Great amenities and facilities, however the staff is not very helpful, very rude and unprofessional. It’s a shame that such a nice place has that kind of personnel. Rather than help out the guests of the club they would prefer to harass and care less. I could not think of a worse experience than having to deal with those in charge of this establishment on such blasphemous allegations . Hope something can get done to ensure that this yatch club can do better to improve in member satisfaction. Thanks !
