Love the place, it looks like its own little neighborhood. Country but very close to the city.

Such a friendly place! Family oriented park worthy of respect. Right on the money as it seems to be well managed.Drawback is, it opted to go solar that is not pleasant to the eyes. Enormous panels replaced the trees and various plants thru the main drive. Oh well... at least the lake is still there...I suppose, technology is catching up.

Overall it’s been okay here. Definitely needs a bigger wash room and Cleaner roads because of the ducks. One day Two pit Bull Dogs came running into my dads mobile home yard while my three children We’re outside playing with my mom. That was uncalled for!! I hope people have more control over their animals here especially big dogs! Blessings to All!

I loved live here for more than 8 yrs and still quiet... its a 5 star place to live in Stockton.

This place has awsome managers and maintenance. You definitly get your bang for your dollar if you own yor mobile home . my garbage and elecrtricity and trash and rent together is adverage 850 a month

Everyone that lives or works there is very nice and polite.

Its better than Stkn Verde.

All the staff is cool, fair, and up on their game. Security keeps a watchful eye. The majority of the people who live here are good people

Ive lived here for 18 yrs. I raised my family here and now their all grown and have families of their own but I still live here and love this park, its my home!!! We have gone thru a lot of changes but for the better!! This is a safe friendly park, a great place to raise your family!!! I have awesome neighbors and we all look after each other!! People have come and gone but for the most part everyone in this park are friendly, trust worthy, honest, and very caring and we all watch out for each other and we have fun times, including holiday get togethers and games, raffles, pot lucks, National night out, Christmas, Easter, Cinco de Mayo, Halloween, and many more Celebrations!!! Going to the swimming pool is my grandkidss favorite thing to do and its very clean and not crowded at all as we have two pools, so room for all!!! We have rented the club house hall for my kidss birthdays and for their weddings or receptions and baby showers and then for my grandkidss birthdays and for boy scout events!!! They work with you and management goes above and beyond their jobs making this park what it is today!! They have helped people with problems that any other place would tell you to figure it out on your own but this park goes out of their way to make all of us feel welcome and actually loved and cared about!!! For the seniors that live in the park which there is quite a few of us living here and they will go out of their way to help how ever they can!!! I have received heaters during the winter when my heater went out and they brought me two heaters to help me stay warm during the coldest winter Ive ever had!!! They also will check on the elderly during the hottest and coldest days to make sure those that live alone and are unable to get out and about to make sure we are all safe and have what we need to survive!!! I cant say enough great things about this community we live in, its a place to call home and a wonderful place to raise your kids in!!! come by and check us out, youll be happy you did!!!

This place used to be nice, then they added a ton of eye store solar panels and let the ducks get out of hand. The streets are covered in duck poop.
