My son enjoyed his birthday. They enjoyed the games and food everything was great accept for the waiter great customer service but tried to over charge me because he over ordered our food and forgot the appetizer but other than that it was fun

Waiters are engaging and trained well. Food is very good. Atmosphere is exciting but spread out...safe for these times.

To the buddy and two other friends out for their birthday. Final stop was Dave and Busters and we all had a blast. Everybody there is so friendly. Plus our bartender was a pleasure to joke with. Thank you for the fun.

Barely saw any sanitizer stations/ glove stations. Games were shut down for social distancing, but lots of game that were supposed to be functional were not. Food didnt take long, but didnt come accurately.

Took my son there for his birthday...and he loved it!! Everything was great...food service could have been a little better, but overall it was a great experience!!!

Went here today with 7 family members and had a fantastic time! Everyone was wearing masks and being cleaning and staying 6 feet apart. The staff was beyond fabulous we ate in the dinning room and had a wonderfully sweet and attentive waiter named Benji. Once we started playing games one game messed up and I brought it to the attention to an adorable employee with blue/green hair (didn’t catch her name :/ ) but was super sweet and fixed the problem. Spoke to the manager about the fantastic staff and how well they were doing. It’s nice to have kindness in this crazy world we are dealing with. God bless and thank all you staff!!! Nicest Dave and busters we’ve been to!

The employee needs to make sure people are wearing a mask at all times when not eating and I did not see any employees wiping down equipment. They should have someone wiping down equipment at some point do to whats going on. Need to be extra clean. Was there over 2 hours saw no one whipping down the games.

The boys and I try to come here at least one Wednesday a month. That smell that the front half of the building and the entryway has just gets me in a good mood every time. We always have fun. I know its hard to keep every arcade game running all the time, but some malfunction and you basically just have to walk away. Thats one of the reasons we only go on Wednesday for half price games. Still! A great place! Get some Dave and busters licensed flasks for us in the redemption area and well probably get about 10-15 of them!

There is tons of fun to be had but it’s sooo overpriced. What happened to the huge robot fight game? Also, I was super frustrated that the Super Mario game wasn’t working. In my opinion the food smells better than it tastes, so I always eat beforehand.

Havent been to one since the lockdown started so I may be a bit critical. This location had many more broken machines than Ive seen at any location. It is also smaller than the Columbus location we usually frequent and I know the latter isnt their fault. We stayed until close and were denied service at the redemption center, something that weve never experienced. Luckily we have power accounts so whenever we do get back well still have everything but that left a sour taste for the place. We wont likely revisit this location but we still like Dave and Busters.

First off all there are no power combos anymore. Be prepared to spend big money to eat. Ive literally had jail food better than what I paid for. My girlfriend got the new York strip at $24 . It was ordered medium well. It came to our table a tasteless cheap piece of meat. Then it took us 10 minutes to get our servers attention to bring some steak sauce to the table cuz they dont just bring steak sauce unless you ask for it. I ordered the quesadillas that was a joke for $13.99 basically I got 12 dorito sized chips stuffed with little meat and cheese. I took my girlfriend there on the first date let us say it pretty much ruined our date I spent $70 and was completely unsatisfied

First time going and had a blast..was supposed to take my nephew KADEN ripmyday1...but his uncle n friend took me and made it memorable and the staff was excellent n professional..had a game issue and the floor guy came right over gave us our cards thanked us for understanding,etc,etc and even customers were nice since he left lights on n car was dead n room is 15 min to find someone w cables.. after like 3 other ppl went to check n see if they had any in car..kaden was w0 us..thanks homie ️ best experience ever

Main Event is better than Dave and Busters. Most of the games would eat my points and then not work at all. Half the games are shut off anyway for social distancing, but it is done in a stupid way. Didnt enjoy very much.

I know they have good food...but went in sat at a table for 15mins had to stop a waitress then got told the table was closed but had food all on the table...so clearly they served someone at that table

Brought my father here for his first time. Everything was fantastic. We were seated in seconds. Followed up by our server being on top of her game. We waited practically for nothing. Yes our meal took a little bit to get to us. But that was okay. We had time to finish our appetizer. Never waited to long on our refills. The new big screen tvs was a great touch. 3 hours of enjoying ourselves and never made it to the games. I have to take my dad back again. Thank you to the managers and especially the staff members that made our time there so special.

Great place small for dave n buster but fun

This was a first time visit for my son and myself, my husband on the other hand had been there many times. This is definitely a step up from Chuck E Cheese in terms of of variety of games and level of games. My son seemed to loved the older kid arcade games compared to the toddler games. It is a little more pricey but loads of fun. The restaurant is great friendly service and good food. However if you are vegetarian there are very few options. I did try the avocado on toast, oh my!! That was beyond my expectations, absolutely delicious would definitely try it again. Will definitely be back!

Several games werent working properly, so we had to keep getting an employee. Also, the service was a little slow to eat. But, most of the staff were extra friendly and the place was so clean!

