Love this store!Staff are so friendly and they have everything! We shop for our crafts, our home and even my daughter loves to shop and browse around. This location is Huge!

Love shopping here. Store is always immaculate. Employees are always so helpful

Clean, well stocked. Very long line to check out, only four registers open. Sunday after Thanksgiving, they should be fully staffed

I remember when this store was the go to place for paints. It was like a paint ghost town again today like it has been for awhile. I guess supply is down due to COVID-19. Took a drive to Hobby Lobby and they didnt have the same supply issues. Not sure what to think. Hobby on!

Love this store ! Great selection, great prices, great staff!

They always have everything Im looking for whenever I have a last minute craft need. Store looked haphazardly organized and/or slightly dishevelled, but then again thats been the mood of 2020, so its forgivable. They didnt have exactly to a T what I was searching for but they had very suitable replacement and then also the other thing I definitely was looking for so I left spending money on things I wanted so win-win.

Always able to find great pieces. Love this store. You can put together anything from items in Michaels. it.

Every time I go there they have a good supply

Love it here! Great place to be creative and get some DIY projects!

They had exactly what I needed to fix my clock, and the sales clerk was extremely friendly & helpful.

Nice place to shop, line gets long and I really dont like that smell in there.

I was there on Saturday Thanksgiving weekend the store was packed the checkout line was around the store twice a real spreadiing Ground for cove 19nobody counting how many people in the store was a disaster I left immediately

One Stars giving it too much credit went in for plastic decorative plants and even with the 60% off found the prices to be ridiculously high no Im not paying $6 for one stupid plastic Flowery Branch with a pine cone on it

Love this store. Prices are great and they have large quantities of everything you need!

Great place for materials for crafts! VERY WIDE SELECTION!

I like the way this store is laid out. Very different than the one we normally go to.

Great, I found acrilic paint for my project

Love this place, awesome and very polite staff working

Great store the people are amazingly nice in this store.

Ive been visiting Michaels for quite some time with my Wife and Daughter. If you dont mind the stores not being well kept, organized and updated, they have a little something for everyone. Whether you like making crafts, painting, drawing, building models, baking cakes, color by number or just looking around and hoping to be inspired to build something with what you see, its worth the trip. They even have classes you can attend. There are coupons available online and in store. I highly recommend using them. You may have to sign up or something to get them in emails. My Wife uses them regularly. Check them out and go make something beautiful.

If you are crafty and need a fix, Michaels gets those creative brain cells working on overtime. Sign up to be a member and you will usually have a coupon at checkout. Along with craft supplies, classes are available. Have fun!

Getting a Real Madrid autographed jersey framed. Lady assisting my 13 year old son was very nice and explained her thoughts so he understood. Then showed him a rendition of how it would looked framed. Couldnt be happier with the service. Cannot wait to see the finished product.

Great and helpful staff. I purchased art supplies and items for my students.

Very well stocked! Pleased to find what other locations have already run out of. Great help too!

Love this place

Employees are well respected.

The staff is very helpful. The store is organized. And the checkout line runs smoothly.

As a former employee of Michael’s store, I sympathize with the employees. But there’s no one on the floor so I usually have to end up going back to the photo framing section in speaking with someone on there if I need to know the location of something. Also, just a hot tip: if you’re looking to get the real price just ask for the coupon at the register. It’s usually 30%

Everything you could need for your crafty and DIY moods

Michaels was Great! Bought my Granddaughter some arts and crafts and we sat in the room they have there. We turned a rainy day into fun.

This store is amazing, you can find everything related to decoration and handcrafting.Very organized and has convenient prices. Highly recommend

Great Store Every Thing You Need And Clean

Good sales, clean store

Had everything I needed and even more. Decent selection of foam heads

Not well stocked but the cashier was awesome!

So much to choose from, great stock, and fun kids classes!

Yarnyarnyarn. Always have sales, plus go to site for easy coupons.

I prefer other craft stores due to the price differences but they do have certain things here you wont find elsewhere. Definately has high quality crafts and materials and decently quick service, but certainly not the most customer friendly place during the closing hours.

Love this place.

Quick curbside

I had a custom frame made for a painting. It costs an arm & a leg. Then it was not finished on time, then it was done wrong, then it took over another month to correct it, then I didnt get the mounting hardware back, then they gave me the wrong hardware. Had to call them over and over to get an update. Made 6 trips to the store to get 1 framed picture. I still have to install the hardware to the frame because I dont want to go back again.

My son wanted to pick something up in this place, but he felt $12 for if a truck was a bit much. Strawberries a little disorganized to me.

Pretty good but not as greatly priced as I thought. Go with a coupon!

Great location with plenty of parking, very well stocked and those Ladies at the registers move the line with very little if any wait time!!!

Food quality and assortment is excellent for a large franchise restaurant.

Store too busy

What can I say.. the BEST in their space. I would Definitely recommend.

Good deals when you have coupons. Like this Michaels a lot.

