Such a great experience for kids and adults!

So much fun, everybody there was friendly and informative.

Went with my childs class for a field trip. It was so neat.. They passed around different insects for the kids to see/touch and talked to them about each one. They also hiked a small trail around the property and then came back for maggot art - put a couple maggots down on paper with paint spots, allowing the maggots to paint for them. Really fun experience.

Very interesting and educational places, the lovely and welcoming staff will give you a very useful insect encyclopedia knowledge. Can help you overcome the fear of insects. You can touch a variety of insects and feel the charm of the earth. By the way that their opening hours are short and need to be queried in advance.

We have the Insect Adventure Program visit our library every year for the past four years and it has held as one of our more popular events. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable in their field and eager to answer the questions of our curious young minds. Polite, friendly, and organized, we always look forward to their summer visit.

Had a lot of different insects and very knowledgeable. Had one volunteer their named Devin that was amazing and would pick up the insects and just had a great spirit about him

Don’t bother showing up here ! Despite what the website says and what the phone message says THEY ARE NOT OPEN SO DON’T MAKE THE HOUR+ TRIP!

It was awesome. Got to interact with a wide variety. There was a lot of knowledge in the room. I would recommend to take some at any age.

Not very big, but lots of people to answer questions. Spent well over an hour learning with my daughter.

You need to arrange for a presentation. It is not an attraction that has set hours of operation. If you like bugs and insects it is a five star attraction. If you do not like bugs and insects it is not a fun experience. The staff is very knowledgeable (they all are etemology students, professors or PhD students at OSU).

Excellent educational experience

Dont want to give a bad review but the website says open and well there not. My grandson was disappointed.

I really enjoyed it. It gave me a new perspective on bugs.

I have been working here close to three years. It is an amazing place to be and the people I work with are some of the best and most kind individuals there are.

Variety of insects! Got to pet massive millipedes, scorpions, tarantula exoskeletons and look at the displays featuring beetles the size of the palm of my hand.Appointments need to be made for days other than Saturday 10:00-2:00, which is open to walk-in visitors.
