Maliyah was amazing with helping us today. I was having an issue use the kiosk to purchase cards and she came right over and assisted. Thanks to her for calming me down because I was becoming quite frustrated. Businesses need more employees like her.

We had fun. There were plenty of lanes and even though we had to wait, there was an arcade with games to play while we waited. The bowling was fun and the staff was friendly. They also have a pool tables.

First of all the staff at this establishment does not require their customers to wear mask. Second the staff that work in the kitchen dealing with customers food did not have mask or gloves on and neither did the lady working at the bar. There was no social distancing and players were forced to sit next to another party who did not have masks on. Some workers were walking around with no mask and not giving players personal space. We were forced to buy two lanes just so no one will sit next to us. This place should be shut down and trained properly how to social distance and be sanitary! Next day everyone who ate from this place had the runs!

We had my 3 year old paw patrol party here last night. The customer service we experienced was amazing and greatly appreciated. My daughter, friends, and family enjoyed themselves. The atmosphere was kid and adult friendly. I have to give a special thank you to Adrian the manager who assisted me throughout the whole process and made sure we had everything we needed it. I can’t forget about my host Sean, who was assisting multiple parties but still managed to please everybody and give us Outstanding customer service. I appreciate y’all!! Thank you again for everything!!

It was cool. Only thing I dislike is you have to pay for 30 mins or a hour to bowl and not by the games.

This place is amazing! Everything you need for family fun,date night or just hanging out with friends.The atmosphere,the food,bar (and drink specials) and our server are great. Visiting from Jersey and looked this place up on line and it had something for everybody arcade games, bumper cars,laser tag,bowling, DJ, full bar and restaurant. We enjoyed this place so much we came back the next night and had as much fun as the 1st night with the same great service. If Jersey only had something similar to this .

I went to Stockbridge location and a young young girl was helping another customer. I’m walking up to the simulator machine to tell my son look only and here a scream from several foot away saying don’t touch that. I look at her and said that was rude, because you don’t know what I doing. She never even asked how can I help you or spoke in any polite manner.I do work for the US Marshall’s and so will be sure to spread the word on poor customer service. No one should take a customer service job if they can not properly deal with human beings.

Great experience for the kids and adults. Kennedy has a lot of patience and she was kind and friendly. What an employee didnt know they asked someone who did. I would have gave it 5 stars if it wasnt for the unsupervised teenage boys that were hitting on my teenage girls

8-31-19 - Went with several other married couples for a night of food, bowling, and fun. Parking is a little tricky but found a nice spot near the entrance. Many patrons were there, but thanks to my wife getting there before us we were able to secure several lanes. The alley was nicely set up, and the staff all the way around were courteous and helpful. After all the couples arrived we bowled, and later had pizzas and drinks. The food came out and they made we were taken care of. If you have kids theres games there. We bowled several games, and took turns in the virtual reality game. When the lights went out and the music and other things came on it took some adjustments to bowling in the dark. The Zombie option was the better one. While they changed the TVs to the Georgia game, upon request. So stayed there till halftime. Would recommend a night out here.

The food is amazingly delicious. Specially the lemon pepper wings.

Great place for family fun

I had a good time and I really enjoyed myself its been awhile since Ive been bowling the last place I went to as far as bowling goes was Brunswick in Austell if thats what it still called. I didnt order any food but I did happen to glance at the menu and some of the food did look pretty decent so maybe next time if I do decide to go bowling I order something to eat just to see if the food is decent. Overall I had a good time

The venue is nice loved the games but one particular worker seemed uninterested in helping. He was a young guy working the vr games. In the contrary a guy named ladarius was kind,patient (we had several children in our party so it gets crazy) and very helpful. GIVE HIM A PROMOTION and fire the other guy

We had a party for my sons 13th birthday and it was AMAZING! Weve had parties here before but this was different. Our party host Steven was TERRIFIC and Xavier did the video/pictures. This team was ABSOLUTELY the best. If you have a party at this location ask for Steven and Xavier. Huge shout out to the manager Adrian (Jay). Thanks for a great party experience!!!!!!

The staff seemed nice and they are taking plenty of COVID precautions. The music was so loud I couldnt hear my friends talking to me. They made an announcement over the system that was so load it was like nails in my ears.

This is my youngest son favorite place to bowl and play arcade games...It is very expensive and I don’t go often. I spend no less than $80-$100 dollars for them to have fun. They give discounts but the discounts need a discount. It is clean and orderly environment and the customer service is good. The food is ok fast food but taste like fast food.....I go because my son loves it.

The cashier at the food area was extremely rude she didnt give the kids meals drinks. And she left off a whole kids meal. The bowling was nice though. The arcade was not very good.

The bar staff is on point, usually the rest of the staff is too.The place needs some repairs and the bathroom has some serious stink issues.But we always have a good time...

My son and niece & nephew loved it. Tons more to do than Chuck E Cheese. Plus the activities can be enjoyed by adults. Also my son lost his gaming card and they were kind enough to look it up in their system and replace it for me. The rock climbing wall was their favorite.

Family-friendly fun

The Singing Brothers of Stilwell held our end of the year awards program and social at this venue. Aneesa was our party host and she took great care of our group. We had a party package that included the party room, pizza, drinks, and two hours of bowling. The guys had lots of fun and the party package is worth it. I highly recommend this place!

