One ️ This is an inaccurate number due to the turnover of management. Two they keep selling the park and adding more rent and water recently . The company never answers and your bills never make sense. It’s all well water. Which is currently filled with deadly ecoli so none of us can drink our water or shower until notified. We can’t leave our houses due to covid and the water will make you sick. Five stars.

My name is Carl Fischer and I was the manager of this trailer park for over six months. It has taken me a long time to write out this review. Honestly 90% of the people that live there are great people. The problem this place has is its management. FTI Property Managment is terrible. They are based in California and dont understand how anything works outside of Los Angeles. The six months I spent with them was terrible but honestly I would do it again because I still miss the people that live in that park. All I can say to anyone thats thinking of living here dont. Not because of people but because there is no good management there.

This is a great place,the new manager Melody is great,the maintenance man Ronnie is great too.This place is the best it has looked in a very long time thanks to the new manager and the new maintenance guy.in the time she has been here and he has been here stuff is actually getting done

This park is a nice quiet getaway. The tenants need to stop being so complacent though, the trash area is a disaster, and the maintenance guy has got to be tired of picking up all the discarded items that tenants cant simply put INSIDE the trash bins. Speaking if him though, this ex Marine that takes care of the place does a great job from the grass to the snow, all year around he takes care of the whole park and I hear its not the only park he tends to. This park has on site laundry which is so convenient for all tenants who choose to utilize this luxury. The management might want to tighten up though, the posted business hours for the office are more often than less incorrect as the office is locked up and empty on numerous occasions due to the absence of employed personal.

The park is alot nicer than most, everyone seems to keep to themselves which I like, however there are some neighbors who are nosey and loud. The tenants here also have a hard time respecting the dumpster area and when it snows in the winter the park isnt always plowed when need be. The assistant manager here is very respectful and kind, also very understanding. Her alone makes this place a great place to live

My 1st rental experience was in this park. Came back for a 2nd and then a 3rd to finally find my 4th and final home here. Mind your own business and your neighbors will mind theres.

Overpriced for what is available. No longer rents. Lots of pets run loose. People are friendly enough.

I currently live here, not a bad place besides the usual trailer trash neighbors which is your typical folks at trailer parks, the manager and maintenance people are amazing, only thing i would improve is getting people to remove there trash full cars out of the park and get people to park like they should

Very poor management. Trailers are run down and regular service and maintenance is behind. consider a different park to live in.

Its unfortunate that the community has gone so downhill over the past few years. I miss the old management! My advice to anyone thinking about living here--- live ANYWHERE else. Hoping to pack up & be out by May!
