Knees are almost touching the chairs in front. When you come or go, people have to get up and walk out of the isle to let you in. I felt terrible making the group gut out a 3rd time, and had to stay in the back leaving my jacket until performance was over to go and get it. Not planned very well in my thoughts. Beautiful otherwise.

We were delighted to attend the Vienna Piano Trio, a Yelp Elite event at Jorgensen Center for Performing Arts, Uconn, Storrs. The three selections: Haydn, Ravel, and Mendelssohn were all very entertaining and well received by the audience, including us.the Chamber Music, headed by Viennese-born, Stefan Mendl, piano, along with Clemens Hagan, violincello, and David McCarrol, violin, was in sync in every way, and demonstrated an exception level of energy through the concert. The trio has won numerous international awards, and it is easy to see why. They bring an empathic resonance to the works they perform and allow the audience to take in the music without applause until each work is finalized. We highly recommend this music experience when you have opportunity to hear them. Next time, we hope to hear some Schubert or Brahms.

Clean easy to access location right on a college campus. If you are ever at the University of Connecticut I would highly reccommend seeing a show. Every performance Ive seen has been phenomenal and Ive gone to 3 comedy shows, one concert and one play there. If you sit within the first 10-15 rows there is extra leg room, so I highly reccommend trying for those seats if youre tall. The place also puts on shows of high calibre in terms of talent. If you can definetly stop by for a great night.

UCONN is currently a mess. Streets torn up and closed. Building going on everywhere even though the state has no money. Went to Jorgensen but no details were given about all road closures just last week when I bought the tickets. Play was great but for price they charge seats could be far more comfortable.
