I seriously had so much fun!!! So worth it. I wish I had more layers than I did on, and warmer socks. Because its outside, was twenty degrees, snowing, its helpful if you have clothing for snow. There was a wait to go down the chutes, but worth it! Total rush and with the snow, was so smooth and not a rough ride at all. Tons of people there with their kids enjoying the ride together. Loved it!

Amazing fun at a great price. The long line moves quickly. All day pass is a great bargain. Moms can sit upstairs and take pictures while staying toasty.

SO much fun! Highly recommend a winter visit here - while we were in line we met a family who drove from Pittsburgh just to check out out. They LOVED it. If you came here years ago and its been awhile - come back! You dont have to carry the toboggans yourselves anymore; theres a conveyor belt that does all the work for you. All you have to do is climb the steps!

My husband, myself and my young son were there on a 45 degree Saturday in December. Re: tobogganing - Before dark, the lines are LONG. Like an hour and a half wait to ride, sometimes two hours. There are only two chutes, and basically one party of up to five people can go at a time. Then you have to wait for those people to slide to the bottom and exit the chute before the next toboggan can go. You quickly realize why the process takes so long. The ride itself is fast, I think you go up to 50 mph or something similar! The chutes are 700 feet tall. Oh yeah, get ready for a glutes workout, there is no lift to the top - you are walking up several flights of stairs! There arent many safety precautions, but I never felt unsafe, even with my small son. Prices were $12/adult and about half that for kids for all-day rides or $6 for one ride. There is a small indoor area for snacks, a cup of hot chocolate, sit down and rest, etc. Nothing fancy, just tables and chairs. There is a bathroom inside and at the bottom of the hill, but there is nothing at the top. I saw they host parties and events, I can see this being a fun kiddie birthday party. Not sure about prices. I didnt give it 5 stars because i feel they could do with some modernizing. Especially, theres no way for physically disabled folks to participate, unless I missed a giant ramp to the top...

This place is an awesome time for the kids and grown ups....be prepared for a little workout though the stairs you have to climb seems endless, however once you reach the top it is soo worth the climb getting to the bottom. At just $12 for unlimited ride for adults is a great price

The Chalet is a very nice place. It is a good place to have food and sit down while there are other activities in the area.

Omg this place is awesome!!!!!! The ride is very fast and the hill is so high. I just wish they had an escalator or an elevator instead of walking up 108 steps. Overall I would definitely go back here and it is amazing.

Ive been to this location dozens of times and its always nice. Whether its a tobbagin bday party or a company picnic, its always on point. Its a great outdoor venue Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall. Only thing it could maybe use is a playground for younger kids. Highly recommended.

Its a nice venue and parking is free and close to the chalet. The restrooms are clean. A very relaxed atmosphere. Cleveland Metroparks are beautiful. We are incredibly lucky. I would recommend this place but I strongly recommend getting specific location names in order to get accurate directions. The Cleveland Metroparks covers a large area.

Visited with my family on a Friday night the place was clean well lit and the chalet was warm the DJ was doing great playing something for everyone the girls at the snack stand were quick and friendly. By far the best part were the guys working the chute they were doing a great job making sure everyone was safe and riding correctly but you could tell they enjoyed their jobs they all had smiles on their faces (some with face paint too ) and were dancing along too. Our family raced and had hot cocoa and dollar dogs and hung out in the chalet thanks for contrubting to a great family night!!!

Had our daughters 9th birthday party here. Staff was extremely accommodating. All our girls raved about how much fun they had. Cant wait to go back!

We visit here during the winter months for the toboggan sled runs. It is a fun and invigorating experience. Usually there is a long line to wait in before getting on the ride, but it is well worth it.

Its clean and warm. The fireplace is a nice touch. I enjoyed grabbing a bite to eat while we were enjoying the chutes. The bathrooms were well maintained and clean, which is always a plus. Its just regular concession stand food, but thats expected. The staff is very friendly.

This place was really cool. They have a toboggan slide starting in November, an ape rope climb course, and miles of beautiful trails. They maintain the property very well and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The toboggan shoots were amazing! It is thrilling and worth the wait. Just dont buy the coffee from the snack shop. It tasted bad.

The steps are brutal after about 10 runs, but other than me being out of shape, it was a great first time! My 7 year loved it! Luckily, they have a lift for the tobaggons to go back up the hill.

This was so much fun!! The price is reasonable. The lines can get a bit long and the walk up the stars gets tiring, but it really is fun!

A good way to tire out your kids. When its cold out, you might as well try to find a way to enjoy it. Be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs.

Lots of happy memories. Its nice to see it will maintain and have new attractions to offer the younger generation. I enjoyed the go ape zip line and Adventure Course. In the winter time they have amazing toboggans. Inside the shell way theres concession stand plenty of seating in the summertime theres plenty of picnic benches outside in the winter time one can go inside and warm up.

Loved it. No long wait. Only thing that would have made it better would have been a lift back up!

This place gets busy on nice days. Thus limiting the time you spend riding compared to the time spent standing in line. But it definitely is fun.

Great time . Standing in line trying to write this real fast because the line has been so quick . Its 2 pm the wait is roughly ten min or so the weather is great today sun and the last day they are open. Great time my son who is eight is loving it. I think he is about pooped out from the steps .

This is a real nice adventure. Kind of like a roller coaster for the winter. It goes very fast and my little kids (age four and five) loved it. Only thing I could see to complain about would be the amount of steps and the cold, but I didnt mind it and what do you expect from sled riding?

It was an amazing trip I was there today with middle schoolers who go to my trip it was crazy fast great experience exalted hot cocoa.

During the winter there is always something going on. And now that its spring, its a nice place for a breezy picnic. Lots of tables and things to do for people who are adventurous.

A very cool place for a party. I have been to three open houses here and it is always great room for a lot of people.

Good toboggan chutes. There are two wood burning fireplaces, one inside and one out. They sell food inside the chalet and there is a game/lounge room upstairs. Its available to rent the entire place out during certain hours. Its well worth it if you have a large enough group.

Beautiful natural area with a refrigerated toboggan chute. Clearly everyone who rode loved the ride. The biggest complaint was that it was approximately a 2 hour wait. We hope to go back on a less busy day.

This was an outing for three different cub scout packs, so we got to ride several times. I myself hit that slope four times with my wife and kids. Its a blast.

Extremely screwed up system. Got here at 220 on a Sunday and they use at 5. With the employees knowing it was over an hour wait to go down the hill. They still gladly took the money without informing us how long the weight would be and that we would most likely only be able to go 2xs at the most. They need to inform guest how long the wait will be before taking the money. 2xs for 12$ a head is not worth the wait at all. I recommend the polar blast snow tubing @ brandywine. I will be calling and speaking to the highest up metro parks I can reach in regards to this issue. If you arent here at open DO NOT COME.

This place was so much fun. Youll get in a lot of stairs! We arrived right at open on the last Sunday in February and never waited more than 5 minutes to ride down the toboggan run.

Good thrill ride. About 25-30 minute wait today. $12 for all day adult ticket. $6 for 1 ride. $10 for kids 11 years old and under. Food venue is OK. Grill food and fries. Slow service though. Sleds carried to top of hill by conveyor belt.

Its fun but I havent been in years word to the wise last time we tried to go we find out that you are required to bring gloves to go down the chutes otherwise you can buy gloves from them for eight dollars.

Toboggan was rigged, scratched my finger, needs to make Toboggans more safer, 1 star, needs to lower the stairs, get rid of the rock, scary, breath taking, I suggest build walls on to the toboggans.
