When its not busy its fun. When it is busy the wait times are horrible. Bartenders arent that great at mixed drinks or even knowing drinks. The karaoke is fun, but one of the DJs ALWAYS gets up to sing which makes it harder for everyone else to get the chance. Wednesdays are Beer Pong nights so theres hardly any room at all to move around. The credit/debit cards left for open tabs, are indeed, way too close and within reach of anyone sitting at the end of the bar. When no one is singing, the music is up so loud that you cant even have a conversation with the person sitting next to you. The owner will park her SUV at the entrance, making it inconvenient for people getting picked up or dropped off also for people walking in and out as you have to maneuver around it.

I brought some new business to them last Saturday evening. 3 excited locals that wanted to try it out.The owner and staff were extremely rude and the bartender stole one of their phones and we had to fight to get it back.The Kareoke sound set up is horrible.Definitely not recommended for anyone that wants a quality karaoke bar

This place is super cool! The bartenders are super nice and approachable, it’s well kept up inside (super clean). I love that they have pool tables and shuffle board and the music is on point! Definitely going back!

Nice place have a few beers. Specials are great. Had a good time.

Takes 20+ minutes to get a drink. Even longer for food. Took 30 minutes for my friend to get just a plain ole dr pepper. We had a birthday party there as our other location fell through. No one came to check on us to make sure we were doing ok. The owner (at least i think she was) came over and ask to post a picture of us on Facebook. But we were not too thrilled.

Bartender was friendly and provided great service. The bar, seating area and restroom are all very clean. Would like to see some great live music rather than karaoke but this was on a Sunday so possibly they dont have it the other days.

Always a good spot for a good time and the best drink specials in town.

Female bartender realized I got money and started to try and charge me 5 dollars for Malibu and coke, gave her $20 got$5 back. When I went to talk to her she ran off to other end of bar. I tip them $5 to $10 at time. They shouldnt be ripping one of their best customers off. USMC dont get faded that easy!

They were super nice and understanding about our bachelorette party. They catered to the designated drivers, which I was one. They made special drinks for us, non alcoholic of course. They played all the songs we requested, and were great host.

I love this place! Bugsys is my go-to for drinks no matter what day of the week it is. The bartenders are so nice and charismatic. Karaoke is always a blast, and their drink specials are usually great as well. Here they have a tabletop sized Jenga and a beer pong table along with outdoor seating as well as indoor seating and a couple pool tables. The bathrooms are well-maintained, actually this whole establishment is well maintained and very clean. Definitely would recommend this if youre looking for a fun night out on the weekends especially!

Amazing and talented staff!!!

Well tonight was my first time hanging out at the establishment it wasnt that bad and I actually had a lot of fun. I dont really go out that much so this was definitely a new experience for me but when closing time came around the corner, I was assaulted with a thick glass buy a random person in the bar due to his girlfriend thinking I called her a female dog and it just so happened to be that his girlfriend was the niece of the owner of the bar.

Love this bar! Awesome drink specials, you cant beat the prices anywhere in town! They play the hottest music and take requests too. The best karaoke bar around with the biggest song select available. The staff is friendly and you are guaranteed to have a great time!!

Lots and lots of rap, which I like rap, however when someone would request a 80s or 90s karaoke song and sing the entire place would sing along, dance, clap, and rally get into it. It really begs the question that why does the Bugsy Malone bar have the decor of a firehouse and play rap as the DJ music and nobody is much into it, but when the oldies are on the patrons get into it?!?!?! Hummmmmmmmm!

This bar is absolutely amazing!! Every time I am in here Im always having a great time! the karaoke is always right on point and every song selection is always available! The staff is very friendly and i always feel welcome while I am in here! Great drink specials and so affordable!

Great location, but Im really not a fan of their stereo equipment, they have a great DJ, and a great bartender and some great servers, but the sound equipment leaves a lot to be desired. Tinny and inaccurate sound reproduction that makes good singers sound marginal and bad singer... well, you know, youve been to a karaoke bar. The atmosphere is cool though, very strongly firefighter themed. With ladders hiding everywhere, and the paint scheme suggesting fire. Its really a cool place. I just wish they had better sound equipment.

Very clean inside. Wait staff and bartenders were great and very friendly. Kareoke DJ was not very friendly or helpful. Played too much music and did very little to move his singers to the stage. Seemed very disinterested in his job. Wont go back.

Great firebar, good time for karaoke

This bar feels like a frat house. I enjoyed the fact that the music videos played on tvs atound the bar that went with the songs being played. Most of the bar is taken up by beer pong tables, and a small amount of mis-matched seating. Great if you are looking for the party atmosphere, maybe just not for me. Staff was friendly but noticed that credit cards being held for tabs were left very close to the seating at the bar within arms reach.

Bugsys is my home away from home. Im so thankful for the lifelong friends Ive made because of this place. Wayna (the owner) makes sure every customer feels like family... which is why it has such a Cheers vibe. Bugsy Malones karaoke is the best and so unique. The drinks specials are great... but the atmosphere is priceless.

Small, crowded, its just a bar. Karaoke competition was obviously rigged, and I didnt even know anyone competing to skew my judgement.

I love the environment up here but Ive figured out from past experiences that the mug special isnt what it seems to be. They say you get a 32oz mug that you can fill 7 times for only 10 bucks. That part is true! However I have found that they dont actually give you Coors Light as they advertise but judging by the taste and hangover i would bet they are either giving you PBR, Coors Original, or Milwaukees Best. Dont get tricked into thinking your getting a good deal. A 24 pack of Milwaukees Best is $11.00. The beer pong is fun and the karoke is entertaining but the mug special scam has got be brought to light!

The most important person here is the owner. Forget about the customer, they dont exist in waynas world.

Ive only been to the downtown location before it closed and honestly it was amazing every night there was a real nice crowd of people always filled with beautiful women on the weekends Im really sad it closed its downtown location

Fun and, most importantly, FAIR karaoke. Severely lacking in distilled spirits, though. Mostly beer. Not a deal breaker for me, though.

Ive been going to Bugsy Malones since 2006 and its right in my back yard now at the South location. I enjoy the great atmosphere and the place is well kept up and not run down like most bars in town.

It was TERRIBLE! We got about 9:00 pm on a Saturday night. There were about 8 people in the whole place, including staff. No one acknowledged us, the bartender was playing around with his friends. We left, never to return again.
