Daughter is only been going for a year, they welcomed her with open arms! She loves her team and her coaches!
My daughter absolutely loves it here. The instructors are great!
This is the best place ive been to they will help around with alot 10/10 recommend
I brought my son in for a trial class & we started with activities he was physically unable to do. When I let the teenaged girl who was running the class know, she told me this is what we had planned. We were in the parent/child class & the other parents were very rude & kept giving me side eyed glances. I wasnt even there 15 minutes before I put my sons shoes back on and left, not to mention nobody else even said one word to me or tried to make my child feel welcome. He was asking me to go home. We wont be coming back.
Very money hungry owner. So rude and unwilling to work out any miscumications. Would not reccomend to anyone!
Our 5 year old daughter is loving gymnastics so far! This is her first time in gymnastics and Coach Amber has worked with her each lesson to make sure she is getting the basics down. Coach Amber has been awesome!! She is patient and kind with all the kids but firm enough to keep them focused and on track. We cant wait to sign our daughter up for more lessons!
Both of my girls take classes. They are 4 and 7. Their coaches are great and they really try for focus attention on each child especially if they are struggling with something. I would recommend this gym for all ages
This place is HORRIFIC. They threatened me with charges over $100 for private lessons that they said I was a no call/no show to, when I had no clue my daughter was even scheduled. Nobody ever called me back when I tried to originally call to set up privates, which that should have been a sign. Now they have sent that amount to collections when I shouldnt even owe that amount to begin with. BEWARE.
We love Ozark Mountain gymnastics
They are not upfront about their policy and are unwilling to work with you if there is an issue. Some of the teachers do not pay attention most of the time and my daughter was very young. Their open gym for kids under 5 are only on Wednesday afternoons. Working parents cant make time for that. Some classes are over booked.
As a parent the most important thing is my childs safety. My husband and I have to continually remind each new instructor (she has a new instructor about every other week) doing back bends hurt our daughters back and we dont want her doing them ( my daughter tells us that they hurt and she doesnt want to do them either ). They never once documented our wishes or concerns about this and have to be reminded constantly. They have a complete lack of professionalism and no concern on the health and safety of other peoples children.
My daughter loves going. Every week gymnastics is all she can talk about.
We love the classes and the camp!!! We are very happy with Gymnastics center. The coaches really care about the kids
Just take 10 minutes and walk in and see what the kids can do at this place from the viewing area. The staff and gym offers world class training from the get go, and it really shows! OMG has a variety of classes and time slots, to fit into any busy parents schedule, including weekend classes. Not to mention every month or so they have open gym so kids can practice and have fun on the equipment
They are great my child is awesome at gymnastics.
Coachs are bullys..if you are not part of the clique then your out. Fairness does not exist here. No child should be treated as horrible as I have seen. A pity.Head coach should be ashamed of herself.
Staff do not provide good supervision to kids during Friday night out, which leads to bullying. Staff also seem to let some kids break rules such as jumping into pit head first yet tell other kids its not allowed.
Great environment. Staff is communicative and helpful. Our kids love it here.
The staff is awesome and so caring. The owners really care and support their employees. A very well run gym!! We love OMG.
My grandson was a little hesitant at first, but he loves it now! He loves to show us what he has learned and does forward rolls all through the house! He thinks hes ready for American Ninja Warrior now :)
I wasnt impressed with this gym. I took my 18 month old daughter to the Saturday parent/child class. There were other classes going on at the same time as hers and it was loud and very frustrating for her. The teacher didnt really explain anything to my husband and I so we had to guess what activities to do. I didnt want to pay so much money for my daughter to be ignored by the teacher. After paying all the starting fees they raised the cost. It wasnt worth the money. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone with a toddler.
Some of the best trained staff in the area. They put each child first!
I love it just as much as my daughter!
It is really fun for the kids
Pretty good people.
Good
Best facility for kids in the area.
