What an amazing place by daughter and her friend are having the time of their life wish there was things like this when I was young.

There was no line when we arrived to check in, but it still took about 10 minutes - complete your waiver at home. There isnt an option for unlimited jump/zip/wall for less than 3 hours - so if you want a chance to do everything youre paying that rate. The staff varied significantly. Some of them were really great with kids, attentive and courteous. Some of them were having social hour and didnt feel that customers should be interrupting that time.The place is not clean. The restrooms smelled worse than anywhere I have been lately. The seating area was covered in a sticky film in several tables and chairs. The floor was littered with crumbs and garbage that no one cleaned up. The dust build up on the beans at the walls is gross. The filters in the bathroom were so covered with dust no air could have gotten in or out.There are snacks and drinks for purchase at a counter and vending machines. You cannot bring in your own snacks or drinks. We did not try anything from the snack bar based on the cleanliness I saw everywhere else.

Nick was awesome. Helped my son all the way across for his first obstacle course. Amazing customer service. Thank you we will be back!

I’ve been calling and sent numerous e-mails for the past month and half about a refund for a birthday party we planned to have around the end of March, which was cancelled due to everything going on with Covid-19. Very unprofessional that no one has reached out, been in any contact, or responded to my messages.

Had my childrens birthday here. Well worth the money. Fun for the kids and the parents. Madeline the hostess was very nice, kind, and helpful. Would recommend.

We had such a fun time! It was our first visit and with five kids that range in ages 16 - 5, it can be difficult to find activities or afternoons that entertain all : Zip City does it! Steven was so patient and good; he went across the rope course with my daughter and encouraged her the entire way - it was so exciting watch her conquer her fear and gain some bravery! The ninja course, rock wall, trampolines & zip line were all popular attractions for my 5 : great place! - Nathan & Rachel : Wyatt, Eli, Grace, Felicity, & Lincoln Ehret

This was a really great place to take my children (5 & 9). On the main level theyhave an arcade, 5 separate trampoline zones, each one designed a little different for different types of play (my boys loved the dodge ball zone), snack shop (with pizza and other food items and snacks) and a rock wall. They also have several party rooms Im assuming you can book, but none were in use while we were there. What I found to be amazing were the zip lines that runs above the trampoline zones (all kids are harnessed in AND there is a safety net between the zip line and tampolines) I love that they had an elevated area, with comfortable chairs, for the parents to watch from because you were able to see it all, (except the arcade, but my kids had too much fun doing the other things, it was never a problem).

Great place. Prices are extremely good. Staff has been helpful and friendly. Cant wait to come back again.

There was endless fun for the whole family including a place to entertain an 18 month old. Price was fair and I will definitely come back!

The new high ropes course just opened as we got there, the (very friendly) trainer was there. My husband and I both had fun doing it, we felt that alone was worth the entry price. I also loved the Ninja course.The zip line is a blast, our 4 year old daughter decided she would do it and went 8 times! She also loved dodgeball and the foam pit.The laser rooms were great fun, Patrick was extremely friendly and helpful, he even did one game with my husband when our daughter backed out at the last minute.Overall it was a fun visit that offered great value!

Absolutely horrible experience. The staff was unenthusiastic, the manager was extremely rude, and the place was covered in filth. As an out of towner I was extremely disappointed and left feeling cheated out of money. If you wear glasses you have to wear thick and disgusting goggles that have so much muck and grease on them that you can hardly see. The employees even said they wouldnt ever put them on. If thats not a bad sign I dont know what is. Do not waste your time or money here. Absolutely terrible experience.

We went to zip city and our kids went across the obstacles course hanging over the jumping zones and all of them froze except for two and Trevor took the time and encouraged them the entire time for them to cross, stayed with them the whole time! Awesome thanks to Trevor !

This place was really fun. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Madeline on the zip line, she cursed and talked poorly about my friend group and I to another co worker. I remember she said “I f*%#*^g hate this” as she harnessed us. All around really rude. Other then that, a great experience.

Took my kids there last week, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’m not a young person but I like young activities. I wanted to prove I could still do the obstacle course. It took a while but I did it. The Zipline was a cake walk. The kids loved it. Well worth the cabbage.

