocol for children entering and leaving with adults is to photograph everyone going in so they can prove the same family that went in together is going out together. This was not enforced in any capacity when we left. There wasnt a person even paying attention to the door. Definitely would not feel safe letting children run around alone here although almost every parent didnt have this attitude, they could have cared less. I have been to multiple chuck e cheeses up and down the east coast of Florida and this experience will prevent me from EVER stepping foot into any of them again. So for the please for the safety of your children and selves do not go here.

Super friendly, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Cool safety measures in place to make sure no one leaves with the wrong kid. Really impressive.

With it being a holiday weekend when we went and a Friday on top of that we were worried about how packed it would be. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at 5 and only 3-4 other families were there. After an hour or so it started to fill up but nothing like weve seen before at other locations we have been. The young man working the front desk was the sweetest and most knowledgeable person. Helping us find the best deal with the coupons we had. Never once seeming irritated by our time at the desk. So nice and accommodating with every question we had. We also had a great experience with him at the prize area as well. So kind to my boys! The pizza was delicious and salad bar was fresh being constantly iced down by the same young man. The games were all in operation which is uncommon at Chuck E Cheese! If we had an issue with one, someone was easy to find and glad to help. We will 100% be back to this location and hope to have the same staff on because they made the night memorable!

The air was completely broken but yet they allowed people to come in and pay full price. If we had been told up front that the air was broken then we could have made our own decision but not a word was said.

We love taking our daughter here she absolutely loves it. Some of the staff can be kind of rude sometimes thats why I give it 4 stars. The they have beer that gave it an extra * the food is way overpriced we just go and play the games and eat lunch somewhere else. Good place to take a kid to wear them out for sure :-)

You can play by minutes or points instead of a dollar amount now which is cool. And not too pricey either.

Still one of the best most affordable arcades for me kids. Loses star because games used to be 1 token for all but that has changed. However, for older kids I recommend the timed play card. Mine seem to play more games that way.

It was a good experience. We went on a slow night. The staff was helpful. They changed from tokens to credits wasnt expecting that. It works. I wouldnt recommend toppings or stuff crust save your money and get a basic deal with points and plain cheese.

This is being generous, we took 2 children paid over $80 for 1 hour of playtime. This new time vs points is confusing!! The employees are so busy fixing all of the faulty machines that you cant even get there attention. My son used to love this place but its not about the kids and all about the money latley.

Pizza was good alot kids around but I can still sit and watch in peace. Go out and purchase our music online stores YARDI PROMOTIONS on YouTube, PONDORA,iTunes,apple, Amazon etc.

I would give 5 stars but I was given a dead card and when I ask why the card wasnt working the attendee was rude about the issue. The manager was called and he apologized and gave me another card, in the end my grand-daughter had a blast.

Had to much fun considering the youngest with us was 18.

The children are in a safe environment. The staff is friendly and helpful. The games are mostly non violent for the little ones. The place is clean. The food is reasonably priced and acceptable for special occasions. With the new online app you can get a lot of special deals and free food and ticket values that are much better. They now use passes as opposed to tokens which really helps out a lot with not having to carry around all those tokens anymore.

Good was fresh and good. I like that they offer game.card.options as a time limit instead of tokens. There is also a pause spot for the card so you can break to eat and not miss out on time

Can buy time which is unlimited games in allotted time from that you choose, or tokens which each thing takes 1-2 tokens per time playing. Affordable, clean and plenty for kids of a variety of ages to do.

This was our first Chuck E Cheese visit, so we werent really sure what to expect. We found some coupons online, and the friendly lady at the front helped us figure out which deal was best for us. She upselled us on the custom kids drink cups that can be used during any other visit to get unlimited drinks, and a wrist band to keep my daughter from losing her game card. The pizza was pretty good, there was a nice selection of games, and the place seemed cleaner than you might expect for a place with so many kids running around. Overall, we enjoyed our experience, and the pricing was fairly reasonable, so we will be returning for more family fun.

Not what it used to be and they definitely changed the recipe to their pizza. They used to have the best pizza. You need a ridiculous amount of tickets for the shop.

Staff is always nice, food is fresh and hot, salad bar is always clean but romaine and salad mix could use attention alot of whilted and brown salad. Overall the environment is very clean and my kids enjoy going here all the time. They are also very attentive to the number stamps for the children and parents matching which also makes me feel safe.

