My favorite pitstop during my morning bike ride. Its so relaxing and beautiful. I love to sit there in the bench for a while, watch the birds and the early morning sunshine glittering on the water like diamonds.

Lots of Canadian goose here, like the trail along the boats, and beautiful beaches

Area was nice I like that you can see your car from the beach area. Plenty of space but the perfect time to go is earlier in the day less crowded. Beach alittle dirty but looks like they tried to keep neat. They have a restroom near by and plenty of food trucks.

Descent place - nothing out of the world.Can be tricky to reach the right place for the first timers. You can just carry your case of beer and chill out near the beach.Beach is full of shells and rocks so you can’t just take a walk along.I guess you can’t get in the water as well.Basically, just a place to spend some time for a change.

I like seeing that many beachgoers practice social distancing, but, a lot more people need to be educated and reminded of the rules and of everyones safety. Lifeguard team is awesome and they have a tough job controlling the rude people swimming away from the suggested point. Im grateful to have a beach in my town.

They charge non-residents $45 a day to park and go to the beach! And its the same way with all of the other beaches in most of CT. Its all permit parking for residents only. That high fee is not worth it to me. Especially for a bay side beach.

Everyone enjoys the ducks that hang around the park. Beach is perfect for a break and picnic.

Great environment to take the whole family very kid friendly

Went there yesterday- during the week- and it was incredible. I know it’s on the sound and anyone coming there should recognize you’re not getting Jones Beach or New Jersey Shore waves in the Long Island Sound. With that disclaimer out of the way...The parking is expensive but I could see my car from where I sat- I went to my car two or three times for things I forgot...try that at Jones Beach- or even Oakland/Rye Beach!!! Plus the bathrooms were steps away from where we were sitting, along with a shower!The water was calming and there were not an abundance of sea gulls- the beach was clean and while I sat in a section where you couldn’t swim- the entire place was not overly crowded. I can imagine on the weekends it would be. Very nice spot for the weekday getaway!

Would give this park zero stars. Not a public park. You are required to buy a parking permit to use the park from May to September. No thanks....

We visited this place in the heart of summer. Wanted to share that dogs are not allowed everywhere. Beach area is gorgeous with stunning views of the Sound. Plenty of bathrooms and beach space. Avoid hot middle of the day, it gets crowded very crowded

My favorite beach in Stamford. Park right next to the sand. Good amenities, outdoor showers. Come early morning at high tide, you’ll have the beach to yourself and swim in the 70+ degree water.

Feeding the birds calms my autistic angels this beautiful morning. Very peaceful and serene.

Dirty beach. Very crowded with people drinking alcohol around the parking lot. Loud music from multiple cars. Lot of sea weeds. Not for families.

This park would be okay if it wasnt a lot of older people around smoking and drinking or kids play also they dont have any swings for any infants and park needs to be upgraded

Bad because police given tikets for parking without advise the officer said since May 1 we have carry permit but I dont see any signs . So I felt bad we was parked 2 cars and both get $80 each . otherwise cool beach beautiful waterfront..

This is our favorite beach in Stamford, the sand is great, parking is easy, and its a quiet beach to tan and relax.

Its over all a great park but with the situation going on people where not at all practicing safe distancing people where in the parking area hang out like nothing was happening in the world and security said nothing at all SMH i give the security park police 0 stars.

What can I say in your visiting Connecticut make way here it beautiful all year long even the snow time special at night I think the latest u can be here u till 10pm then they close so no cars go though but it nice for me if youre have a bad day and your in town vist this place and just relax

Went to a sponsored beach cleanup, which was well needed. Signs (and the lack of) were a little confusing to understand. Id suggest shoes if youd want to walk around the sand.

Beach is kinda lame. They have volleyball posts but they take down the nets, so no one can play outside of the leagues. Not much to do and the water wasn’t very inviting.

Big and beautiful Park. I consider it the first park I will choose for a day outdoor. For me a real park is one that when you are standing in its heart you only see nature surrounding you. This is it.

Today rainy and still filled with lots of people. Very foggy on he water cold and chilly out. Enjoyed the quiet today not as noisy

A great place for family

Best place in Stamford to play softball, see geese, and donate beer cans to homeless folk.

The park was good, various tennis courts, a lot of space for children to run and play. The the fishers dock has great views, but the beach was the opposite... a lot of people with music in cars at high volume (as they where in a contest), a lot of smokers of whatever you can imagine, and the beach boardwalk looks like an ashtray and full of food waste.

Always a great place to go. Six tennis courts or eight tennis courts a basketball court three or four baseball fields and over the hill is the beach so its a great place for the family and anything else you want to do. You can have cookouts there they have grills you can bring kids cuz they got a childrens playground. Highly recommended if youre into the Family scene or if youre into Athletics

A great way to see those fireworks!

Very nice quiet park with six tennis courts. Some of the courts have cracks running through them. Parking seems to be readily available most hours.

Oh the east coast beaches, what would I do without you? The beach is not too big, but big enough. just love this spot, running, watching from the pier, or just relaxing on the beach. I am driving by every day on my way to and from work, and I am happy it is here.

They almost got it right, they should not let any cars out until 1 hour after the fireworks. I will let them slide for the mix up on the fireworks show

The day I visited was cold and rainy. Still people were walking around. Would be a good place to spend time at the beach during warm weather.

Good facilities including large jogging track / biking track, decent beach, and good picnic spots. And a ‘train’ that runs along the internal roads.