Zip City is quite possibly one of the funnest places to take your kids! I never thought in a million years that my son would have the courage to zip line but he said he felt safe there and ran to put gear on. The workers there are fantastic! They double checked safety gear before zip lines and rock walls and were completely engaged with the kids doing activities like dodge ball and the obstacle course. Had a great time and will go back for sure

Owner is full of himself don’t be fooled by his comments under people’s negative reviews if I was you I would rather you save the time and money by going to sky zone SUCH a better place more clean and stuff to do, this place is a joke lol just like the owner and his ego problems.

I loved All the workers. Carter Steven and jack were very welcoming and very nice. My experience was 100 times better with them being here and hope to see them again when we return.

Fun place for the kids. Has trampolines, zip lines, rock walls, a hanging obstacle course, and a kid size ninja warrior course. Some things concern me is all of the dust that is sitting on top of the netting above the trampolines, and a lot of the stitching on the nets to the trampolines are unraveling and zip tied together.

Carter, Jack, and Steven were very good workers. The made sure that everyone was safe. They also helped and me tips how to jump on the trampoline. I will be expecting them when I come back.

Awesome facility for all ages! It definitely stands apart from competitors, with a very unique and varied product offering. Lots of activities to engage all who come. The waiting area for parents is also very comfortable and provides great visibility for all of the action taking place. Pricing is reasonable and maximizes the time space well for what you pay for. Will definitely be back soon.

I loved how energetic and fun I had at Zip City. I went with my boyfriend and even though I am older compared to the rest of the normal crowd I didnt feel judged at all and the employees seemed to enjoy my company. I especially had fun with one of their employees named Brittney. She made dodge ball a lot of fun.

A little pricey but great place for your kids to burn off some energy. Even little kids can do the zip line.

Have had at least 5 of my kids birthday parties here over the past few years. The new updates are AWESOME! It’s great for ALL ages. The big kids love the ropes course. The younger kids love the new ninja course and the laser mazes. Katie was by far the best hostess we’ve ever had. She was so sweet and great with all the kids. Thanks for a great party!

Today at zip city was so fun! Kamden was the coolest and funniest guy up on the zip lines He helped us do the zip line and ropes course and me and all my cousins had so much fun

Awesome place. Clean. Great place to go when kids are in school. There are multiple activites now where everyone is spread out. My kids had a blast and their choice of activites. It was a great experience for their 2 hour pass with no waiting.

Kamden and conner were very helpful and funny on the zip line. they helped me and the rest of us on and off and were extremely funny and fun to be around

So much fun for not that much money. It is worth it, great place for cold days. Dont recommend renting a room for B-days, way too much money for nothing. Also I was a little disappointed when they took away the toddler zone. But other than that super fun.

Hi so I am a 12 year old kid and my friends and I needed help with some problems I had so I asked this guy and his name is Kam and so basically I talk and he is really nice and cool. He is funny and we talked and said he is 17 which is cool because my friends and I could be like that and getting money, helping people and multiple other things.

10 yr daughter loved it. Lots to do for the active and fearless of any age. I was relieved to find water fountains by the restrooms. There was plenty of seating and every station had an employee supervising. Some were simply efficient, others were that plus friendly. Helmets were not sprayed or washed in any way after each use which seems very un-hygienic to me. They just get tossed into a box where others grab them to use right away. Ew. Isnt lice a concern? I didnt think to ask before we left if we could bring our own. Also, the place overall could be cleaner. Trash cans were overflowing and the chairs had food stuck in various spots.

Kids love it. Never want to leave.

Went here with my boyfriend for a date night, staff was incredibly friendly and the place was very clean. It was busy, but there were hardly any waits. The staff made the experience great making you feel like a high priority. Would definitely recommend and will return!

Today was so much fun with my cousins zach and kamden were the best and me and my brother had so much fun!!! They both helped us with the high ropes course and the zip line. We will be back !!!

Just came from zip city and had. A. BLAST!!!! This place is spectacular. But what really makes it are the staff. I’m a safety NUT. And two of the supervisors, Torey and Anthony, could not have gone more out of the way to reassure me; and make sure I had a good time. They both epitomize professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care. Two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They made the experience. Go check out zip city if you haven’t already. It’s a great way to spend an evening!!!