Kids love this place and I at 66 play them too. Try to go to website and get coupons. My granddaughter and my wife and I had unlimited play for $15 each. We were there 4 and a half hours

Well i was pleased they have been changing the games up. the card alotting you time is better for me, rather than paying per game because it allows you to play more games and get more tickets which my son loves. i had a prob with my card running out of time 10 mins early and they alotted me a new 20 min card which i thought was nice.

Its an okay place since there are not many indoor play centers for kids in this area. Its always packed though and the games often run out of tickets. Also, when you finish and have to feed your tickets into the machine to get your prize it can be time consuming because there are only 4 machines for taking tickets.

Today I have spent my entire day at Chuck E. Cheese with my daughter and I would say it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Due to the fact of one of the employees I believe her name was Claudia she first yelled at my daughter for accidentally bumping into her. She told me that my daughter hit her but knew it was a lie due to fact that I sat watched the whole thing unfold. Later that day I had to give my daughter her medicine that keeps her alive but the same employee told that I couldnt do that here I informed her about the situation but she kept insisting I do it outside after I had taken my daughter outside to take her medicine she rolled her eyes as she was apologizing to me so I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was one but I highly doubt that. when I informed her of what she had done she completely denied it and told me leave if my attitude was going to be like this all day. In conclusion I would like to see this employee terminated or Im not Coming back to this establishment ever again

I like the new system of buying time much better. I am not a big beer drinker but enjoy one with pizza and the tap beer was fresh and cold and the server actually new how to draw a tap beer letting the unwanted foam spill over so he could fill the mug completely. One suggestion chuckie would be to freeze the mugs. Of course the kids enjoyed themselves and its nice to be able to know if they are out of site you dont have to immediately panic because of the hand stamp matching and the employees diligence of making sure nobody exits without a matching stamp.

Bathrooms were nasty, two ticket counters were broken which made us have to wait along time and in line for them to count by hand. But the bathroom was unacceptable

I celebrated my sons birthday there and the staff was very attentive and pleasant.

Money well spent! Kids had a blast. Workers play games and leave tickets for the kids to take. (I think the worker was testing all the games to be sure everything was working properly). Its very clean, new equipment, not too crowded at all, and well secured. You can let the kids play, knowing the doorman checks every family who leaves to make sure the stamps match. Kids will have a blast, and theres lots of fun for the parents as well! Ive been to a few Chuck E. Cheeses and some of the ones up north were terrible. This location in PSL/Stuart is fantastic. Only complaint was the black lady working the prize exchange. She almost shorted my kids 400 tickets because she didnt want to keep count. Good thing my wife was watching!

Great experience for my birthday girl. We had my daughters 3rd Bday party here and it was amazing. She had a wonderful experience and I am truly pleased. Our waitress, Trinity, was the best. We waited on nothing and she ensured my daughter had the time of her short life.

My children had fun. The only problem was the tickets wasnt coming out for the kids on every machine. They did give us some tickets at times to replace some of our loss but when my children are by themselves they just lost out not not knowing what to expect. Some kids would just walk away without asking for help to get tickets. Our children do look forward for the prize at the end.

I dont like they sale alcohol there. This is a direct request to the owner. This is a child place. Please please please

Great place for kids. We went there few times already. Friendly staff especially Kevin. Had some issues with couple of the games just froze on us but Kevin with a big smile helped us right away. He was very helpful, friendly and overall helped us getting a great experience there. We had pizza the other day but we did not have any issues with the service or the food itself.

Pretty good for kids but some minor issues

I had so much fun here watching the girls have fun on all the toys. This wad the first time that I had been there. A couple of the rides took pictures while you were on them. One of the picture ones was a drawing that was done really NICE, the girls done that enough to wallpaper a wall in there bedroom if not more...lol staff was GREAT.

We took our grandkids there and they had a great time! Everyone was very nice and helpful! And the stuffed crust pizza was very good!The only problem with the place is that other people just let there kids run around like its a free for all, with little guidance.

Awesome place to bring the kids and I love the unlimited salad bar and the ability to order grilled chicken for the salad. I only gave 4 stars because I was not thrilled with the 40 minute wait for a 4oz cup of said chicken to be delivered. Other than that, everything was great, the staff was very helpful and did their best to manage the craziness of a Saturday afternoon.

My kids love chucky E cheese. No more coins. Now points are on cards, and wristbands. On the wristbands you can reload them online, so you can skip the line and let the kids enjoy themselves immediately.