Most of the machines were in poor working order or outright broken. I was refused a refund even though I was was unable to use the funds I paid for.I would recommend Scene 75 for their fair prices and excellent customer service.

We drive 3 hours from West Virginia just to visit (every year). Food is always delicious and games are so fun to play. Staff and crew are always friendly and helpful with issues. Some games are out of order or mess up at times but worth it in my opinion. Excited to return next year

It was loud like I would expect they shut down a half hour early no warning just everything turning off they shut down the vr early and the food is very expressive. But it still was fun just not the best.

Games are kind of expensive and some of the female employees around the eating area had their mask on their chin. We had a nice time though.

My family and I enjoyed our Dave & Busters experience. This place is HUGE. The food was delicious, our server was lovely and incredibly helpful with requested suggestions from the menu. There is a bar, where custom drinks may be crafted. They have conference rooms available, though there are several dining areas available which would easily accommodate large groups, as well, if your party prefers to be out in the main area. There are also dining accommodations in the arcade area. Great for those with children.After dining, it was time to play and this place has an awesome arcade and billiards. In several of the dining areas, there are several televisions for a more sports bar and grill type atmosphere.They offer some nice packages, with full party planner, through their website, or if you choose, you can select from dine and play combos, when you are at the facility, or skip the dining and go just for the games. Your experience is highly customizable.I would describe the feeling of this atmosphere to be similar to the fun and pizazz of the Las Vegas Strip. Lovely and more intimate dining areas, with the flashy and fun party right in the next room.There is something for everyone!!!

Coming at lunch time during the week is always great. Plenty of seats, your food comes out quick, and there are a lot of games you can play without waiting.

Ok food but theres more value if paired with passes and supercharging it. Its really about the games here...

The menu has changed and some of the things I was looking for were gone. The bartender was rude but the server made up for it. The games were a little pricey but we had fun.

Me and my kid had a blast playing all of the games that were open. We ate some chicken and fries with sweet tea and returned to the games. The kid won lots of tickets (which btw no longer print out- they just get credited to your card) Gloves, masks and sanitizer are available.

Last time we were there, many of the games were broken. This time everything was working and in great shape. It always gets very busy but still got to enjoy everything with minimal wait. Bartenders needed more help but were doing the best they could. We were celebrating my daughters birthday and everyone had fun so to us thats a success!

I liked there a lot of games to play

Games are fun. The food is terrible. The chicken fingers where like rubber. Service is slow as can be. No refills of drinks while you burn your mouth trying to eat. Didnt get napkins until we had to ask for them twice.

A bit noisy but a great place for a fun outing with kids. We had lunch and got unlimited game passes. A lot of the games are about tracking, shooting, and killing aliens, robots and bad guys.They also have non-violent games and racing games, a basketball shhoting game and a little something for everyone, including a sports bar for adults to hang out

In the game room we had to wait 20 mins so they could give us back our game points because the machine was broken.

Excellent selection of games. Awesome weekly drinks specials. Kids had a lot of fun with Power Hour cards.

Fun place for family and kids. The games are interesting and many. We ordered drinks and munchies while my kid played to her hearts content. Had a really nice time.

Back again and even worse. You ask why 2 stars last time well the food was mediocre I suggest reducing the menu and focusing on food that you can serve that is actually cooked properly. Im now reducing my rating to 1 star because of tonights food. I asked for my burger to be medium it turned that it was cooked 20 miles from the sun. My girlfriends boneless chicken wings were so hard that Im hopeful that I wont be paying for dental work. Lets not talk about the service because it was horrible and shady. Ill be sure to eat before coming here next time or better yet find a better place. I dont mind paying the price for good food and good service but I get better of both from a fast food restaurant than this place.

Overall, as a double-date wanting to watch the big game and enjoy ourselves, we had a good experience here. I’d ding them on how many games were out of order, but it still beats the pants off of Gameworks. Good food and dining service. Suggestion for the front desk staff though: call people over, act like you don’t hate your job, don’t walk away from the desk randomly and then never come back...?There was a huge confused line and 3 attendants. 2 that didn’t call people over so we stood in 1 line forever. 1 attendant just walked away from the desk randomly when we walked up and never returned. So weird. Thought it was going to set the tone for the entire night, but thankfully for them it didn’t.

My son absolutely loves this place, and I enjoy taking him here! Every time I go, it’s always funny to see people from 5 years old to 50 having a blast in the arcade.. There’s billiards, dining booths, bars, large TVs with sports, and usually plenty of staff.. On busy nights sometimes there’s an abundance of games with codes/otherwise not working, but many of the games are setup in pairs so you can usually get to what you want regardless. I was disappointed the Oculus/4D ride was out of service when we went last, but we still happily spent hours in the arcade.. Very nice place!

It is a great place to take a rest during weekend break. hang out for a drink at the bar or have a dinner there，the dessert are perfect and not very expensive. The games include tons of styles for both adult and kids. I enjoy the racing game and those 5 dimensions or 6D game. Really can make you feel fun after 5 week days. You can have reward points as result of your game， these point can be exchanged to some gift from the shop. Go there and have fun！

The day of our visit, it wasnt over crowded. Plenty of room for the children to play and plenty of games to play. The staff was helpful and attentive, plus I was satisfied with the food portion and the drinks.