I visited Zip City last night for the first time. I️ loved it! Christian and Patrick were extremely helpful, they both helped my friend and I get set up on the zip line and obstacle course. We will definitely be back! Christian really made the whole time enjoyable and fun.

Went for date night first time zip lining! It was a good first time. I would like ziplines that did more. There were t lines so 5 people could go only 1 direction; but I had fun!This was a date night, but I could go back for one of my kids parties, or a couples night.

It was O.K. more geared towards younger children.a little disappointed in the zip line. Very short experience, especially for the price.

The staff’s excellent as well. They ensured we were well taken care of. They asked us if there was anything we needed and made us feel welcome, like family. We celebrated our grandsons 7 birthday there with the family. It was affordable (3-hour unlimited package), clean, neat, well staffed, and the staff nicely managed the different areas so that things were orderly. Its good year-round, physical entertainment for the whole family: young, old, tall, small, large, and little. The kiddie area was well enjoyed by our 4 year old grandson. Just his size!Additionally, the food was fair and the food prices were reasonable. Lastly, they had a small game room. The small size was just fine. Helps to keep the focus on physical activities.To sum it up, great value and fun, and we will be back!

Its pretty good. Lots to do. Its hot though!! Dress as though you are going to a tropical location. I took a group of 7 kids ages 11-13 and there was plenty to keep them busy without getting bored.

We had so much fun! My only complaint is how little the workers cared or involved themselves. This was our first time here and everytime we turned around, the worker at the station we wanted to try was sitting there, staring at their phone. That has to be a safety hazard and it takes away from the atmosphere. We had a blast though!

If you are planning! better not to go. it is just worst trampoline park ever and also famous for giving “ankle sprains” to so many people.

Great place and tons of fun. Very friendly staff. Cameron that worked the laser maze was awesome with the kids. He helped them when they were confused and made sure the kids did the appropriate level. Thank you for your kindness and we will be back.

Our kids enjoyed themselves very much. The staff was generally friendly but there were two young men who stood out and exceeded our expectations! Robbie at the climbing wall and Connor at the trampoline area. They interacted with our 3 girls and with us and really made our experience! Keep up the good work.

This place is great for kids and accommodating enough for adults. The staff is superb, from the friendlies at the front desk, to the helpfulness and patience in seeing children through the courses. There was a young man (wearing the white STAFF shirt) who was so patient and helpful with my sons. We will be back for the fourth time

This is a very Fun place for the kids! I like the variety of things to do other than just the zip line! Make sure that your kids have socks on because they are required for the trampoline section. If you forget the socks, they do have socks to purchase.

Pretty fun place! Its basically sky zone with indoor zip lining, great if you want to kill a couple hours, or have a birthday party. Pretty good prices also. I put it at 4 stars because it gets boring after a while, but fun for about 2 hours!

Carter and Steven and jack were quite the amazing workers and I feel that my expirence was 10 times better and safer because of them.

Make sure the harnesses are tight on your child. This is the 2nd time they didnt tighten my sons before putting him on the zipline.

Great place, friendly employees, and fun zip lines. The place is clean and roomy. The employees were friendly, kind, and made sure everybody was having a good time. Ana, Jacob H, and Steven stood out to me. Jacob and Ana making sure everyone was acting well and following the rules. Steven was helping the employees when they needed a hand. My son asked us to go the Zip City for his birthday. He and a friend accompanied us to this location. We always go to Sky Zone and have a great time but he insisted we do something different. The place was very clean and it was a huge facility. We started off in the Basketball area and it was nice. There were some people there that did not allow others to have full use of the area. It looked like there were playing a game and the staff member there allowed it to happen so I figured that was allowed. I did not know all the rules there it was my first time. So, the next area we went to was the doge ball area. It was full. The kids were not all the same age. There were some older kids in this area and I was concerned this would not be fair and get out of control. The first game went well and the all the kids played well with each other. But the next game got out of control. The older kids were taking shots on the younger kids and they were getting hurt. The staff member that was in charged did nothing for the injured kids and allowed the older kids to dominate the younger kids. My son and his friend took shots to the head and were crying. I pulled them out of the doge ball area and informed the supervisor of this issue. The supervisor say he was sorry about this and gave me a $5.00 gift card to the arcade and said he would talk with the staff member and make sure this would not happen again. The minute the supervisor walked away the older kids started again. This time they held a young kid and pelted him with the doge balls and the staff member did nothing. I informed the supervisor if this issue again and he did not want to hear about it. So, with that reaction from the supervisor we decided to leave early. Even though we purchased 3 hours we left one hour early. I will not be coming back to this location and I will be making sure others know about what happened. I don’t want others to go through what we went through. It is a nice facility but it is not run well and I will not be putting my child in this situation again. The way the supervisor handled this issues was unacceptable.