Wait staff was very pleasant, most accommodating to our needs. Food was very good, but not as hot as you may expect from the oven. Facility was very clean, well lit and the lanes were great to bowl on. Very enjoyable time!

Great time with the family celebrating my Dads birthday. It was a lot of fun bowling and watching the Georgia game. The food was great and the staff was very accommodating. We always have a good time at Pin Strikes.

Too much of a COVID-19 risk, as it was too crowded. We did not go in. The parking lot said enough.

My first visit was years ago with a group of friends that wanted to bowl. There was a cover charge to enter so I left. I was recently invited to a birthday party so I went inside this time. There was no cover charge. I decided to bowl and it was fun. The facility was okay. It didnt look very clean so I didnt eat anything. The party seemed to go smoothly. The employees were accommodating. All in all, its an okay place.

I come every week because it is cheap and an overall a great atmosphere. For the adults, there drinks are great and they are able to make others not available on their menu. Only two real down sides for me: The lanes are improperly oiled all the way to the pins and there are no spicy wing flavors.

Was just told at the door $25 dollar cover for the white family all others are good come on in.. when asked to speak with manager i was informed that was none on site.. very unprofessional establishment do not pay the cover its a scam at the door

Wonderful atmosphere. Nice party rooms, game area and bar. Horrible bowling lanes and they dont appear to clean after hours. The lane floors are terribly dirty and sticky on Monday mornings. They use way too much oil.

Really fun place to take kids at any age. Games for all ages even adults.

Great place for adults, teens, or kids! Me and my wife decided to go randomly on a Tuesday night and we actually had a good time. We only went for the games because i couldn’t bowl because of an injury. Wasn’t too crowded and had great deals because of the weekday. We got $5 free on a game card for downloading the app. The games could be a little cheaper in my opinion. They range from .50 to $1.50 with majority of the games being $1.00. Overall great time and helpful staff!!!

The staff could use more training. On more than one occasion weve arrived to play only to find out that theyre opening late for some reason or closed for some reason (no web update - sometimes theres a little sign on the front door saying why). Good food. Fun and friendly environment. Clean.

We attended this facility for a birthday party. Nice environment but the bar staff, the manager specifically was extremely unprofessional. The bar volume was low and as our party tried to cash out, we waited for nearly 20 minutes. We requested assistance and expressed we’d been waiting, and were met with a rude, snarky reply from the bar staff. To our dismay, it was the bar manager. The response was completely uncalled for. Never again will we support this establishment. It’s unfortunate that one bad apple can ruin it all. If you work in service, you should enjoy people, not the case!

Family free smoke-free environment that supports a lot of fun. Be mindful of the time you go because parking is an issue. But we did a coworker team outing with bowling bumper cars and laser tag. They also have a bar restaurant and arcade.

Nice atmosphere... great for family fun... lanes are old and run slow. But if bowling for fun its workable. DJ and his games are hilarious and an added bonus!

Went to Pin Strikes with my daughters Kindergarten class and they had a ball! Music was good, tons to do and they loved the pizza!

The family had a really good time. The young ladies working there need more training. They didnt seem to know how to answer questions. They also seemed more interested in socializing. Maybe there were no supervisors working.

Nice place to hang out with friends family or to show your skills if you have any. And their wings are on point.

Over-priced. They want it $28.99 for one hour of bowling. Where they do that at? Apparently at Pin Strikes - Stockbridge. Dont waste your time. Go to Fayetteville Fun Bowl. They are the best and much more affordable.

This is an awesome bowling alley. Went 7p on a Friday and it was busy but we did not have to wait long for a lane. We did the $70 deal they had, which included: 2 hours unlimited play, shoes, pizza, 2 large drinks). This is a deal seeing that free 7p each lane is $34-and that does not include shoes or anything else. My friends had drinks and they were strong and priced between $5-$7. The pizza that came with our package was huge and tasted pretty good. The atmosphere was awesome. Everything was clean, there were screens with sports games on in between the bowling tally screens. There were also huge projector screens at the end of the bowling lanes for the songs that had music videos. The music was a mix between hip-hop and old rock songs. All the staff were great. Only concern is that I noticed two other groups have problems with their lanes malfunctioning and having to wait. One group had to move. The same thing happened with us during our 3rd game and we had to wait 15mins before we were also moved. They added back out time and kept our game progress but it was a bit of a buzz kill. The arcade was fun as well. Overall, I would definitely return even though we personally had to drive an hour to get there.

Went on a Friday night at 8pm and there was too many kids. Maybe try going later for an adult crowd. Atmosphere is nice, music was on point, there was even a hype man in a mic. There was giveaways all night and a comedy show. Definitely more than just your average bowling alley. Oh and they have nightly specials.... even on the weekends!

We enjoyed ourselves for the most part, however we kept having issues with our bowling lanes. In the end we were refunded. An the bar staff could have been a little faster.

My nephew had his daughters sixth birthday party there. It were fun,we all bowl, the ladies and girls won. The pizza were great, so was the hamburgers, and the Frys. Very good. Music was great also. Restrooms were very clean. waiters were friendly and nice also. The game room were fun, exspecialy for the little ones.

Went for a birthday party and the kids really enjoyed it. The staff was all very friendly and my kids enjoyed the pizza. The bathrooms were clean and there was a lot of space in the party rooms.If you come around 2pm it’s not that crowded .
