I wanted hooters, wife wanted pizza hut. we comprised and went too Chuck E. Cheese. waiters and food were nice, but the children were a bit much. Chuck E cheese was not as entertaining as i feel he could be. i suggest making his show a little more riske. i am not upset, but i am not sastified.

I was not happy with my visit. The pizza was great. Games take points more than one game. And goes cant play cause some thing is missing from the game.Also the little kids rides has no tickets so that was the fun for my child at chuck e cheese. She was not happy at this location. We live at chuck e cheese with our 3 yr old.

Mark has above and beyond customer service and his attitude is kid friendly. I would recommend this chuck e cheese if you nearby looking for something to entertain your toddlers and kiddos plus they sell a cup which is a one time purchase and unlimited refills when you bring your chuck e cheese cup during any visit. If you got toddlers would recommend buying the points instead of time.

We come here all the time but again right after the remodeling and its even better. The new seating is great. They have an interactive fish floor that my twins just love! I met the manager this time and man... He is a great guy that loves to help out if anything isnt perfect on your visit!! I highly recommended this place for kids younger or older. We always have a blast!!

Kids had a blast! We went for a birthday, all of the kids loved the clean games, hot pizza and of course Chucky cheese. The drinks were to sweet for me, but the kids sucked them down. The salad bar was a little bit sad to me but, it was what I expected tbh. Its great for birthdays.

Took my niece and nephew there for pizza and fun time with the games. I dont know if our timing was bad but the energy in the employees was a bit lack lustre...including Chuck E. Kids are kids so they created their own fun and excited, plus we were glad it wasnt too crowded. Overall we enjoyed our time their with the kids.

Went for Halloween with the kids, always fun for them! They gave 50 tickets to children in costumes. Great food && great service every visit

I took my grandson there on a Saturday early afternoon for his 6th birthday and it was bananas. It was over crowded and many games didnt work. They are very overpriced and there is not enough space for everyone they let in. My grandson had never been to a Chuck E. Cheese in his life so he loved it. I bought him a $24 card and it lasted 2 hours but there werent any tips on how much each game cost or why youd buy tokens or how to use tokens. Very long wait time to cash in tickets for very minimal prizes.

A very fun & inexpensive place for the whole family, the salads are a plus..the kids get a chance to have fun fun fun I enjoy coming also.

Food was good but the young lady that was taking our order she mess up due to her being on her phone. But the manager fix everything and we was happy again.

Went here for a birthday party, the employees were helpful, the place was average. I had more an issue with the little brats there than the actual place. I wont make a review on the kids I nearly ran over while trying to get somewhere. The games were alright though one game seems to be a lie, it claims to aim for the highest number for more tickets but you actually are supposed to aim for the lowest number for more tickets. The only game I really liked there was Teeter Totter Castle which is very generous with its tickets.Some people just forget about tickets, I found nearly 20 tickets and a redeemed code worth 18 tickets on the floor while I was there, the place is a gold mine for stray tickets.Defidently a place to take little kids, though the repeat Chuck E music might drive a person insane.Pizza is quite greasy too.Also, the girls bathroom smelled like diluted sewage and my shoelaces got wet because of water on the floor. :(

It must be this location and staff that we waited for about 40 mind after ordering the pizza. And the cookies food was sitting in their kitchen window to be delivered. I literally asked the person that if I can go pick my food from there if he is too busy but insisted that he will bring it out. One of the slowest service ever. Fountain drink machine looked less clean with drinks being out and mismatched drinks.

We visited mainly to play the arcade games as the prices are reasonable and they keep their machines in working condition. It was a busy Saturday but the staff was attentive and helpful. Our buffalo wings were cooked perfectly and served by Josh. I noticed he later was cleaning up a spill and helping a little kid who was sad about it. Its great to see a caring young man working at this restaurant. My kids had fun playing games and I got to sit and rest for a bit!

I take my baby girl early in the day when it’s not busy, my baby always enjoy herself. Food was fresh and good.