Dirty place, overpriced, have to show up at the beginning of the hour only, if not have to wait till the beginning of the next hour. Planty of kids different ages in one spot, bumping to each other, throwing balls at each other. My 5 years old received a ball in her head from the back, pleasurable experience for her....

This place is AWESOME. I felt like a big kid.

Fun for adults and kids alike. Not too long of a wait for anything. Good deal on 2 people 2 hours for $50. Lockers can be complicated at times. Best to have someone to watch your things.

I had a total of 8 kids (under 8) at Zip City. While there wasnt much for the babies to do, the kids 3 and over LOVED it. The employees played along with the kids and were extremely friendly and helpful. There was plenty of bleacher seating which I thought was great - we could keep an eye on all of the kids no matter which section they moved to. We will definitely be back!

Kids had a blast. Great place for a fun day out with the kids. Expensive but if you compare to other similar places the price is reasonable for what you get. Much more than just a trampoline park.

The staff was great when we came here. The girls on the trampolines were especially wonderful. Worked really well with the kids and interacted well. I dont know how they do it but they really get the job done. Prices are great and worth it because of the great experience. I had my doubts at first but the staff really pleased me and made our visit a 10/10 experience. We plan on coming back soon.

Not your typical playground or entertainment center, Zip City has something for EVERYONE! From a rock climbing wall, to Laser tag, 2 different level Nija Challenge courses, Dodge ball, a foam pit, to the always entertaining zip line. Where were Zip lines when I was a kid?

I had to come on here and give a major S/O to Ebony for showing my boys such an amazing time at Zip City.... She was so genuine, patient & friendly.... She made their experience climbing the wall so fun cheering then successfully ringing a bell five times... Zip City did a great job picking her to be a part of their team

We have been here a few times. I have brought between 2 and 7 kids there at a time and that have all had a blast. We generally go for a out 2 hours and most kids are at least starting to tire out after 2 hours. It is great right after it opens. No lines and constant activity without waiting. As an adult you can either set in the comfortable seating area or join in on the fun. They have free wifi so you can watch Netflix or whatever while the kids play. Always a good time especially during the cold ohio winters.

It was a blast. Yeah I was scared, but more thrilled than anything(I have a fear of heights). Either way, I never felt like my life was in danger. Also, Tyler and Amber were great. Greeted me with a smile and good conversation. They seemed like they actually enjoyed the job they were doing. That’s what an employee should be. 10/10 would jump again.

Excellent place to go during the winter season in Ohio, fun for all ages. Will definitely be going back again soon. Good place to go for a different type of workout to change up the same boring gym routine. My only complaint is I heard they are doing away with glow night.

I have NEVER experienced such awesome customer service from a place ever. My 6 year old brother is autistic and Tyler was so interactive with him, high giving him and playing tag while being so understanding that his main struggles is with his speech so most people are very standard and rude to him. That guy should be a babysitter he would make a killing!! Thank you for making sure Luc had a great day at Zip city Also, Angie was so sweet and great with all of my children ️

Great place. We had a really good time at this place and there was one employee named Tod that really stood out and made our visit more enjoyable. He was very nice to all of my kids and helped my daughter with the Rockwall. Will definitely come back.

