Have shopped online from them many times. Realized they were only two hours away so took a day to drive up. They have a relatively large store, and if you dont see what you want they will get it from the warehouse. Friendly staff

Not my kind of place, but my wife went catatonic. If you are in to needlepoint or knitting this is the Nirvana you have been looking for. They have a wide variety of kits and accessories for the merely curious to the dead pan serious. We met a lady from Texas that told us she had been there for two hours and filled two shopping carts. Careful guys, make sure she does not have her credit card with her!

I can only speak to the level of customer service or lack there of, as I have never received the product I ordered. I imagine it would have been great quality, but we will never know.I had placed an order 6 weeks ago to get my grandmother yarn for your project she is trying to finish as a wedding gift. It was out of stock at the time I order, but was listed to be available May 15th. Still plenty of time for the project to complete.The date came and went, no communication and no item. I reached out by email as they are not accepting phone calls. Took them 5 days to get back to me to tell me it was backordered further to May 27th. Not sure why they couldnt email me the 15th to tell me they couldnt ship what I paid for and find out if I still wanted it. At this point, the 27th would still get here, so I accepted.May 27th came and went, no communication, no shipment and no item. I found their click to chat, they than tell me it is backordered until July 7th. I requested cancellation and they ended the chat session without assistance. I have emailed them 3 times in the last 8 days without a response. Now their click to chat is no longer available on their website, they are still not taking phone calls and refuse to provide any level of customer service.It is a shame as I am sure their products are the quality that my grandmother wants, but their service is horrible which outweighs product quality every time.I get that there are circumstances happening, but I am living and working in the same state they do and in customer service, which is why I was so patient with the lack of communication up front. Now I simply cannot keep being patient, just unfortunate that this is what my experience has been.

Some beautiful fabrics but also expensive. Its a fun place to visit! Lots of craft items for anyone on your gift lift. They even have puzzles! Look for their sales, some great deals on yarn and other items during their warehouse sales.

For an out let things were pricey. They dont carry some of the things in the store that is on their website.

They do a ton of mail-order, they have a store here, and best of all of you love close enough to take advantage of it... Im almost 4 hours away but I come every year, they have an annual warehouse sale with amazing bargains

Be very careful when you come here! It is a dangerous place for people who sew or do any kind of yarn work. The yarn selections seem endless, one color and texture nicer than the next. Its so hard to choose, I just want them all! So, hold on tight to your wallet because the prices are also great!

I received a 50% discount coupon to come back to Herrschners. I thought I would take advantage of this offer. Ordered a jigsaw puzzle priced at $26.00 after discount the total cost was $13.00. Shipping cost for $10 - $20 was $7.99. Customer Service informed me that I would be charged $10.99 for shipping because it was a $26 item. No where on the site said shipping was based on original price not discounted. Herrschners has the most ridiculous pricing for shipping. Apparently they dont want my business.

I have alwayz been able to find the best cross stitch, embroidery and puzzles here... The quality is very good, I adore their embroidery table toppers the best! Such a lovely for a wedding, anniversary or new couple starting out! I have even gotten gorgeous cross stitch baby blanket kits that were ADORED by the new moms and dads!

Went to the warehouse sale. Lots to choose from. Bring your own shopping bag not a lot of carts. And you would be wise to know how much yarn you need for your projects so you dont run out or have way too much. Great prices.

One of the top reasons I am glad we moved to central Wisconsin is my proximity to Herrschners. Amazing selection of craft supplies and yarn. If you dont see it in the store, just ask and theyll get it in the warehouse. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have never had a bad trip, or been disappointed in a product.

Went to their yearly craft discount sale. They do have something for every craft project you can imagine. Some stuff gets quickly picked through. They also have the regular store. The discount reduction sale is in a warehouse like building. I gave it only 4 stars because it was hot and the warehouse has no air conditioning. But a fun way to spend an afternoon.

I disabled, I did not go to the store, I do all my shopping over the internet mostly at amazon, there is one area of interest and thats a small area that a lot of Amish live in ( southwest of Camden ). I enjoy driving around in it.Remember dont stare or take any photographs of them, Id say they are just like us but they are not (probably better ) BE RESPECTFUL.

They offer classes. Copies of catalogs are available.The store has a restroom available for shoppers which is clean and handicap accessible.

I placed an order through Amazon that showed inventory at a price of 8.99 for suede yarn. My order was canceled due to out of stock. However, the same quantity is still available now for 18.95. There are other colors, I’m assuming slow moving-I assumed this color was also when I ordered. I will gladly pay a higher price elsewhere.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. I ordered an item that came broken and damaged. I called Customer Service and asked for a prepaid shipping label to return it. They informed me they do not supply them but would refund me my return shipping costs. They never did. The badly broken item costed me $26 plus $10.99 original shipping plus my $15 20 return shipping. I have no item, no refund even though I know it arrived back to them and no return shipping costs reimbursement. I am out a total of $53. Do not order from this company unless you like throwing your money away.

Nice little store prices are a little high but have a wide variety of crafts. Ranging from puzzles to yarn to paint by numbers and cross stitch they have even more crafts. You want it and they probably have it.

Excellent crafts shop! They carry a wide variety of yarns, so youre sure to find the prefect yarn for your next weaving, crocheting, or knitting project. The workers, in my experience, have always been pleasant and helpful. Mid-June is a great time to visit since thats when they hold their big warehouse sale.
