Camelot Village

I’ve lived here for about a year now and this is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. They don’t give any warnings when major things like the water is going to be turned off so they can “work on it” every few weeks. If you live here long enough they’ll try to push you out with eviction notices if you’re even a day late on rent and they will raise the prices none stop. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Women in the office are very unprofessional rude and just ignorant! I would suggest continental communities find new management and office personnel

Well these people dont call you back they are never in the office the only time you hear from them is if you are late on the 555.64 a month lot rent

A trailer park. Some very kept up trailers and others not so good.in general fairly nice and clean. Nice grounds.

Havent even lived here a whole year & management is what stands out the most. The people in the office are very very rude & dont care about anything but collecting rent, but made sure or (acted like) they were very friendly before you move in. Lot rent is very expensive & they are always fixing the water system. They have fixed the park & the roads too. Very quiet around here which is a plus. There are some friendly neighbors & most of them keep good care of their places. I love it here but they need new management asap, or this place will go downhill.

Camelot is the worse place ever I seen

Lived in Camelot for 3 years. All they care about is collecting lot rent which is constantly being increased yet they cant salt or plow roads in the winter. They dont enforce their own community rules. Our nextdoor neighbor had someone overdose from heroin on their patio and the park still allowed them to live here! Playgrounds are run down and not kept up. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Plus there are a bunch of loose cats that use your yard as a toilet and they dont enforce leash laws set forth by the city and county.

Just visited someone here. VERY nice and quite park! Lot rent is much higher than most. The lady I visited said she pays $480/mo for lot rent and that includes water. Overall though, for a non-resident just looking around, it looks very nice. No speed bumps around, but I also noticed several people flying through streets there.

Great area, low noise, not any problems. Would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable home.

Good place to live a nice community

Place is going into dumps, management is horrible, as long as people pay their high lot fees of over $500 a month they dont have to cut grass, trim or anything. Roads are horrible have to drive around holes on main road, winter time like a skating rink all for over $500 A month lot fees. Management lies to your face and up the rent an average of over $20 a month the last 3 years. You have nothing for your $500 lot fees a month go look and see for yourself, one or two nice trailers and then for over $500 A month you get to look at trailer trash throughout the whole park

A crappy trailer park located in Streetsboro ohio. One chick that lives there is a prostitute and loves married men or men in relationships to pay her. She calls it favor for favor. Its also a haunted trailer park. That is kind of cool for people into paranormal stuff. :)

Friendly neighbors and a nice atmosphere

Besides a few irate residents, it is a splendid place to stay.

My dad used to live here. His neighbors were always so friendly and he was always telling me about how nice the people were who ran the Camlot Village Office. They were always willing to help in any way possible. 5 stars!!!

The people who live here dont seem overly friendly, at least not to strangers. They seem like stereotypical trailer park people. A lot of window watching, but not as bad as other places Ive been

Pathetic miserable people to many rules

Nice neighborhood, pretty quiet, very safe. Relatively well maintained by residents. HOWEVER, management is not great. As others have stated, lot rent is very expensive for what you get in return - terrible snow plowing in the winter, water will be shut off for several hours about every other month (usually with no notice/explanation... how is this acceptable???), mail boxes are centrally located and literally a mile away from some peoples homes. Lot rent increased significantly in recent years, though I cant for the life of me figure out where that money is going. Overall, its really not bad for a trailer park, but it aint great either.

The residents on my street are super nosey. Especially dude next me me who harasses us for nothing. We report to management and they say call the police. Police say they cant do anything cuz its privet property. Management is just to lazy to do anything u cant really count on them at all. Then be cautious if u have to resort to calling the owner. Cuz even if u have solid proof in your hand he will directly call you a liar. They raise the rent every single year. And with no explanation. As to why. Water is always shut off. Kids playground is far from safe for kids.. You pay way to much for how your treated in this park. Especially by the people u should be able to count on. Not to mention how rude management is. Me and my husband and son moved out 1 time then came back. And we were forced to sign some bogus contract stating if anybody breaks a rule at my mother in laws trailor ( me or my husband dont have to do it) we are evicted. Under what grounds? Cuz we left the park.... Be careful if u choose to move in here. U need thick skin to make it here... And most likely I will probably get harassed by management for posting this which will resort in me getting a lawar

Not good... management is rude and super lazy!! And will act like u owe them sum thing Bin here 4 years now and water get shut off all the time trash company they have is tarable when they pick up your garbage it gets thrown all over the road and once again management says o well pick it up ( I pay rent here so its not my job to pick it up when I put mine in the can) and they still want over $500 a month and it just went up 25 dollars. The kids parks are so run down and unsafe and have sum nasty profanity all over them they say o well when u say sunthing!! Not the best place!!!! If u can live sum where else pls for your own sanity do it!!! Do not live here!!!!!
