The guys at the dock are super outgoing, surfer friendly, always masked up, never any dock-guy attitude.
We had a great first experience out of Pirates Cove. Attentive service, clean boat. Can’t wait to schedule our next cruise.
New boats, no maintenance, no cleaning, and nothing but good times! Great staff at the Stuart location! We are very happy and satisfied members. The guys at the dock are always friendly and helpful. We love being members of this Freedom Boat Club! 5 local clubs for us to enjoy unlimited use from Stuart to Lighthouse Point near Lauderdale. Don’t delay and join today!
Definitely an easy experience. We love this boat club.
Fun environment, clean boats, and friendly service! It was easy to get a reservation and the staff was very polite and helpful in regards to local fishing and local waterways!
Love this club. Lots of locations. This location in Stuart is close to inlet and fishing is great with all the off shore wrecks. Came home with lunch and dinner!
We had a great time sailing and fishing from Freedom Boat Club Pirates Cove location! The guys were great and the boat was clean!!!
Sam at Pirates Cove was super helpful. He provided highlights for the area including need-to-know info and fun facts. He also helped with clear boating instructions. With COVID going on, it was really nice to feel community warmth doing business with Freedom.
First Time out of the Stuart location at Pirates Cove Marina. Staff was great and gave us a great sea trial of the area. Boat was clean, and ready for cruising. Made our way North of the Stuart inlet to the Sandbar and had a great day. We had a close encounter with a manatee, and the locals were great! If you haven’t been to this sandbar, put it on your must do! Great location, with a bait and tackle store onsite, bar, pool.... Staff was first class and we will be returning!!
I am a relatively new member to Freedom. This was my first receptacle reservation. The entire team at the Stuart location was top notch. Sam was very informative during our sea trial. The dock team was also top notch. What a great investment it was to join Freedom. I could not be happier.
We love Freedom Boat Club. Such a pleasant experience to be able to enjoy the water without all the hassle of owning your own boat!!
Great experience! Highly recommended.
Fun time, nice dock guys
Having been a professional fishing mate and a licensed boat captain in the past I never thought I’d join a boat club. However, after joining Freedom Boat Club and having different boat designs to choose from including all the destinations across the country, it turns out membership has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. A deciding factor was the company policy to maintain the fleet with new boats not to exceed three years of age minimizing the potential of dealing with a mechanical failure that would mess up your day on the water. And who can afford to own multiple boats exceeding several thousand dollars?Happy member!
We love freedom boat club and staff are great
Great concept, great location, great boats, and great people. Boat availability is always there and they take pride in getting to know each member. We love everything about being members at this freedom boat club location.
Steve, Sam, and Ben are tops! Always helpful, prompt, and upbeat. My next mediocre experience with the Pirates Cove FBC TEAM will be my first . . . In just under a year of membership. Joining FBC was the best decision besides our deciding to move from NC to Stuart. Keep up the great work.
First time at Stuart and wouldnt hesitate to come back. Easy on and off and dock workers were awesome.
New equipment, courteous prompt staff, boat is always, spotless and fueled at time reserved.I give the dock hands an 11 out of a possible 10.Bob Carlisle
Outstanding in every respect! Great staff, professional, courteous, safety conscience. The boats are new and always clean and squared away. Totally an enjoyable - service from the curb side service to loading and checking out the boat - Cant say enough good things about it! If you own a boat sell it! They have a whole fleet and 125 locations in North America!
Awesome staff, very friendly and punctual. Boat was reserved for 10 AM and at 9:50 am boat was ready for arrival. I would never own another boat again with Freedom by my side, its like owning a fleet of boats without hurting your pockets.
Just so easy
Nice staff, nice location for fishing offshore.
Wonderful trip to Jupiter!! Friendly staff and great clean pontoon!! We fled Wilmington, Nc due to hurricane Florence to Florida and really enjoyed the hospitality of our friends we stayed with and the ease of an out of town boat reservation .Thanks Freedom of Stuart
The boat was GREAT and Ted the Dock Master was both professional and polite. A real CREDIT to the Freedom Boat Club organization.
Friendly helpful staff. Well maintained & clean nice boats of several varieties.
Great Boats. Well Managed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Thank you Freedom Boat Club for making our trip to Stuart and Jupiter, FL a fun and enjoyable experience. Kudos to Jennifer and Connie for arranging the reciprocal reservation which was effortless on our part. As I have told many people, joining Freedom was the best thing my wife and I have done as a couple in our 28 years of marriage. Our friends and family agree!! Thanks again.
Joining the club was a great decision! Been on the water every weekend since I joined. Highly recommend Freedom Boat Club to others.
I get cancellations sometimes last minute either due to weather or some mechanical problem. It ends up being frustrating bec I am a young professional and have limited time to boat on the weekends. If I was retired and had all the time in the world I wouldn’t mind it. Within last month I got 2 cancellations on me.
Youre targeting ads to locals, stop it.
Excellent experience! The staff at Pirates Cove Marina go above and beyond to make our trips pleasurable!
Staff were awesome and helpful great experience thank you will definitely be to this location again!!
Member for 2 years. Dock guys In Stuart were nice but WPB was awful. Customer service always terrible especially if you wanted a boat in a different location. Made a million promises when we signed up and kept the changing th rules as we went, including which boats we were allowed to take out and where we could take them. When you pay that much a month youd think theyd be a little more friendly and helpful.
An amazing way to get out onto the water!
Excellent staff, very accommodating and a pleasure to be a member. The boats are all in excellent condition and it is the best way to boat ownership.
Very clean, very good service.
Enough with the targeted ads.
Staff was helpful and very accompanying weather was beautiful had guests they enjoyed themselves
Always a great experience, joe on the dock was very helpful !
Great location, friendly staff, and all the benefits of boat ownership without the hassles!!!
Ive been a Stuart Club member for about 2 years now and I really cant say enough good things about the staff and the boats in this club. Dockmasters Steve, John and Rob do an amazing job, and as a lifetime professional mariner, and former owner of a charter sailboat club, I know a thing or two about the business. Jennifer in reservations is excellent and makes you feel like you have personal concierge. The entire operational team has always been friendly, curteous and extremely professional. The club has a nice variety of boats and this location maintains them very well. Ive also taken out boats from other FBC locations such as Islamorada FL, Charleston SC and Brick NJ and, although the variety and quality of the boats at these other reciprocal locations were not quit as good as Stuarts, we were always treated extremely well there and had great experiences every time. So with zero bad experiences in 2 years I have to say that the FBC in general, and the Stuart location in particular, are doing something right. The only thing that was not quite as advertised was this. When I first purchased the membership it was insinuated that I would be out on a boat fishing offshore the following weekend. It takes longer than that. You first have to do your initial qualification and if you want to go offshore you also need an additional offshore qualification and this takes some time. So it was about 3 weeks before I was able to fish the ocean. Although these quals are necessary and understandable, Sales should have been more realistic in setting expectations for a new member. But thats the only complaint I have had with FBC and that was two years ago and is now just water under the bridge. If you know boats and boating, it just doesnt get any easier, trouble-free or more affordable than this.
Great day. Sam is super.
Great people
Great day on the water.
They is the most unorganized unprofessional pompous group of franchise owners - from WPB to Stuart. Their business model is borderline unconscionable. Do yourself a favor and rent a boat for the day from somewhere else or join another club. Expensive membership, monthly fees...and you cant get a boat when you want one.