I had the 8 piece Wings with Fries..put it like this..I have seen bigger Wings on a Hummingbird..and to top it off..my son got a order of fried Cheese Curds..Ive seen bigger curds in a container of Cottage Cheese..hey Dave & Busters as a sidenote..how about some cheese in those curds next time..smh

The mini me loved it.Even though the lady working in the prize room almost knocked her over twice while zoning the merch.

Good food, fair price but a lot of the games were out of order. The whole place smells like an open sewer and theres a hole in the middle of the floor with a cord plugged in. If my husband hadnt pointed it out to me I would have tripped over it with a 2 month old baby strapped to me.

They were busy and maybe a little short on staff BUT the staff they had on were amazing. Super friendly bartender and our server was accommodating, quick and pleasant. We had a great time!

I really enjoyed the games, but there were lots of games that were down. Service at the bar in the arcade area was awful staff was a bit rude. The womans restrooms were also super dirty. There were hardly any stalls with toilet paper. This was my first time back in a while and was a bit disappointed. Only reason I gave 3 star was because going after 10 was great less crowded, and the games I did play were great.

So, this place is definitely worth while! Every time I go there, I always have a great time and win all kinds of prizes at the arcade! I think I speak for all when I say that this place is a money drainer, but that’s not really a bad thing! The one thing that I don’t like about it, is that even though there are people scattered around to keep everything under control, it is still very chaotic. Other than that, I totally recommend!

Great food selection, drink selection was great loved the variety of specialty drinks..server and manager were great! We had a wait and they were happy to adjust our ticket for the wait. Will return again.

I have been to many D&B in several states and always had a good time. This one is no exception. The one very aggravating thing with this perticular one was the amount of non-functioning games. I have never seen so many out of order machines at one time. Hopefully they can get them repaired. Still a great franchise regardless.

Great service here! Had a short of tickets on one of the arcade games and the manager helped us and gave us our tickets we were missing. He was very friendly and didnt discriminate us. The games are fun and theres lots of great prizes. Digital tickets you win on your card do not seem to have an expiration date so you can keep saving up each visit. Love this place since I was a child and would recommend it to anyone. Theres a lot to do here even if youre not into games.

It Dave and Buster... what can I say... we was having some issues with our game card and they fixed the issues quickly and even gave us extra $$$ for the inconvenience.

The restaurant only served dinner in the game room which left seating limited. The bartender was also our server so service was limited. The menu is very, very small and not the old game style good food. Several games were powered off and many others were not usable because of social distancing.

What a disappointment. The staff here needs a serious overhaul. The management should undergo six sigma training. We ate at the tables around the bar area, we basically felt like we were held hostage for hours. First off finding a table is a whole nightmare. Then after you find an empty dirty table you have to wait 15 minutes to track down a person to come and clean it. While standing next to the table the waitress finally comes and wipes all the trash off the table and onto the seats. Ummmmmmmmmmm really?? Long story short because the whole experience was a mess. They ended up bringing out 4 different sets of wrong orders, cold chicken fingers and fries for the kids. No drink refills as we couldnt even get the waitress and when we did we had to ask for things like a menu 3 times. Never did receive the kids menu at all. Silverware twice and the bill twice. Matt the manager came by once after we flagged him down, said he would see what was going on and check back. He never did and basically avoided our section. One child had to get her food to go because it came after everyone was finished eating since they messed it up several times. The waitress even said I feel so bad about this but honestly I dont think she did. She hardly came to our section and we werent the only ones having issues. I saw several dishes go back and heard a few tables complaining. They need a better system, all the wait staff was pretty much a mess, except for the bar. I saw several people sit at the bar including kids and got served whole meals and had left while we were still waiting. So maybe the bar is a better option. I wont even speak on the bathroom, that should be checked every few hours, it looked like a war zone. All in all I only gave 2 stars because the kids did enjoy the games, even though they are a bit pricey.

This place is tons of fun! Lots of different games and activities for kids and adults to do. I took my 7 and 5 year old there and the only complaints I have are: my 5 year old couldnt reach the petals on the games (which is inevitable) and the games are a bit on the expensive side for a 5 year old attention span. Most games were 9-10 credits and she would start the game and walk away before it was over. $50 didnt go very far but they did have a LOT of fun and so did I! Great place for family fun.

7 of us sitting at the bar and it took 30 minutes to get the attention of someone to take our order. Wait staff at the table for dinner was nice but slow. One of our drinks that came to the table was spilled twice. She never refilled our waters. The stars are for the food. The food was good.

Nice time for the kids with the exception of the man that was our server who seemed to not want to be at work and the glitch that made all the video games go off. Took about an hour for all the games to come back online.

New years eve party was good. Some small issues with drink availability. Kids had a great time. Good way to spend the evening if you have kids.