Chuke cheese has changed theres a price for everything and the play system is a rip off. My daughter asked the employee for a plastic bag to hold her tickets and she was told it cost $1. The game cards usually come with a band or rope to put around the kids arms and they said it would cost 1.50 at the end of the day my bill was $130

I ordered a simple Pizza, took 1 hour to make while the others already received their orders.I talked to the cashier and she went to the back to ask and then casually walked back to the front of the register like a zombie that doesn’t know what to do. Then I stated “hello so what’s the update??” Then she says “oh I forgot let me check”That is terrible service !!! Never coming back to this place and will inform others that I know of to not go there ever again as well!

I wish i could give zero star. I am going there for almost 2 years now i finally decided not to go there every time the man come in chucke dress he ignored my son he is a super racist. Even now my 4 year old son feel that chuckee always ignored him. I am so sad that why i spend so much money for that place which is not friendly for kids.

The place is disgusting. We ordered pizza and it looked as if they had taken old left over pizzas from other people who had left and put the slices together to form a new pizza. None of the slices matched up together. It was gross. And to cover this up, they added cheese to it. Who wants to eat some peoples left overs? No me. I dont.

We were in Houston for a family reunion and stopped by Chuck E Cheeses for the children and they had a blast. I was turned off by the customer service but had to remember we were dealing with children and that can be a task in itself. 30 minute wait on your food, would of been nice if that was announced when I was placing my order. Food has improved over the years.

Their coinless operation is pretty handy. Kids and parents get more time while they only have to carry store card and return at exit for recycling.

Kids had a blast for cheap. The only problem was that there was only one ticket machine working and there was a long line to cash their tickets. Literally waited like 20 minutes. That was 3 weeks ago though, maybe they fixed the rest by now.

My kids love this place, when they were little. And we still go, and there in High School, and College. For the pizza.

Fun place for young children (8 & younger). You wait a while for your food order even during slow hours. A half hour for an appetizer of cheesy bread. The shift manager could demonstrate better customer service skills.

Great atmosphere. My niece enjoyed her birthday party here. I havent honestly been in years. Pizza is way better, but chuckie mascot is still way creepy. Ask for Taryn, shes the best.

So as far as kid entertainment goes the bar is usually set pretty low so it’s disappointing that so many of the games are either out of order, out of tickets or geared towards collecting tickets to get prizes. Maybe only 1 in 10 games is not a simple press a button to take a gamble on winning tickets game, very few of the games are interactive enough to play for 10 seconds or more so it gets repetitive even for the kids.On the flip side, the pizza and oven baked food is actually pretty dang good!

I writing this the owner is very rude too his co-workersI said I’m bringing them to the back he likes to yell and talk to them aggressively in front of customers which is a no-no is very hard on all His staff there’s a lot of favoritism at this location I come here a lot because I have a little boy but I see a lot as well if I can give them a minus I will be minus I feel like someone has been doing investigation on this gentleman who he treats his staff It’s unprofessional

Had my children’s party here. Building was very hot. Our party attendant was great. The woman at the register had a scowl on her face even with customers standing in front of her. Kids enjoyed the games. Pizza was uncut and super greasy. My guest had to order their own pizza and salad.Not sure I would want to have another party here.

I like the gulfgate area better, i think its bigger, the employees there are nice, I spend $50 on my little niece she is 4yr old. For 1 pizza and 3 drinks and 100 points for the little one. The employees there are always working and making children happy. But I didnt like the ambiance.

Good for toddlers. This location isnt as big as the other locations but my 3 year old can play most of the games here.

Why would you allow people to celebrate a dog’s birthday there? People actually had a reservation to celebrate this dog’s birthday! The dog was on the rides and playing with a ball that belonged to one of the games. Very disgusting! I love dogs, but they don’t belong at Chuck E. Cheese. The dog went outside to pee then goes straight to the rides. Nasty, nasty, nasty!

Food took a while to come out and lots of games had been out of service. For a Chuck E. Cheese it was also very small. On a week day with less people this location might be fine but weekends or parties should avoid this location.

Perfect size Cec! Not to big and easy to keep up with children. The soda machine didn’t work correctly the last time tho, it seemed like the syrup was out.

I find a little limited options for toddlers.

I came June 9th, 2018 .I only put 15.00 in the Game card. We were there for about 2 hours and my 5 year old was swiping the card on a lot of Games. $15.00 was well worth the money for your kid to have fun!!!.. The Greeter was so NIice & Generous . Will come back!!
