WILL DEFINITELY RETURN! Went through and read the reviews after, some of you heathens have no respect for art or the art community. No art gallery is going to let you use your phone, they are not the problem, you are. My fiance and I went to this store this evening for the first time, amazing ambiance, we had the pleasure of being greeted by Michael, and his lovely and professional service dog. What went from a quick 5 minute trip turned into a 30 minutes chat, so many stunning pieces of art, a wonderful homey feel, great customer service if youre not a neanderthal.

I WILL NOT RETURN! I was wondering the mall on my day off while talking to my wife about christmas presents. I had not been to the mall in a while and was taking it all in. I came to this store while still on the phone, and told her how cool it was! I was barely looking for a minute just inside the door when a woman told me I couldnt have a phone in her store. She started the conversation below the line, and I went on the defense. I told her I wouldnt buy anything then, and stepped out! My wife asked me what the commotion was all about, and could tell I was upset. Not getting over it, I put the phone in my pocket and returned to the store. I did see signs on the sides of the door but arent real clear if you are in a group or distracted while entering. The woman did apologize but then accused me of taking pictures. I said it was up to my ear, she said it is always recording! I told her that I just returned to see what I would have bought with the large amount of christmas money in my pocket. I would have bought several things, but was now in a mood. She offered some info about some artist gathering but I told her I wouldnt return. The whole incident could have gone differently, but she handled it badly and immediately put me on the defense. I read other reviews and it seems the owners/workers treat this as a museum rather than a store. I feel sorry for the artists that display their work here. More could be sold, but customers are being pushed away. Again, cool store, but I wont be back!

From day one, it has been a beautiful, amazing experience as an customer and a represented Artist.The entire staff are so kind, professional and welcoming.This Gallery is such a breath of fresh air, customers will be able to find awesome work from many wonderful artists from breathtaking paintings, jewelry, wood sculptures, I can go on and on! I went in here a while back looking for new pieces for the house I purchased but the older man that was working there was horribly rude. He said not to touch anything so I didnt and ended up pointing at one so I could show the person I was shopping with what I was talking about. The older man got extremely rude and got in my face about not touching things. I ended up walking out of that store and going to St Louis and purchased from the local artists there. You lost a lot of business that day and when anyone asks me about any of the art in Springfield I make sure to tell them to avoid this place at all costs.

Took a wire wrapping glass today given by Karen. Karen has a great eye for creating beautiful and unique jewelry. She is also is an excellent, patient teacher. My final pendant looked better than I expected it to, and I will continue to create more.

The owner was super friendly, showed us around the gallery, and shared the background / story behind several beautiful pieces. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the perfect art piece to complete your home or to give as a gift and anyone wanting to support local artists. 10/10!

I Love this gallery! It is full of many talented artists with a large range of different skills. Decent prices providing unique art for people of all incomes! The gallery owners Michael and Karen treat thier artists great and are both very approachable, friendly and hardworking. I have been an artist in the gallery since its opening and I have nothing but positive to say.

Was a customer in early june to look around for something for my brothers birthday found a sign that was hand made out of wood called Army strong the owner is a vet him self and when he found out my brother was a vet he gave me a discount and to see the look on my brothers face was priceless Ive became good friends with him and hes invited me to see and watch the work he does amazing what he can do with a piece of wood if you get a chance stop in the studio and see the results

This place is fantastic! The owners and everybody there have been beyond courteous to my daughter and I both! I appreciate the fact there is a no phone policy! It allows folks to simply enjoy the artists work. I support places that feature local people and provides a pleasant atmosphere.

I was an exhibitor at their Art Festival at White Oaks Mall and it was a great experience! The owners of the ARTZ Studio worked hard and accomplished a fantastic event. Their store has a variety of artists and they are more than ready to assist their shoppers

I’ve never been to the store but the owner came into my store today for a repair and while we were fixing his snowblower we talked for 20 mins and does great things with Veterans. Was a pleasure to deal with so would only assume he has a great store. Continue the good work!

The man in this place was extremely rude, telling us that I can read lips so you shouldnt say anything when we are simply local artists talking about the art displayed. Would never display my art here. Its no wonder the place was empty. Left immediately and Ill never go back.

Came in with my High Schoolers to pick out a piece for home. We found a wonderful piece, was texting my husband about the price and got cornered and yelled at by the man working there. I told him I was answeing a text but before I could even say why, he yelled, I dont care, this is a gallery not a store!I support local artists and fell absolutely inlove with the portrait, but he ruined the experience and I wont be going back and I dont recommend anyone else go either.
