Tried to go at 630pm on a Saturday night and we were told there is a waitlist to get in. 9 families supposedly in front of us. There were literally 10 people in the entire place. Why is there a wait with 10 people with a 50 person capacity? Makes no sense

The location may look a little run down, but the quality of the food and service were still excellent. The staff was very accommodating for our request to keep a strong of tickets as a rope. Chuck E came out every half hour to see the kids and throw tickets. it had been a long time since Ive been to one of these, and they no longer have the giant slide thing, but they definitely made up for it in the variety. They had rides and games to win tickets or games just to play. It was still very fun

My kid loves this place, but its sad with the coronavirus not many people here

They are taking lots of preventions, sanitizing hands when we come in, no eating food inside. Victoria and very nice and friendly, she was so patient with my son while choosing the toys.

Employee named Victoria had an attitude when taking our order & needs to improve her customer service skills & learn to be more polite. We felt unwelcomed but it was my little sisters birthday & we werent going to let a rude person ruin her experience. However if we had known we were going to be greeted this way, we wouldnt have wasted our time & money in this location.

50 max capacity, came at 12:30 on a Thursday and only like 3 families here. Tables are spaced out. They took our temp and made us sanitize hands when we came in. Not sure how often they clean machines, with the hour we were there, I didnt see anyone disinfecting

Araceli is amazing lady known her for ever she has amazing customer experience and always makes everyone happy and makes everyone smile. Omar is a amazing game manger known him for ever as well

Araceli the manager just went out of her way to accommodate myself and my daughter and Omar the game manager was just amazing

This place is always fun and staff is nice but today was even better it was like we had VIP we had the place all to ourselves .No parents and no kids at all... loved it

It was so over priced and kids can just leave no one stops at the door .we waited over a half hour gir a cheese pizza and a basket of wings such lousy service. I have spent hundreds of dollars there no more

Very disappointed with the staff attitude. We all work hard and they seemed to have attitude for being at work, not one person was friendly. Been coming here for 10 years, spent hundreds of dollars trying to show the kids a good time and the kids left crying. After 2 hours of collecting and counting tickets, the clock hit 9 and the worker told us she wouldnt let them pick a prize. Even though weve been standing at the counter ready to go and they were clearly under staffed because no one came by to assist us. That was definitely my last trip to chuck e cheese. The kids even said they would never want to go back after this experience.If you dont want to work, then dont work. Ive been working all through these covid times, at the hospital and wanted to spend some quality time with my kids. Super super disappointed. This is no way to run a kid friendly business or try to get ur local community to support it. Someone needs to look at the cameras and see how we were treated.

Changed so much since my kids were toddlers. Enjoyed the day with my grandson and family celebrating his 1st bday. Clean, organized and fun for the kids.. overall good experience!

Awesome!!! My little guy loves this place. Obviously... The selection of games at this one is the BEST compared to other locations here & one that I visited in Shelton, Connecticut. I really want to make it in one day during the week & try out the pizza buffet. Its Monday - Thursday before 2pm I believe. Me & my family had a pizza feeding frenzy at that one out in Connecticut for the pizza buffet. It was really good! & they were able to cook us up a few by request on the spot that one time. I wanna sew how they do it here...

Crowded Saturday night but it was handled well. Wait staff was helpful and all the machines were working. You know what this place is and who its for.I would recommend again with kids up to about age 12.

Last week was our first time we went to this fine restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the attentive service, with the finest food and wine and with the decent cost. We will surely return there in a short time.

Tried this place in the past with a friend and I am hooked ever since. I liked the great vibes and delightful dishes and beverages. Highly recommended.

My son is 12 years old they wouldn’t let him in by himself the worst service ever and their pizza is disgusting I would never come back no wonder they are going out of business. #recycledpizza

Manager extremely rude. Bought three time cards and one of the time cards my wife bought at the cashier I accidentally added time to that same card and she wouldnt refund us the time as well as the place we closing in an hour so there is no way to use the time. Did not want to help us at all very upset.

Dont take the wristband they offer... it sounds like its free but its $1.50 youll see on the receipt later. It would be nice if they let you know theres a charge for it.

Loved this place! Absolutely a paradise for kids. Highly recommend this place for small birthday parties for kids. Host and staff were awesome and service was absolutely perfect!

Surprisingly clean and nice overall place. The carpet and everything was clean. The pizza is no longer cardboard with cheese; it actually tastes good.

Great family fun place. Loads of activities for kids of all ages. Never had a bad experience here. Highly recommended.

My Oldest Daughter loves this place, the younger kids are too young. Even as an adult I have fun here too. If you have never been, stop by. It is surprisingly clean with a lot of games in good condition etc.

They wouldn’t let my kids pick out a toy since they close at nine but it was only two minutes past

Employees couldnt care less that you are there and spending money to pay their wages. No greeting upon arrival; no hi or anything when getting to the register to order; zero friendliness or happy tone of voice from anyone; little to pathetic interaction attempt by the employee in the rat outfit; no thank you or anything upon leaving and barely checked the glowing numbers on wrist to make sure I wasnt stealing a kid.Wont be back to this place.Signed,Former CEC employee.

Great deals as a club members

Great time here as always! We always get a pizza and the boneless wings. We can spend 3 hours here easily. We get a game card for 2 hours and stop it to eat and activate it again to finish out our time. Plenty of games to get your moneys worth. I highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Great place. Big enough so people arent shoulder to shoulder.

Kids loved it I only payed 32 bucks for 2 hours!!! Plus you get to play all the games kids ended up really exhausted coming back to this location for sure

A must do if youre a kid and a must take if youre a parent. Its a part of childhood and every kid must experience chuck e cheese at one point in their lives. I grew up going to chuck e cheese as a kid and now im taking my nieces here. Life goes full round. Amazing. A+ for kids

My kids and I always always have a great time here. Im still not sold on the timed play cards but well see what happens!

