Front door sign in was giving people the wrong signature paperwork. Then you have register employees telling us different buy one get one prices then what the floor helps were telling people. Ended up spending more money then advertised

Ordered online since in store prices were double. Got home and went thru order and 2 items were missing. So they beat me out of about $50 dollars in product for failing to properly do order.

Bought many this year and unfortunately, many of the b1 get 2 blew up. I understand it can happen but when you spend lots on fireworks you dont expect 8 to 10 of them to blow up and hit houses and almost your child(ren). We understand light at your own risk but seriously many of them had to be old! The square (box multi shot exploded and tipped over) thats not normal. Old and shouldnt be sold.

Absolutely great service! The prices were the best Ive seen and the selection was unbelievable. DONT go to Walmart or some little corner of the supermarket, this place is totally worth it!

Fireworks! Large selection for every occasion. Can be crazy around holidays. Parking is good. Staff is pleasant. Prices are high, but they usually offer buy 1 get 1 at discount.

Awesome selection for great prices. Lots of friendly help and a cool tool where if you scan a box it shows on screen what the fireworks look like!

Definitely not buy one, get one. Got charged multiple times for the 2nd item. The cashiers ring items up so fast that you cant tell if anything was entered correctly. Also, there isnt any receipt itemization, so its nearly impossible to reconcile your purchase. However, the selection is great and the employees on the floor are polite and helpful.

Better pricing and product than anywhere else. Even during the 4th when they know they can gouge you. They dont. I look forward to a truly wonderful fourth.

I dont really know where to begin. I reckon since I came in on July 2nd, it has a lot to do with it. However, the sign out front read, Buy 1, get 2! Great deal right?!? Well as I walk in, they say everything in the store is Buy one, get the second for $1. So, luring via false advertisement. 66% off is a lot better than 50%. Even after wondering around for a while, no-one asked me if I needed any help. At checkout, I decided to put something back, as I grab the two most expensive packs I got, the clerk says if you want one of the two, Ill just give it to you for half off... Theres the one star Im giving... Well then later, on the 4th, the fireworks I chose were extremely disappointing. So, pretty much, my review would be a 0 star, if it wasnt for the clerk offering half off one of the big ticket item instead of buy one get one for $1....
