Small neighbourhood park! Parts of the park smells bad. Can spot homeless here often however they never had caused any trouble. Pretty safe area as it is right next to sherrif station. Plenty of parking available.

Stanton is quite the interesting town, however unique it is also where I obtained my first apartment as an adult. Now, I admire parks dedicated to represent creativity, historical land marks and endless safe public fun. Thats exactly what this Park/skate park has to offer along with many others in the area.

Nice quiet little park.

There are some nice facilities at this park; tables and workout equipment most notably. But the only time Id want to visit with kids included would be in the middle of the day, when it is hottest outside. In the evening and over night the park becomes a camping ground for the homeless. They have no place to go and seem to be mostly left alone in the Park area over night. At least thats what Ive seen.

Safe place to walk .

Its a really nice and beautiful park thats very well taken care of but its right next to the Stanton police station and the cops are always there and constantly hassling people for being there and it ruins the good time you possibly could have with your friends or family. Theres also a lot of transient traffic in and out of the park because it is connected to the abandoned train tracks where many of them live in tents.

I dont even understand this place. It almost looks like a park, it says it is in the name, but theres something weird about it...Stanton Sherriff Department is immediately adjacent to the park, along with the Stanton Library, Community center, and city hall.

Great park! Reserve for green space, picnic area, and a great time. Good for volleyball, no basketball court though...

Overall a nice, quiet, friendly natural park.

This park is good for events but besides that its really bad

Very nice place to take a nap or find a new friend with an empty bowl for your candy. Just dont eat at the tables without a permit*. Also note sheriffs Dept lives next door.Amazing lady brings (usually hot) lunch daily at noon for anyone in need or just in the mood to eat lunch. *Permit rule is informally excuses for this purpose.

Too many homeless people, need better play ground equipment.

Celebrated friends birthday there and played some volleyball. It was a nice place and the people there were nice as well.

There is a nice playground, some exercise equipment and several picnic areas (covered tables and benches).Unfortunately those are often full of trash and the one at the eastern end is almost permanently occupied by the same group of people, 7 days a week from sunrise to sunset.There are also homeless people sleeping under the trees on the western end during the day, so its pretty normal to see police vehicles drive through the park. Not sure what they say to the people sleeping under the trees, because they usually dont move at all or are back within the hour.

A long length park, with a small play ground for kids. Good for jogging. Next to police station . So you will feel safe here.

A very nice place to bring the kids, so they can play around...

This place is huge! Lots of covered sitting areas. I usually see quite a few homeless people lingering around here. None of them have bothered me yet.The only way to get in is to enter in the street that has the Stanton Civic Center then drive all the way down until you see the police building on the left. Youll see a parking garage on the right but dont go in there. Just continue straight and youll drive into the parks parking lot. Its a one-way parking lot that exits onto Beach Blvd.
