Everyone I know told me not to go to this place. So of course I wanted to see why. As soon as you walk in the door, you are asked for your identification. Then they scan it into the computer and you are required to sign a waiver. When I asked the kid that was working if I was going to start getting mail, he said yes. Then I said oh great, now Im going to get all kinds of sales ads from all kinds of companies. His reply, oh you wont get mail from other companies. Its been 1 week and 2 days. Time will tell. I never did look around the store. It is just not worth it. Go to pro. 1 mile up van dyke.

I think it was pretty good deals. I dont have anything to compare it too but seemed alright to me.

Absolutely amazing assortment. The associates that work there are very helpful even though it was ridiculously busy. The prices are great. I will definitely come back to make more purchases from this location.

If you’re looking for unnecessary hassles and incompetent sales reps... this place is for you. It’s actually easier to get across the Canadian border than to get into this store. I was first asked if I had lighters, weapons, cigarettes or matches. After agreeing that I didn’t have any of this things, I was told I had to sign up for their rewards program and fill out a form to even step foot I my the store. I asked not to be a member of their rewards program and told them I didn’t want to be in their system, even if it was for coupons. I was told I had to sign up if I wanted to shop there. I promptly left. I went down the street to Pro Fireworks, where the deals were amazing and the people were more welcoming. I suggest you don’t waste your time and do the same.

Says on their website, spend $450 or more and INSTANTLY get premier status for buy one get one free fireworks. Store refused to honor and said premier only applies on future purchases. Phantom just lost all my business.

Stood in line for 45 minutes. They basically only had cakes left. Terrible. I left and found a way better place. Spent half what i would have here and got twice as much.

July 3rd. No deals to be had. Very poor inventory with about 2/3 of the shelves EMPTY. Unacceptable during the busiest couple of days during the year. Drove a half mile up the road to Pro Fireworks and they got my business instead.

Phantom is great if theres not competition! Actually told me they dont allow people to look around without buying. Pound sand Phantom! Pro Fireworks is far better!

Ive been going to phantom since the 90s when I had to go to Ohio for them. Always gone there cause Ive never had issues with there merchandise. Went the other day for my sons yearly birthday trip being he was born on July 3rd. Not once during log in with my ID and still had signs and areas around the store for promotion on what you spend you get in return. When I went to check out I was told that no promotion allowed no matter how much you spent after i paid but the promotion area was still up with signs and they still advertise it on the website? If you are not going to honor it you should tell people when they come in and take down the advertisement to stop leading people in on false hope.

I had went there for Fourth of July fireworks and there are the best firewood that you can ever get but you going to have to pay more money to get the best ones

Usually pretty stocked up but a couple days before the 4th and it was bare bones pretty much. Except for the higher ejd products of course. Quick and easy process overall.

Well the place was good and certain fireworks house looking at a flashing funders was not in service but this place was still hoping I was able to get a savings on the fireworks so still great place to go to get some smiles.

Asked the guy 5 times when a order was coming in. He couldn’t give no info I even asked like 30 days 60 days or 90 days..... I’m a business owner and shop with Phantom at least twice a month.... Most definitely won’t shop with this store again!!!

This place has weird made up rules. They’re going to freak out like you’re a martian if you don’t want to fill out forms and sign up for a membership, which is required just to walk in the door. Just go 2 blocks down the road to Pro Fireworks.

If youre in the market for fireworks and you want the best bang for your buck talk to one of their associates they had set me up with my son that was 12 and Ill tell you for $90 we made the neighbors happy but most of all my son was super duper happy so God bless and if youre looking for fireworks always purchase at the Phantom they Rock

First and last time here.. came in with my two boys to check the place out for potential corporate event purchase.. within 5 minutes of being in the store an older gentleman followed us around.. didn’t ask if we needed help ( which I was lost in there) he yelled at my boys not once but twice for “touching”a package of sparklers.. if they were running around acting crazy or loud I could understand but that wasn’t even the case. I will NEVER return, and will definitely spread the word.

20 to 25 minute wait to get in. They did pass out some free cool water while in line. But nowhere to throw it out when finished. Lot of bare shelves with about 30% empty. Its a busy day but should have more stockers available.

Dude, its fireworks, how can it be bad? The people there are nice and insanely helpful. Plus theres always deals and coupons and such, especially the closer to the 4th it gets. Its basically an adult candy store.

This is one awesome store I cannot believe I live in a state that has this kind of store a little overpriced however the store is awesome I would recommend it to anyone I have recommended it to my son he loves it 33 year old kid in a candy store he loved it again and again and again

Staff is awesome. Stan is the man, take advantage of sales and coupons and use the internet too to save money. I got $1800 of stuff for $800.

Good selection and open all year which is nifty... The dude that works here could use some customer service training.... We were his first customers in 2 days and he went and watched TV while we shopped.

The buy 1 get 1 free is a scam. Went to an independent firework stall and they had the same products but way cheaper. For example; diablo was $199 at phantom with their “buy 1 get 1 free” ordeal. But at the independent stand they had diablo as well but for $90, so for 2 it would have been $180, $20 LESS than phantom. When asked about their return policy after seeing the price different, they said that all sales are final. Like really? I will NEVER return to phantom again after this and will highly not recommend phantom to any of my friends and family.

NEVER expect your money back from ANY fireworks distributor cause the best you will get is a fair and even exchange. Very good place to go for friendly faces and good advice.

Bought lot of crackers for this Diwali.Go for fountain only combo. ..It is lit.Dont buy neon sparklers they are not worth it. Rather invest on single fountains. You will cherish the experience

Clean place which gives them this 1 star. Didnt have the greatest variety. Over priced versus their competitor Pro Fireworks. Went there looking for a box set they had advertised 4 days from when I received the flyer and they were already out? Then to substitute it for something completely different then what people wanted in the box set? Not one person offered to help me look for said box set. Walked around aimlessly for 20 minutes before I could actually get someones attention to ask them about it. Needless to say unless you have money burning a whole in your pocket go elsewhere.

They good at pretending to remember custoners to get the stupid men to spend more money to polute our environment.

Ive never had lower quality fireworks before. I dont know if they are old or they stock the absolute lowest quality. The prices are outrageous and buy one get one gives you 2 that are still overpriced. I recommend a fireworks tent in a parking lot

Staff is great, selection is outstanding shelves are fully stocked year round. The major negative at phantom(not the stores fault) is quite simply their awful pricing structure you can stretch your money much further at virtually any other firework store. Also as a premier member i get virtually nothing for attaining this status. Never received my premier member catalog despite asking several times. The only benefit i see being a premiere member is being able to forgo the bogo and just get an item half price. Guys the buy one get one free is a complete gimmick trust me and shop around.I have shopped at phantom for years and after some pricing issues when i tried to use a coupon last season as well as no real benefit of the premier club status i have decided to not shop there anymore. At least until they take a hard look at their pricing, i understand companies exist to make money but come on guys.

For the prices we paid for fireworks, we were not very impressed. They get you with the BOGO but the fireworks are not good quality.