Very disappointed! No help when buying the points to play or the food. Went in at 7:30 on a Sunday guess they close at 9. The salad bar was out so I was going to get the salad bar and my granddaughter was the nuggets. I was told that she was getting ready to break down the salad bar so I couldnt have it. Strike one. I ordered a personal pizza. Food took a while. Then when it came we where playing. We sat for a few and ate a little a started playing again. Chucky wsss announced for coming out but when he did it was obvious that he didnt want to be there. One song and he was done. Some games werent working but we where still playing the ones that worked when they just turned off. Apparently they closed.. no worming... Food was thrown away( all our stuff was still on table. I was surprised there was no intercom message saying that they were about to close and when I asked floor aft least one meal price back since they threw the food the manager came out and lied to me saying she had cone around to tell every one that they were closing but w had never seen her. At any rate over priced junk food., dirty broken games that give tickets that even if you had thousands wouldnt win you a descent toy.

Pizza used to be good but not any more.

I worked here from November 2018-March 2018. Pay was good, most of the employees were extremely fun to be around and the food was pretty okay. The problem I had with this place mostly was involved in management. One of the managers named Claudia is completely unpleasant to be around. One time I was sick at work and had started to feel nauscious at closing, and when I asked to leave early, she demanded I stay. I later slept that night shivering and unable to breath out my nose having to cover an afternoon shift the next day. The place generally is very underemployed, and is an absolute nightmare whenever it gets busy. Cleanup also takes way too long, as the establishment is very large while only 3 people are cleaning while the manager has to finish paperwork and accounting. I’m still thankful that this place was technically my first job in the workforce, it definitely is a very flawed environment and certainly could govern itself a lot more efficiently。

My daughter always has fun here. For $5 and a coupon, I get her 20 tokens. She plays on the playground and plays games for just over an hour. Who knew it could be so affordable when refraining from buying pizza, candy, and beer?!

Instead of buying coins now they offer unlimited games for an hr. This is a great deal! And now the pizza is even better than ever

The place is nice but today they had not many employees and a lot of people,there was a long line in the cash registered and many many people to redeeme the tickets for prices and just 1 person in that area.

I brought my son there to have a great birthday party. Unfortunately the pizza was cold, tastlesss and two of my sons friends threw up afterwards. Also, my son is now sick. Do not bring your children here. The pizza is recycled. Yes! THE PIZZA IS RECYCLED. After reading the conspiracies and tasting the pizza I had my Nephew apply and see what was up. ( I was so fed up I gave him $100 just to apply and go through the hassle) turns out indeed the pizzas are recycled and I will be filing a civil suit.

Its good for kids of course, and the pizza and wings arent bad, the salad bar is good too; I think they are understaffed though to be honest. Long lines to pay, long lines to cash out tickets, machines stay broken, ticket eaters get and stay full.Im not knocking any of the employees here as they are always busy and this place is a madhouse on the weekends. I think they need more people to work with them.

My 2 daughters had their birthday party here. The staff and food was excellent. The kids had a lot of fun playing the games for 2 hours. Only complaints, food is pretty expensive and kids were asking to use my kids game pass (not sure where the parents were at). The games have become out dated. Chuck E. Cheese may want to look at the competition in order to maintain business.

Good for little kids I liked watching my little sister play she turned 4

My 2 year old son enjoys his time here, however they always seem to be short staffed. We were recently there for a birthday we were invited and they took forever with the food although it was ordered before hand after the pizza got there the staff member we got was super nice, and great with all the kids. The pizza was good but the wings were soo cold... When we attempted to change our tickets there was two lines, when it was finally our turn the staff member just up and left my son there and went to help someone else that was having a bad attitude for the long wait time, this isnt the 1st time i have a bad experience in this line. Honestly its the only Chuck E. Cheese around and my son loves it so we will keep going but they just need more staff.

1st time there in a while. A nice redue of the place. Using a card is Alot easier than quarters used to be. They need a lot more people upfront to help or atleast to walk around to help. :/ *Keep your card to reload and use again if your going back. Always ask questions to the front desk people when you first walk in. To save money find coupons at your local one before you go. Example: We found a coupon for 2 60min card for 30$ normally 1hr is 20$. :)

It was clean and surprisingly not a ripoff. Our 4 and 6 year old were entertained for 2 hours with lots of games to play. It was a rainy night so it was very empty. Food is not good at all. Not that our kids minded!