This is a horrible place!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone. We came here for my childs bday. Did not have a bday party here because they wanted over 400 for 10 children for 1 hour of play and we still ended up paying over 200 for 7 kids. Outrageous prices!! So we came just to celebrate and the customer service is rude and nasty!!! I also had my 2 year old son(who is 1 week away from being 3) and let me tell you they go by age not by height. So they had kids jumping around that were smaller than my son but would not allow him. They then made me feel like a I was a criminal by following me around to make sure my son didnt do anything even while I was in the bathroom calming my son down they thought I was trying to sneak my son in there!! I had my husband leave with my son since he was having a hard time when I came back in the employees were then talking about me and my children while we were standing right there.They obviously didnt see me standing there. They walked away from areas and kids were running in there and pushing other kids.(they mustve been too busy following me around and talking trash bout the people who pay their wages). Not to mention it was very dirty. I would definitely recommend going to sky zone! Its cheaper with a lot more to do in a CLEANER facility. Better fun for families that have kids of all ages!!!!! The picture is of 3 employees watching the kids. As you can see none of the 3 are watching the kids like they are supposed to be. Let me clarify that my son IS ABOVE THE 36 INCHES AND DOES WEIGH 35 LBS AND AGAIN THERE WERE SMALLER CHILDREN THERE. THEY WERE NOT WORRIED ABOUT SAFETY. MOST PLACES GO BY SIZE AND KEEP CHILDREN SEPARATED BASED ON SIZE SO YOU DONT HAVE VERY SMALL CHILDREN JUMPING WITH TEENAGERS BUT ZIP CITY DOES NOT HAVE THEM SEPARATED. AS A MATTER OF FACT THE EMPLOYEES WERE TALKING ABOUT GOING OUT TOGETHER AND GETTING DRUNK IN THE PICTURE THAT I TOOK INSTEAD OF WATCHING THE SMALLER CHILDREN. IF YOU LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS ITS NOT JUST ME THAT GAVE A BAD REVIEW!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Please look at other reviews before going. I would not have given it a bad review if it was solely based on them not letting a 2 year old jump for his own safety it was more for the way they treated me. Also, I went to buy an ice cream for my son and machine wasnt working and when I told the guy behind the counter he said it is working with an attitude. He came out to prove me wrong but ended up having to fix the machine 3 times for other people as well while we were there. IF THE OWNER IS RESPONDING THAT THEY WERE SO WORRIED WHY WERE THEY NOT WATCHING THE CHILDREN THAT WERE PLAYING LIKE IN THE PICTURES I POSTED?

Had our Girl scout event here. All the girls loved it. Plus was my sons first time (3 year old) and was nervous until Claudia, a Zip City employee, invited him to jump with her. From then on he jumped his little heart out with Claudia. She went the extra mile for him to enjoy his time. Thank you Claudia!!!

Price is a little high, but a good variety of activities for almost all ages to go and expend energy!

I brought my girlfriend and her younger brother to Zip City last night for the pizza deal. The price was unbeatable, and they have a newly added tots court. Previously tots were not able to participate, now they have a court to themselves that does not allow any adults! Staff was friendly as usual, we will definitely be returning!

Interesting place.

Theyve done a lot with this place. Lots of fun for the kids. But from a parents perspective smells like a mens locker room and not very clean. Bball rims are bent down, I hope theyre more diligent about keeping up with the other more important safety related equipment. Careful if you choose to sit on the mezzanine by the north wall so you dont smash your head on the structural steel. I cant be the only one to have ever done that. Audio cords and clutter laying around up there too.

We will not be back. I am dissapointed. It was dirty. Unlike the other zip lining and bounce park places we go to this place definitely needs some work. You can see the filth on the pads. The helmets were disgusting. We have never had to wear helmets before and if I knew in advance I would of brought my own. $120 for 2 hours for 4 of us. You think they can have some nice cleanable helmets. The foam blocks need replaced. They are filthy and who knows whats living in there. The floor was gross, bathroom filthy. At the top of the climbing tube the knobs are broken and spinning. The workers did not interact with the kids! They were standing around like zombies.We also seen somethings that didnt seem safe. A bunch of small kids and adults mixed in at the Rock wall with one worker. A ladder was just chilling there. It could of fell on anyone.The girl that ran the maze game had it going on. She had many kids all the time and did great managing the chaos.We will definitely head back to CLE PLAY and sky zone before this place.