Love Michael’s. This is a temple dedicated to crafts... got beautiful Christmas ornaments for almost nothing (one loves a good sale)

Best store for everything you need from crafts to decor

Ive been coming to this Michaels for years. It is pretty consistent in its cleanliness. Over the past two years or so, it has become more organized, with better displays and overall layout. The quantity and selections is amazing! The staff is usually helpful but theyre friendliness varies (some seem overworked, shy, or just annoyed). From my most recent visit, the staff member V was so patient, helpful, and friendly (even though she seemed a little shy at first).

I was with a very close friend of mine, look for some craft supplies. We went into the store ask a store clerk and was pleasantly assisted to the item she was interested in. Simple, easy and hassle free!!!!!! Excellent experience highly recommended.

A great store. The manager Scott is also wonderful.

Could loose myself here and be happy

Good deals on frames. Staff should probably brush up on their knowledge of where items are located and it would be helpful if they actually showed you where to find stuff rather than pointing across the store.

We all need a craft item something once in a while. Use the coupons!

Best place for all my crafting needs!

They have a lot of useful things to make creative projects with. Well stocked and helpful employees.

Organized, pleasant knowledgeable staff and quick and efficient cashiers.

I enjoy going into the store and I always find a deal. The staff are always so helpful.

Clean and well-organized with GREAT Happy Planner options!

The store has everything that I need. Sometimes lines are too long.

Clean and organized store. Excellent employee experience and assistance in customizing frames.

Nice craft store. Good selection. A little pricey.

A good place in the locality to get art stuff.... But I wish they had more variety. I am a calligrapher and didnt get much tools in here.

Love this store period! And this particular store is great. The employees are always courteous and knowledgeable on their products. The store is always fully stocked and super organized.

Michaels is great for all your crafting needs. They also sell picture frames, wedding supplies and beautiful seasonal decorations. Fair prices and lots of choices.

Has pretty much everything i need. As an artist Im coming here literally every week and it it my lifeline. This place has art supplies, craft supplies, cooking and baking supplies and so much more along with kid workshops that i participated in when i was younger. They were so much fun back then.

Good prices, nice staff

Good selection, but Ive had this issue with on sale items not actually being on sale. For example, there was a big yellow sign on a bin of washi tape that said clearance washi tape $5 but that sale didnt apply to any of the tape in the bin (those costed $21), it applied to the products on a shelf on the other side of the store. Whenever I bring this up, the staff are super helpful and I appreciate that a lot, but this feels like bad practice, because I can imagine most people wont realize until after theyve paid. :/

Cute selection, but way overpriced.

The store itself is awesome. However I am very confused why they have a high curb where a handicap individual should have access to the parking lot. There is literally no access for somebody in a wheelchair they have to go around the entire parking lot. If anybody has been there they know what I mean. The sidewalk to and from the store is accessible however going towards the parking lot there’s just a curb and nowhere to go other than around. Can somebody do something about this place.

I spend a lot of time at Michaels, Im always getting something that I need for my professional art projects. You really cant go wrong with them over there. additionally they have stuff beyond art so if youre into just crafts they got plenty of stuff for that also

Great for decoration for every holiday! Great place to get school supplies and for the artists in the family!

This place has that line where you have to go through a maze of products to get to a register. I find that to be a desperate attempt to sell you one last product. I dislike this very much. But if you are into crafting them this store is probably for you. Im an ordained minister so when I have a wedding I come here to purchase items for the weddings I officiate.

The yarn is beautiful

A great place to come for art supplies. The aisles are clean and organized.

Great store, always has coupons right online

Everyone was very nice, friendly and helpful. The cashier Z was amazing

Has a large variety of craft supplies which is what we were looking for. Organized store and very neat and clean. Helpful staff also

Very busy this time of year but the employees and management are courteous and helpful. Unfortunately due to the good sales on some of the stuff thus store and surrounding BBBs were out of stock and werent exactly sure of the time of restocking.Oh well! But it wont stop me from going back!

My lovely place oll the world !!

Great, I am going there now for Art supply from Stonybrook.

I come here for my acrylic paints and I love their selection of paint brands. My only issue is that they do not sell a lot of artist tools at this location. I am not sure if other locations do.

Small but nice selection!

This place is the best place to get affordable art supplies and home decor! Theres always something new, and amazing deals!! Come check it out!

Its a pretty standard craft store. Their prices are a bit high on non-sale items, but sales and coupons are common and make most items reasonably priced.

They always have great deals, and the staff is really nice

Huge location staff is spread kind of thin

Very clean find things right away, the line can be long but worth it discounts on everything all the time !

I like to wait in the car when the wife goes in this place

Nice place but they have limited items. They don’t have very common and simple things for baby shower

They have just about EVERYTHING...a one stop shop! & the sales people are always friendly & helpful

The manager was very rude. Would not help with a problem I had. I was there three days ago and they were very helpful. Today I didnt they told me to do and they did not try to find the problem. She just said to bad. Very rude.

Very good selection of certain types of crafts. There stamp options habe been dwindling. I suppose you can order from a larger selection on their website but I prefer my crafting purchases be done in person.

Love Michaels! Friendly staff, kids classes are great there and the store is very well stocked! I always find what I need at this location

Store was bright and clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

They have everything you could imagine for any type or arts and crafts, best store around of its kind.

Cheap frames get 5 stars

Wide range of collection