The service was great! Arrived to smiles, Although at the entrance it did have a stench of child sweat but i cant blame the workers as later when a few customers left from the entrance, the stench seemed to vanish. Overall very clean and for those wondering all the edges matched on the pizza

Party planner was very attentive! Ensured that guest were taken care of as children were playing. Gave proper information on amount of food needed. Did upsell but not to where they were being annoying.Restrooms were clean checked food temp on salad bar and cold items were cold! Pizza was not horrible still needed to have a crunch. Game wise they keep the cost of gaming to a minimal which is great compared to main event or Dave and Busters and money others that charge u 2.00 to play a game at a time.

Went here with our 4 yr. old twins. They LOVED it! Tons of games for kids their age to play and try. Not like other places that only have a few select age appropriate games/rides. Enough to keep the adults entertained too. Place was super clean which is the most telling. Employees were always cleaning (games, tables, bathrooms, etc.). Will definitely be returning.

Great time. Went in. Today which is a Wednesday they had a deal $14.99 for an hour play. Worth it. Plus they stamp you and your childs hand so you feel a little safe and the numbers have to match

They did a great job with my daughters 6th birthday. Nice location thats pretty well kept up. I would highly recommend again for my child a birthday party here.

Nice qnd clean.. Great custumer service by the desk women..but one thing did not like it..... My boy didnt win enough tickets so I had to pay cash for the toy he was looking for... Very very expensive for the little toy....

Better than when mine were young. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The music a little loud. The party staff was very attentive friendly and on time with everything.

Had my sons 5th birthday party here. Nice to do half the work, they help you by serving the food, the cake, and play a game to earn more tickets, while you spend time with family and friends that came to help celebrate.

The games are great but parents be leaving their child unattended and then they interfere with the games others are playing. Some games dont work with the tickets.

Never was really busy, even on nights when school fundraisers took place. Bathrooms couldve been cleaner.

Barrington, IllinoisBeen going many years & now grandkids. They love it, always old favorites & some new surprises.I really miss the Rock-afire Explosion animatronics. Great sound, fun show no matter what age. Many characters when started out, everything moved. Chuck E. interacted with kids. We followed every location that still had them. Now human one comes out waves & disappears at all locations.Wait line was a lot better last time, even when crowded. More relaxing. Kids favorite place. Everything usually working, easy to find fast help with problem. Bathrooms are super clean.Only one line, one person takes ticket and food orders. Tickets confusing so one person takes forever to pay. Line was out door, never did eat. When someone just doesnt get the way it works, like 15 mins repetition someone else should take them aside, a manager maybe.Getting a much needed wine is impossible. Once you finally pay & given receipt, you then have to wait again for special person of legal age to just hand it to you..back in line with food/tickets for only person. Other locations have at least one of each.Again maybe manager could hand these over. Or just unlock after pay so we can grab our own.I said at some other play places person handing out food also can sell tickets & hand wine while waiting for food to cook.

The host for my twins birthday party was amazing! She helped accommodate my entire party, especially the adults. I was shocked by their professionalism! This is a great location that definitely has it together.

The games are nice, the facility is all right - somewhat clean but God...That awful smell...Like they have a dead fish in their ventilation system...Why wont they improve their ventilation system so people can breathe fresh air...It smells like dead rats and dead fish in there...The most I can bear that is 30 mins...PLEASE do something about that for God sake. - An honest opinion by a customer whose kids love to visit Chuck E Cheese

Love Chuck E. Cheese, took my children to Show Biz Pizza when they were young. Now we are taking the grandchildren. Love the food and menu.

Fun, pizza and good atmosphere, for children and adults!

Visited after 10+ years..things have changed .Now it is mostly video games - no more ball pit - and other physical active games. Disappointed there.Food is Good - but very expensive $$

Overall fun place to go. The ticket machine kept getting jammed. The workers are nice and will give you the tickets that were lost in the machine plus some extras.

Makes me feel like a little girl. Love taking my siblings to play there and enjoy seeing them Happy

Lady Is Unprofessional

First, the customer at register next to me was also arguing what the website stated as opposed to what the employee was saying. Second, if you are hoping to use a coupon or promotional anything, you best read between the lines because once you are at the register they will feed you a bunch of “you misunderstood” and “we’ll actually that’s only for...”. Rick the “manager” lied right to my face and agreed to the discount but once st the table, he did not honor anything; then claimed he never agreed to a discount. Please spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

Very cheesy. The mouse was great. A little more cheese would be great.

Lots of family fun!

I’m visiting from out of state and needed something to do with my kids for a few hours. I was pleasantly surprised how clean this CEC is compared to the ones I have back home. I sat here and watched as a man well dressed (not sloppy as I usually see) maintained the machine and it was cleaned meticulously as well as vacuumed out. A clean establishment is clearly important to the owners and I appreciate it. I’m not one to take time for reviews but I couldn’t not leave one for this location.

We had an awesome time celebrating. My princess she loved her party and we were all so happy watching the kids running around and having so much fun! Our hostess STEPHANIE AND ROSA the manager made everything perfect they were so nice and helpful. Thanks!

The wings were not good. They were soggy and tasted like frozen wings.

We had a great experience for my sons birthday definitely worth the money and great service. It was really nice to have a worry free birthday party. We got drinks balloons pizza ice cream and goodie bags. Our party host was very nice.

Its fun and easy

Little expensive but lots of fun. Keeps the kids entertained, I have a 14 year old and 5 year old. I like that they have time cards that can be paused.

Best place for kids and adults

My grandkids love this place from the time you enter and to the time you leave very welcoming atmosphere. The salad bar needs improvement not filling containers and keeping it clean
