Great place to live quite and safe neighborhood lived here 10 years now.

Great little community. Ideal location to live and very reasonably priced.

Great location and spacing. When set up like this it doesnt seem crowded or bunched up like some other parks.Roads are a bit small and confusing but that is the only thing I could list from what I know.

Their managers are super shady. they promise one thing VERBALLY then do the complete opposite. Their so call lacky Cameron is a LIAR he lies in your face and does it with a straight face

Some tenants are messy. But overall I love this place. Great location. Walking distance from Lake and Mobile Gas Station :) usually quiet

Family friendly trailer park well maintained. Park for the children and a rec Hall also doubles as a safety shelter in bad weather

I love the place it was beautiful my visit was awesome and it was a very peaceful park.

I been here for over two years they really keep this trailer park in good shape!

Very affordable manufactured home community. The owners keep everything very clean, and quiet. Nice place to live and raise a family.
